So if there’s a weekend where you have to be away, I’d be more than happy to help watch over your fur baby! As a fitness instructor who values keeping an active lifestyle, I dedicate weekends to my dogs by taking them out on neighborhood walks, trails, or play dates to the dog parks — so if you need weekend care full of fun for your pup, look no further! Both of my dogs, Presley and Winston, play well with other dogs but can still be old souls who lay around and sleep all day too. While my husband is deployed until 2027, I want to continue helping out dogs in our community. A bit about our fam: We have a passion for animal rescue and welfare. We’ve fostered, volunteered, and have been active in our animal shelter. I have background handling both small and big dogs, dogs with high energy, and defeated dogs who have had overall rough lives. If we see any dog in need, no matter if it’s at 11pm, in the rain, or running through the roads, we will without hesitation, stop to help give that dog whatever it is they may need. We have come across many strays and have helped reunite them with their families or have found them forever homes with the help of our local animal shelters. Our dream life is working alongside a local animal rescue back home after military life and continuing to rescue & rehabilitate more dogs in need! If you need those “after hours” drop off/pick up times — don’t hesitate to ask! I am home on weekends all day so I am flexible with your schedule. During the week, I can also provide drop-in visits anywhere from 2pm-10pm. My camera roll is filled with pics of my own dogs so you can expect constant photos, videos, and updates on your baby throughout their time with me! What you can expect: I usually separate dogs at feeding times and keep them in their individual crate overnight. This is for their safety as I wouldn’t want anything harmful happening to them overnight when I am not watching! They may behave well in your home but in new environments, I want to take extra precautions. The dogs are not inside for more than 2 hours as I let them outside for potty breaks and outdoor playtime often, with weather conditions kept in mind.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs basicly all my life. I currently have an Australian Shepherd that is five years old. He is good with other dogs. He has separation anxiety, so I know how to take care of that as well. I work full-time at the University. I go on daily walks with my own dogs. I’m pretty free after work. You’re dog will feel at home:) I have a fenced in yard and I live in a house, so I have plenty of space for your pet. I also make sure that they get plenty of exercise.

About: I’ve taken care of cats of every kind since I was 10 years old. I have 3 cats of my own currently living with me who are all in perfect health, and my senior cat (from my college years) is living the retired life at my parent’s lake house, so he’s still doing great too! I also had a cat when I was younger who was diagnosed with diabetes toward the end of her life, so I learned how to administer insulin shots on cats. I am comfortable giving my cats any type of medicine, even the one that fights me the most on any kind of medicine, haha!

My aunt had 3 dogs so whenever I could I would watch them and stay there for a week at a time when she was out of town I fed them walked them even had to bathe them when they got into dirt. Previously, I've spent 6 years working with a Humane Society, gaining extensive experience with dogs and cats of all ages, breeds, and temperaments. This role strengthened my skills in animal behavior, stress reduction, medication administration, special-needs care, and recognizing health concerns early. Through this work, I’ve cared for everything from energetic puppies and kittens to senior pets and animals recovering from illness or trauma. I’m especially comfortable with: Dogs and cats of all sizes and breeds, Shy, anxious or energetic pets. Senior pets and special-needs care Medication administration (oral & topical) Basic training reinforcement and enrichment. My goal is always to provide a safe, calm, and loving environment so pets feel secure and cared for while their owners are away. I treat every animal as if they were my own and pride myself on clear communication and dependable care. I'm a stay at home mom and I homeschool. I am flexible with my day to day life and ready to accommodate to the needs of your pet. I have 5 dogs, 2 cats, a parakeet and a small hobby of caring for 3 goats and 7 chickens daily. So animal care is not a issue with my household. I have a fenced in yard which we utilize everyday. I have 5 dogs with different needs. I have 2 senior chihuahuas and a toy poodle, they enjoy their time snuggled on the couch watching TV. Or playing with small toys around the house. I also have a German Shepherd and a Husky. Both are high energy dogs, so they love going for walks, having playtime in the yard or working their minds with different enrichment toys or basic training. They all love other dogs, and are accepting to sharing their home.

