Fenced yard, kiddie pool in the summer, and I am totally okay if your baby needs to dig a hole in the yard. This is a safe space for critters to be their authentic selves. I’m work during the week, so I am only available Friday after 5pm through Sunday at 9pm. I don’t go out on the weekends, so I’m totally dialed in to seeing to your pet’s needs for pottying, walkies, snuggles, and anything else that helps them cope with having their human be absent for brief times. I have a large fenced yard. The grass is soft, but I’m okay with them getting a lil diggy time in if needed. The neighborhood is safe and there is a beautiful park nearby for walkies. About: I’ve been taking care of pets ever since I was a young girl. My parents would often foster kittens to which I would help and learn. When I was 11 and moved to Florida, I started to connect with my neighbors and created relationships where they trusted me enough to care for their pets and stay in their home. With experience in both dog and cat care, elderly and young, I’ve learned how to give medicine, understand what they need, and how to love them unconditionally. As a mom of two cat babes, I understand the need for a loving presence when you cannot be there for your own animals and would love to be able to be that for anyone else. Currently I work part-time with time to spare at home for pet care. I already spend many hours at home with my own fur babies, so I wouldn’t mind at all splitting that time with others staying in the house! Saturdays I work an 8 hour shift, but any other day is wide open. I have two cats in my home, and they have free roam of the house. I am not one to restrict where pets can and cannot go since this is their first time living as well and are curious creatures. If I have a dog with me, then I try to be where they are, providing supervision and company.

I have a 4+ year old orange Siberian Husky, and I've grown up with a couple family dogs, so I've always been around animals and want to pursue an animal related career! I'm currently working a part time job, and I would love to take your dog for a walk, play with them, or simply keep them company while you're away! I’m used to the responsibility of taking care of animals and making sure they are fed, walked and happy. I’ve also walked looked after dogs for relatives and neighbors who were away since I was a kid. I work from home on the weekdays. I work for myself as well and like to take breaks by walking around my neighborhood so it’s easy for me to find time for your pet. I’m available most the weekend as well unless something unexpected comes up. I have a one room apartment near college hill park, it’s an ideal location for dog walking, as it’s a very safe and walkable neighborhood. Being in a small space makes boarding a little difficult (which is why I charge more for it) but it is doable.

I’ve volunteered at animal shelters, shadowed veterinarians, and have been a dog owner my entire life. I have a senior dog myself so I am happy to offer all of the extra TLC your pet may need. I also used to compete with my dog in obedience and agility so I am well versed in dog training! I am a stay at home mom and farmer so I am always around the house and farm. Fully fenced yard available to use with few steps. Upstairs and downstairs of house but not required to go downstairs if they don’t want to. Crate available, if they are trained or need it. I rarely see the need to use it but require crate trained dogs in case I need it. Common reasons would be during grocery delivery (to prevent escapes while door maybe open), unexpected visitors (if your dog would be uncomfortable, etc.), and such.

