About: I have taken care of pets since I was 13 and house sat since I was 15!! I was also a kennel tech for a year! This included giving medication, bathing, feeding, and just plain old watching the pets! I know CPR for our fury friends too! I have two dogs of my own as well as four cats so I am completely comfortable with a variety. I am a college student working on my masters online while working another job as well. My schedule is pretty straight forward for me so pet care will fit well as long as I keep my calendar balanced. I am comfortable house sitting for both dogs and cats. I am more than capable of crating or letting pets out to potty. I usually keep treats on me anytime I care for a furry friend. When I walk animals, I usually go for 30 minutes to an hour so that they get the excercise needed. I also have bags for when they do their business on a walk.

I have experience with both puppies and elderly dog as well as cats, reptiles, birds, and farm animals. I also am open to limited contact boarding for people reacting dogs and can do crate rotation for dog reactive dogs away from mine. I work in the evenings 4 days a week so I spend the mornings/afternoons out playing with the pups then they take naps in kennels while I’m at work and we play some more when I get home. I also can move my dogs kennels out of the “dog room” and your dog can just stay in there instead of a kennel if they are more comfortable that way. I have 5 dogs that are very active and friendly. I have a fenced in yard the dogs love to run around in and inside we have lots of toys and comfy places to take naps (which will be put up if there are problems). If I’m not at home or at night all dogs will be kenneled for safety.

About: I've taken care of animals both big and small, in single pet households and multi-pet homes. I like to spend time getting to know each animal under my care so any walks/visits/ stays can be as fun and relaxing for the animal as possible. A majority of my pet care has been at home stays for dogs with anxiety or just need a little extra attention. I've also cared for reptiles, birds, and small mammals in addition to dogs and cats. About: I have been dog and cat sitting since middle school! I live in Oklahoma and Kansas and do Rover in both for half the year. I have a bigger dog and smaller cat of my own at home but not in Kansas. I volunteer at the Lawrence Humane Society and love all types of animals!! I’m currently in school but am available most hours of everyday. I don’t have many other obligations during the weekdays so I am very flexible with timing! I am willing to work with whatever the owner would like. I am definitely willing to spend the night if necessary and can let out however often you would like.