About: I have over 18 years of personal experience and am so happy to have made a career helping dogs and owners. I am home full time and have the help of my kids, as well as our two dogs. We ❤️ dog psychology and behavior. We provide supervision, exercise and play. Your dog will be interacting with our “pack” of friendly dogs and family. Manners and house training will be enforced in a positive atmosphere. We have a fenced in yard, indoor fencing and gates to separate dogs if needed. We offer meet & greets, as well as curb side drop off and pickup. You don’t even have to get out of your car if you prefer! We are conveniently located, approximately 10 minutes from I-65 and the Scottsville rd exit (Exit 22), with lots of space to be a dog!

About: I've cared for dogs big and small since I was eleven. I've watched pets, dogs and cats, for my neighbors and family who needed a caregiver while they're out. I've given the animals baths, walked them around their neighborhood, kept them fed and cared for, and I've stayed the night at my relatives for their dogs. They're typically calm and happy around me, despite separation anxiety. I love animals more than most people! I have full open availability with no other pressing school or work obligations. Sitting and dog walking fits perfectly into my routine as a very active person who needs a lot of walking and stimulation myself. It depends on what the client has provided for me at their home and what they have instructed me to do. I'll take them outside or keep them in per the owners' requests.

About: I’ve taken care of animals ever since the age of 13. My aunt had 3 dogs so whenever I could I would watch them and stay there for a week at a time when she was out of town I fed them walked them even had to bathe them when they got into dirt. From then on my aunt gave other people my number and information and I started animal sitting all kinds of creatures ! It’s my favorite thing to do ! I’m currently working full time and I have a 2 year old little boy. I am extremely flexible and able to do any and all jobs ! So unfortunately have a German Shepard who isn’t around dogs all the time so I would have to work in my clients home. I am a very clean and neat person I never leave a mess. If I was to stay in your home I would clean all the dishes and wipe down counters and vacuum if you’d like all while talking care of your fur baby.

About: I've taken care of all kinds of animals, grew up on a farm, and currently live on one. I currently work with horses. I quit nursing to do something I love and work with animals. If I cannot give your animal the care I would expect mine to get for some reason, I won't take the job. I currently work with horses every day. I live on a farm where we have goats 🐐, horses 🐎, chickens 🐔, a pig 🐖, cats 🐈, dogs 🐕, a rabbit 🐇, and a guinea pig so I'm no stranger to animals. I care for my clients pets as if they are my own. I am a very active person, I do hybrid training everyday that includes street/trail running and weights/calisthenics. I normally do this early in the morning for 1-3 hours. If I’m not with your babies, I’m at my house a couple times throughout the day to care for my babies then I’m back at yours! I care for your pets at your home, I can stay or go as long as you’d like, keep them outside playing or inside- everything is your preference. I’d love to do whatever makes you feel most comfortable. As far as your home, if there’s anything you need me to do please let me know! I will do little things that I see here and there such as, bringing in any packages, cleaning up and taking out trash.

About: Hi, I’m Daphne! As a military wife, I understand that life can bring some unexpected, last minute schedule changes. So if there’s a weekend where you have to be away, I’d be more than happy to help watch over your fur baby! As a fitness instructor who values keeping an active lifestyle, I dedicate weekends to my dogs by taking them out on neighborhood walks, trails, or play dates to the dog parks — so if you need weekend care full of fun for your pup, look no further! We’ve fostered, volunteered, and have been active in our animal shelter. I have background handling both small and big dogs, dogs with high energy, and defeated dogs who have had overall rough lives. If we see any dog in need, no matter if it’s at 11pm, in the rain, or running through the roads, we will without hesitation, stop to help give that dog whatever it is they may need. We have come across many strays and have helped reunite them with their families or have found them forever homes with the help of our local animal shelters. Our dream life is working alongside a local animal rescue back home after military life and continuing to rescue & rehabilitate more dogs in need! If you need those “after hours” drop off/pick up times — don’t hesitate to ask! I am home on weekends all day so I am flexible with your schedule. During the week, I can also provide drop-in visits anywhere from 2pm-10pm. My camera roll is filled with pics of my own dogs so you can expect constant photos, videos, and updates on your baby throughout their time with me! What you can expect: I usually separate dogs at feeding times and keep them in their individual crate overnight. This is for their safety as I wouldn’t want anything harmful happening to them overnight when I am not watching! They may behave well in your home but in new environments, I want to take extra precautions. The dogs are not inside for more than 2 hours as I let them outside for potty breaks and outdoor playtime often, with weather conditions kept in mind.

He has separation anxiety, so I know how to take care of that as well. I work full-time at the University. I go on daily walks with my own dogs. I’m pretty free after work.
