About: I am not a professional but sometimes I believe that’s okay. I’ve had dogs since I can remember. I’ve always had such a big heart when it comes to animals. I worked at a shelter while I was in high school and the hardest for me was not bringin them all to my house. I have two dogs of my own. They’re both older girls and very very laid back and friendly. I think every dog has personality of their own and that’s what is beautiful about dogs. I think taking care of dogs is more than a chore or a job, i think it’s more of passion. I work 3 12hr shifts a week and have plenty of time to keep your pets company before or after work or on my days off! My dogs are very well behaved and typically will stay close by, when we’re in an unfamiliar area they are always on a leash or on a line fixed to a post or tree. I am very familiar with rambunctious pups who get over excited and need to be leashed at all times. My dogs need to be crated at night so doing the same for another dog is no issue.

“We felt very comfortable leaving our Scottie, Finnley with Hugh. From the first contact, communication was easy and efficient. Since Finnley is selective with humans, we met with Hugh several days before leaving Finnley. There were no issues, so that indicated that Finny approved of Hugh which is important to us. Hugh sent pictures and texts of how things were going so we were well informed. We would leave Finny with Hugh again when needed.”
