About: I've been a volunteer at Caring Hands Humane Society for 4+ years, and in January of 2022 I raised a litter of 6 Pomsky puppies! I have a 4+ year old orange Siberian Husky, and I've grown up with a couple family dogs, so I've always been around animals and want to pursue an animal related career! I'm currently working a part time job, and I would love to take your dog for a walk, play with them, or simply keep them company while you're away! I'm available 9am - 9pm Mon, Wed, Thu, but am somewhat flexible on weekends for house sitting. I have a fenced backyard and 2 energetic Siberian Huskies that are very friendly and play well with new dogs; I take them to the Newton dog park often and they absolutely love it! I can provide a crate for a medium - large dog if needed/requested. My dog sleeps in my room with an open crate so she can sleep in her crate or just on the floor. I have plenty chew toys, everything from tennis balls to rope toys to an assortment of squeakers!

Therefore, I do have some flexibility in my schedule at this point. I’m able to do potty runs during the day provided the distance allows it. “Veronica provides a safe, cosy place for dogs to stay when they can’t go with their owner, and my dog Bear was treated like family. Bear is almost 14 years old and not interested in playing, but he got along well with Veronica’s gentle dog, who Veronica carefully introduced to him. He likes to be with people, and he was so comfortable with Veronica that he relaxed at my feet when she and I chatted, instead of pulling me out the door. Veronica was very careful to help Bear negotiate around her house, as he doesn’t see well, and she was clever in making sure he could safely go out. Bear says he would go back anytime and I can heartily recommend Veronica to care for beloved pets.”

About: I lost my girl in late 2024. Pet sitting for others has really helped my heart to heal. I have always had a dog in my life but I am not yet ready to commit to my next soulmate. I work from home full-time and miss having a shadow with me. Comfortable with meds and needles, as needed. Comfortable with elderly dogs. I work full time from home, so rarely would your pet be alone. I treat your dog like I treated my own. If I run an errand, your dog runs an errand with me (as long as you approve). We might take a walk, we might Netflix and chill, we might swim in the summer, it just depends what your dog “tells” me they wanna do! We have two guinea pigs (who can be separated from other animals if needed). It’s just my husband and I and our teen daughter, who is generally the one our guest dogs sleep with! Fully fenced yard available to use with few steps. Upstairs and downstairs of house but not required to go downstairs if they don’t want to. Crate available, if they are trained or need it. I rarely see the need to use it but require crate trained dogs in case I need it. Common reasons would be during grocery delivery (to prevent escapes while door maybe open), unexpected visitors (if your dog would be uncomfortable, etc.), and such.

My 14 year old daughter loves to assist me when caring for your pet, please let me know if that is okay. I do work full time. If the pet is staying at your house, time permitting, I will check on them before work, lunch, and spend time after work with them. I will treat every pet as if they are mine. I normally feed twice a day and go outside as often as possible; weather permitting of course. If anything seems off, I have experience and a clinic I can take them too if needed.

About: I have done rescue work for dogs. I actually have two dogs of my own one. I saved from the Humane Society and one I saved for a rescue who is going to be put to sleep for no reason. I am currently not working so I would be home all of the time with them. They would get all the attention in the world. We have a a fenced in backyard that they would be able to run around in and the cats would be kept inside and fed. What food daily if you please. About: Hi! I have taken care of animals since I was a young child. I grew up taking care of a German Shepard and two cats. When I was a teenager I was the primary caretaker for my cat. From age 16-20 I volunteered at two animal shelters working with horses, farm animals, dogs and cats. I gained many interesting experiences working with goats, chickens, ducks and other animals while at the shelter. I dedicated more than twenty hours weekly volunteering. I currently have an older dog, who I adopted over four years ago when I lived in Florida. I am passionate about providing people's pets with quality walks and care. I understand how nerve-wracking it can be to trust someone to take good care of your pet, but I work hard to ensure the pets are well cared for while you are away. I am a nursing student and will be working at my job part time to accommodate my class schedule. When I am not in classes or at work, my availability is very open. My schedule does vary as nursing school schedules vary but I am very communicative regarding scheduling and availability. I care deeply about pet care and ensuring pets are treated with love and kindness. I saw first hand how hard it can be to trust someone to take of your pets while you are away. It is my mission to ensure that each animal in my care is treated with love, kindness and with the utmost care. I ensure that if you trust me with your beloved family member I will make sure that they are comfortable and happy while in my care. “Sasha was amazing! I needed a sitter due to a medical emergency, there were so many things at play to where I was out of town when our dog was ready to be picked up. My dad who was just recovering from surgery was not as fast he usually was post surgery. We had to coordinate and navigate a lot considering this was also our first time using Rover. Sasha was patient in navigating the frustrations with pick up. She was very hands on with our dog and communicated with us as we navigated his needs and this app for the first time. I highly recommend her to anyone needing a pet sitter. Thanks for your help Sasha and helping our family during this time and not having to travel 20 hours with our German shepherd. About: I’ve grown up with and taken care of dogs of all kinds! Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed, play and check up on their pets! I’m currently in school studying, which gives me a very flexible daytime schedule. I’m available for walks throughout the day and can accommodate a variety of timing needs, including mornings, afternoons and evenings! I have always grown up with animals but currently do not have any pets of my own.
