About: I've grown up with dogs and have taken care of them since I was in high school. I'm currently a graduate student studying Clinical Psychology through the University of Alabama UA. About: I've had at least four dogs as long as I can remember. As a child, they were my first companions and my second caretakers. Even as I grew into an adult, they were always there to comfort me and to brighten the darkest of days. Dogs hold a very special place in my heart and I am eager to give back what they so willingly give; love, acceptance, understanding, comfort, and joy. In the last two years, I have gone from four dogs to one, due to Cancer and Congestive Heart Failure, and I must admit that their absence has affected me deeply. I miss them so so so much!! I'm one of those people that celebrated their dog's birthdays and bought them copious presents for Christmas. While my friends were pulling out their family pics, I was always pulling out my dog pics. I share this same sentiment towards birds, rabbits, and cats; all of which I had growing up. About: I have had dogs and cats in my life for over 50 years. I was so lucky to grow up in a home that was the local Noah’s Arc. This childhood formed my commitment and love to animals. About 20 years ago, I decided to enter the world of pure bred dogs and have been an avid exhibitor and breeder of Pointers and Ridgebacks focused always on good temperaments and health. I love dogs and really believe it’s important that each animal I care for, feels at home, comfortable, pampered, exercised and loved. I have 4 dogs that are super casual and it has been very easy to bring animals into my home. I will only take 1 or 2 dogs at a time, as I want to be able to provide the best care possible for them. Your animals are treated as though they are mine and the care and love they will experience can only be exceeded by you. It’s always stressful for animals to be away from their families, so the more I can do to relieve this stress, the better I feel. I always tease my clients that their dogs may come home a little spoiled. I’m very much available all day really to take care of the dogs as my schedule is very flexible. In addition my brother lives with me and he helps me take care of the dogs. There is always a person at our house while your dog will be visiting. I also offer a military discount for those that have or are serving our beautiful country. I do not work outside of the home, which provides me with a lot of flexibility to provide dedicated care to your pets all day. I think it's important dogs that stay at my house receive the same amount of attention as they would at home and as my dogs do. I also believe it's important not to disrupt their daily routine, so I work closely with owners to understand each Dog needs.

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats my whole life. I foster and volunteer and love it. I have the sweetest pup named Sadie who loves all people and animals. I am home full time and spend most of the time with my pups and kiddos. They usually sleep with me at night unless they have another preference. I care for pets by following their normal routine as closely as possible and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed. In a client’s home, I respect their space, keep doors secured, follow feeding and medication instructions carefully, and provide plenty of attention, exercise, and fresh water. I also like to send updates and photos so owners know their pets are happy and well cared for while they’re away.
About: I am a prevet student and have been taking care of animals of all forms since I was roughly 9 years old. I have a dog of my own, her name is Ellie, and she is very playful and loving with other animals including cats and people. I trained her myself and am able to work with younger pups as well as elder. I currently do not have a job and am trying to find small ways to make myself some money that is a little bit easier on myself. So any time can work for me as of now. I prefer going to a client's house to take care of their animals in a familiar environment, along with a detailed list of instructions of do's and dont's for their pet. Instructions on animal care are to ensure the animal's safety when they are with me, without me needing to unnecessarily contact and bother the owner while they are away. Also, a general list of outdoor activities I can do with the pet is welcome. For example, if I can take the pet hiking, to the park, for walks, etc. Also, does your pet get along with other animals, children, or people well, and does your pet get car sick? These variables are essential information for me to know to ensure the best care while you are away. My passion is pets, and I want to ensure your pets are comfortable and safe with me, so I highly encourage more than enough information on caring for your babies. Please note if your location is 40 miles, plus, in distance from my Rover given location, I charge for milage, for the traveling/distance in the initial reservation contact message for meet and greets. Both of us could use the exercise anyways, and they will come home as happy as ever! House Sitting: Available for more than one night. I am a working sitter with my own pup, so if overnights stays are your preference, then I may not be your flavor, and that’s okay! If your dog cannot do potty breaks for more than 4 hours in between, I’m not the best fit! While I’m at the house, your pet will have my undivided attention and I’d be happy to give any special care needed. I do adore dogs and hope to give back any way I can to other pet owners in need. I know we can’t always turn to friends/family with our pets, but you still want them to be treated as such! About: I've grown up with dogs and have taken care of them since I was in high school. I'm currently a graduate student studying Clinical Psychology through the University of Alabama UA. I’ve relocated to Georgetown to complete my doctoral internship. I am available to dog sit or walk/care for your fur baby! I do have a small (16lb.) King Charles Cavalier in my home.