But in caring for my own animals, I am quite neurotic in how detailed and specifically I care for them. I make sure my animals have daily mental and exercise stimulation through playing with toys, walking, and engagement with me and each other. I am adamant about giving my animals affection, and provide them meals in a timely and measured way. I brush all of my animals teeth daily, walk my dogs daily, and clean my cats litter box at least twice a day. I am very attuned to subtleties and changes in my animals behavior to ensure that they are in good health! I want to give my animals the best life and care possible just as I will do for your animals!
About: Hi there! :) My name is Ashley! I have a love and passion for working and caring with animals, especially dogs, and people! A little about me: I am 26. I have two awesome little ones, as well as four furry ones. Our furry kiddos are our two German Shepherds, Riley and Atlas, and our two cats Artemis and Merlin. I have owned and worked with animals since I was a little girl. I was always bringing home animals that I found, wanting to help them find their homes or seeing if we could be their new one. When I was 11, I started babysitting the neighbors and family friends kids and pets. My first dog was named after one of my toy horses as a little girl, named Sand Dune. He was a Labrador and Collie mix. He helped further my love of working with animals and people. My relationship with him was one of the first things that helped steer me towards a career path of veterinary medicine/working extensively with animals. As he got older, he became very sick and we soon learned that he had cancer. I saw how the people in the veterinary field helped him, helped us, what they did and how they did it, all really struck a cord within me. Not long after I changed my school path from human nursing to animal nursing. I started school at PIMA Medical Institute in Colorado Springs, CO. in January 2014. I finished the program in December 2014 with a 3.8 GPA. When I finished school I went to work at an animal hospital in Colorado Springs. Currently I work at home as a Health and Fitness Coach, as well as my work through Rover. In my spare time I love to spend time with my family. We love to do anything outdoors. Regular hikes and trail walks with the kiddos (all 4 of them) are one of our "must-do's"! Indoors we are big PC gamers, and run a D&D campaign at our house on the weekend! I am an artist, and an avid book reader as well. What I Offer: With my schooling, training, and accumulated experience, I'm able to handle various needs that your animal friends may have. If your pup has has any special needs that he/she needs to have met, you can be rest assured that they will be taken care of. I'm able to administer medicine both orally and injected. I understand the necessity and importance for medicine to be administered on time and correctly. I am familiar with specific diets (allergy diets, the RAW diet). I am trained in Animal CPR. I am very flexible with hours, and am available both during the day and at night. When we talk about me coming to visit, we will talk about the needs of your pup , expectations, any questions that you may have to make sure that you are more than comfortable. About: I’ve taken care of pets, especially dogs since my parents brought home my first dog when I was a little kid. I’m used to the responsibility of taking care of animals and making sure they are fed, walked and happy. I’ve also walked looked after dogs for relatives and neighbors who were away since I was a kid. I work from home on the weekdays. I work for myself as well and like to take breaks by walking around my neighborhood so it’s easy for me to find time for your pet. I’m available most the weekend as well unless something unexpected comes up. I have a one room apartment near college hill park, it’s an ideal location for dog walking, as it’s a very safe and walkable neighborhood. Being in a small space makes boarding a little difficult (which is why I charge more for it) but it is doable.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs ever since I was 5 when I fully trained my Cocker Spaniel dog. I potty trained her and taught her to climb stairs when she was only a puppy. After that I learned tricks and educated myself how to feed them correctly. My family and friends trust me their fur babies to bath them and walk them when they don’t have the time. I also clip the nails and play the groomer with small and medium dogs. I enjoy playing with them but I also practice discipline with dogs. About: I love all animals dearly. I have experience in raising dogs from puppies to adults. I believe animals should be loved and treated with respect. That's exactly how I will treat your pet. They will be allowed outside to go to the bathroom at least once every hour to ensure they don't go to the bathroom in the house. If the yard is not fenced, I will take them on multiple micro-walks throughout the day.(I usually walk about a half a mile and then head back but I do this once every hour.) and last but not least, I will make sure your pet has sufficient food and water. About: I have taken care of all sorts of animals from dogs to bunnies since the age of 12 and have enjoyed it so much! I am a teacher during the school year, so my summers are pretty open to live on your fur babies! I am a teacher, so my availability is a wide range in the summer. I have a large fenced yard. The grass is soft, but I’m okay with them getting a lil diggy time in if needed. The neighborhood is safe and there is a beautiful park nearby for walkies. When I was 11 and moved to Florida, I started to connect with my neighbors and created relationships where they trusted me enough to care for their pets and stay in their home. With experience in both dog and cat care, elderly and young, I’ve learned how to give medicine, understand what they need, and how to love them unconditionally. As a mom of two cat babes, I understand the need for a loving presence when you cannot be there for your own animals and would love to be able to be that for anyone else. I already spend many hours at home with my own fur babies, so I wouldn’t mind at all splitting that time with others staying in the house! Saturdays I work an 8 hour shift, but any other day is wide open. I have two cats in my home, and they have free roam of the house. I am not one to restrict where pets can and cannot go since this is their first time living as well and are curious creatures. If I have a dog with me, then I try to be where they are, providing supervision and company.

About: I’ve had and taken care of 4 dogs since I was 2, 3 boxers and one little Papillion. The ones that are in my home now is a 6 year old boxer and a Pit Bull. I love spending every minute with the doggies and would love to go to the extra mile with your dog!! I am a graduate student at Wichita State, so through the week I am at school from around 9-4 . The weekends are completely free with me. I am very flexible all around! I have a fenced in yard with 2 other super sweet dogs who love to cuddle and play around.
