“Karrie did a great job taking care of my 11 year old miniature golden doodle. She had excellent communication skills, sent great pictures and updates, and followed all of our feeding instructions. Our dog Murphy seemed to have an amazing time with her. It was our longest trip away from Murphy so I was definitely on edge but Karrie did a great job. My only critique is that I didn’t realize Karrie was dog sitting for multiple dogs (up to 9 others) during our booking with her until after I had already finalized our booking and did a meet/greet. She was forthcoming after the fact but I do wish she would’ve brought this up beforehand as Murphy can be a bit timid around other dogs. But overall it was a great experience and I’m happy we used Karrie for our week away.”

I was out of the country for around two weeks and worried about my cat because she tends to be a little shy and scared of new people and typically i only know how to deal with her. Michelle was perfect !! letting my cat slowly warm up to her presence visit by visit. She would send photos every visit and that was very reassuring, she would play with my cat and feed her and cuddle with gigi. I would get photos of gigi playing, running, and cuddling which is not her norm for when she meets new people so i was very happy with that.There wasn’t a moment where I was worried about my gigi. Michelle is so nice and compassionate and sweet and it shows because my gigi warmed up to her, she responds to messages and updates me where i felt reassured and comfortable, I could not be happier that i found her to take care of my cat and i was honestly lucky to have her as my pet sitter.I would definitely choose her again over anyone if I ever had to leave my cat again but in general with any animal because she actually cares.”

About: I have taken care of pets since I was 13 and house sat since I was 15!! I was also a kennel tech for a year! This included giving medication, bathing, feeding, and just plain old watching the pets! I know CPR for our fury friends too! I have two dogs of my own as well as four cats so I am completely comfortable with a variety. I am a college student working on my masters online while working another job as well. My schedule is pretty straight forward for me so pet care will fit well as long as I keep my calendar balanced. I am comfortable house sitting for both dogs and cats. I am more than capable of crating or letting pets out to potty. I usually keep treats on me anytime I care for a furry friend. When I walk animals, I usually go for 30 minutes to an hour so that they get the excercise needed. I also have bags for when they do their business on a walk.

About: Growing up I was never without a pet. We always had cats and dogs. I have helped care for pets since I was a little girl and often watched animals for family friends. I had my very first dog at 18 who turned out to be deaf. Taking care of him was not easy but so worth all the love we shared. Sadly he passed away from Cancer in 2013. I live a few blocks from the Eudora Elementary school and love walking the trail that goes behind it. I find joy in watching my own animals run and play. About: I have had dogs in my home for almost my whole life. I have a pug, golden retriever, and a mutt that are all a couple years apart in age. For two years, I volunteered at a humane society where I walked and cared for dogs of all kinds. Senior, puppy, sick, I have a lot of experience and I would love to get more! I’m currently working at a golf course near Forest Lake. My schedule for work comes out weekly, so I’m unaware what my weeks look like well in advance. I don’t like to do this, but if your pups are able to be home for about 6-8, then this would be a great fit! Your pups are my priority and I wouldn’t want them to feel uncomfortable with my wack work schedule in any way. My shifts will either be 6-2 or 2-9, or shorter. About: I am the perfect boarding option if you're looking to get away. I’m currently working a hybrid arrangement so I am home Mondays and Fridays. We’re typically here most weekends but do go out of town every now and then, so just keep an eye on my calendar and I will do my best to keep it updated. I have been around dogs my entire life and can't imagine my life without one (or two)! They are an extension of my family and are treated as such. Rest-assured, your dogs will be loved here and get to play with our 12 year old Terrier and our 7 year old Austrian Pinscher. We have a large fenced yard and LOTS of toys and nearby trails where I'll take our dogs and yours for walks several times a day. I do allow pets on furniture and to sleep in our bed if that's what they're used to. If your dog plays well with others they will fit in perfectly here! I’m currently working from home 2 days a week so typically always home during those days to care for your pups! They will get lots of outdoor breaks and at least one walk while I’m home. We treat your dog(s) like our own. They’re allowed on our furniture and can sleep in it beds if that’s what they’re used to. We also have a large fenced yard for plenty of bathroom breaks and exercise.

About: Hi, I’m Sarah! I’m 18 years old and have loved animals for as long as I can remember. I grew up with both dogs and cats, and I currently have four dogs of my own, so I’ve always been surrounded by animals. About: My family has had dogs, cats and fish my whole life. I often watch them when my parents are out of town and I have dog and cat sat for family & friends for years. I have helped a friends family with their cattle and pigs, but am not as experienced with livestock outside chickens. I’m currently available 7 days/wk I work as a server in my pleasant so whoever I’m staying with ideally should be able to go 6-8hrs between potty breaks! About: I have always been known to my parents friends and neighbors and the person to call if you need help watching your animal. I’ve been pet sitting dogs specifically for just over 4 years but before that I watched everything from cats, to fish, and hamsters. I’ve dealt with numerous dogs suffering from seizures along with many recovering from surgery’s so I know how to handle almost everything. I’m currently a college student. I have some Morning commitments however I can be home with your pet for most of the day, or stop by at any point during the day to walk or let them out. I have an english golden retriever myself so there is another dog within my house, however he’s very friendly with other dogs. We don’t use a crate in our house and the dogs are allowed on the furniture but I’m happy to follow whatever you prefer for your own animal.

I work a part time job, and also have a home-based business, with lots of flexibility in my schedule. My husband is retired, he is my backup so coverage is not an issue. In your home, I follow the guidelines you establish. If something unexpected comes up, I get in touch with you or use my discretion (depending on urgency and situation). Since I have raised my own children, owned multiple dogs, have worked in Elder Care, and now work as a Nanny, handling crazy things and responding to true emergencies is part of my skill set. In my own home, we have a relaxed routine, and we have time to spend with our doggie guests. We have created a calming environment to help manage any separate anxiety or stress. (We do not currently have our own pets, sadly)
About: I have been working for a dog boarding and daycare facility for about 2 years now. I have learned lots about dog behavior and how to interact with lots of different personalities- and I am still learning every day! I have experience in administering medications and would love to meet your pup! About: I have been around dogs for my entire life and am familiar with both the ups and downs of pet care. My family and I have fostered dogs frequently so I have experience with dogs of all breeds and sizes. I love being around dogs, playing with them, and making sure that they are well-loved. I am currently a student at the University 5 days a week but I enjoy caring for animals in between classes and love to spend time with them as I do homework and assignments. I am able to stay overnight if needed. I am familiar with using crates as well as shock collars to correct behavior. I am also familiar with harnesses and safely walking them on the leash.

As a grad student and current renter, I can’t have pets of my own so am glad to have the chance to get some cuddles in with yours.
