“This was the first time I’ve ever used a pet sitter. We have an older cat that has kidney issues and we’ve had to switch her to a wet food diet. Last time we went out of town for a two days she lost almost 1/2 a pound of body weight and it took two weeks to get her back to eating normally. So we were concerned about leaving again. Samantha did a great job keeping us updated on how our cat was doing and when we got home she actually gained weight because she was so comfortable and eating normally. I would not hesitate to have Samantha look after our pets again she was so caring and you can tell she truly loves her time with the animals. Excellent job!”

About: I enjoy having dogs, and started using this website when I went out of town. Because of this, I know the high standard of care I expect from my sitter, and what you should expect too. I will take the time and care you would for your own dog. I'll give them snuggles, playtime, and lots of outside time depending on the crazy weather we have here of course. Myself and my doggy friends love to take walks, play tug-of-war, fetch and other games your dog enjoys or might enjoy. If your dog comes to our house we have a fully enclosed backyard. It is a great big yard enough to play fetch with a few dogs at the same time. Some just like to sun bathe and watch everyone else run around. Your dogs will have so much fun, and will be well loved while they are here. When my doggie friends come back for a visit the owners tell me the dogs are excited when they turn down my street. I have a Yorkie named Jack, and 3 mini Bernedoodles named Elenor, Dahlia, and Franklin. I am not taking unneutered or unspayed dogs at this time. I have lots of available hours to spend with your pets. My schedule is consistent usually, but fairly open. In the past, I was walking dogs. Not sure if I am going to start doing that or not. I have a fenced in yard and 4 dogs to keep your dog company. We can play in the yard or hang out in the house. I have lots of toys and balls.

About: Got a cavalier when kids left 20 years ago and have been in love with and taken care of pups for family and friends ever since! I work part time as a sub at a local school lunchroom. Consequently, I have a good deal of time to do what I enjoy most, spending time with and caring for pups!! (and on occasion, cats!) I live in a lovely neighborhood with a nice balance of open space and paths for walks. Currently, I care for two of my own—Sparky, my sweet 13-year-old Bichon Frise, and Shelby, my playful 1-year-old Miniature Goldendoodle. Having both a senior dog and a young, energetic pup has given me a wide range of hands-on experience, from managing health needs and gentle senior care to keeping up with puppy energy, training, and teething phases. In the past, I also cared for an American Pitbull Terrier for 5 years, and over the years I’ve looked after many dogs for friends, neighbors, and family members. Some of the breeds I’ve worked with include Chihuahuas, Beagles, Golden Retrievers, Pomeranians, and a variety of lovable mixes. Every dog is unique, and I truly enjoy getting to know each one’s personality and quirks. Whether they’re shy or outgoing, young or elderly, I’m patient, gentle, and always happy to provide the care and attention they deserve. I’m usually available Monday through Friday, which means I have plenty of time throughout the day to walk, play with, and care for your pup. Whether they need a midday stroll, some company while you’re away, or just a little extra love and attention, I’m happy to be there for them. I’m home often, so I’m able to keep a close eye on the dogs and make sure they’re always safe and cared for. While my yard is open and unfenced, I never leave dogs outside unattended—they’re always on a leash and supervised, with access to a sunny, enclosed sunroom for extra comfort. For smaller dogs, I have a crate available if preferred by the owner, and I’m also able to provide transport in case of a vet emergency. My home is stocked with cozy blankets and toys that are always available for dogs to borrow and enjoy. About: I've taken care of family pets (cats and dogs) for 15+ years now, and on my own I a have two cats. My schedule is flexible, though my apartment does not allow for dogs and I prefer to pets sit at the pet's home, where they are most comfortable and familiar. I do not have experience caring for pets with serious medical conditions, but I have given dogs their medication on previous jobs. I am currently only available on weekends, though as I transition out of teaching my schedule will open up. I am available for any emergencies over the holidays. My apartment does not allow for dogs, and would prefer not to test how my cats would respond to other animals as it has been just them in my apartment for a few years now. I also believe that it's best to sit for apet in their own home where I am the only thing they have to adjust to. I am fastidious about following owner directions. My cats are fairly low-maintenance, but I also have experience with high-energy dogs like boxers, and pet size does not matter.

“Alexis was absolutely fantastic taking care of my baby Luna! Luna is only 6 months old, has a lot of energy, is not fully trained and I'm sure was a handful for someone to walk in day-one and manage, But she did above and beyond. She brought toys and puzzles, made sure Luna was fed and properly walked. She updated me on how the walks went, when she arrived and left, told me about the other dogs Luna got to meet along the walks and seemed totally joyful and sincere about spending time with my sweet girl. I will be hiring Alexis over and over in the future!”

I was a little concerned at first, not sure if she could handle my 10 month old German Shepherd, Jream, but overall, she did very well even without having a fenced yard. My girls still got a full hour of playtime in a nearby fenced area where they were able to run and play ball freely. Meredith followed all my instructions, and I would definitely use her again.”

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life, and dogs have always had a special place in my heart! Growing up, my family had dogs, horses, goats, chickens, cats, birds, fish—you name it. Caring for animals has always been second nature to me, and over the years I’ve become the go-to pet sitter for friends and family whenever they go on vacation. I understand that every dog is unique, whether they’re full of energy and love long walks or prefer cuddles and a relaxing day at home. My goal is to make your pup feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away by keeping their routine as normal as possible. You can expect plenty of playtime, belly rubs, potty breaks, and lots of love and attention. I treat every dog as if they were my own and will keep you updated so you can enjoy your time away with peace of mind, knowing your furry family member is in good hands! I currently work full-time from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and have an hour commute each way. Because of this, I offer boarding for pets who are comfortable being alone for an extended period during the workday. I am fully available on weekends and can dedicate plenty of time to your furry family members! I also offer evening dog walks and drop-in visits after work. I live in a top-floor apartment with carpeted stairs and plenty of windows, perfect for curious pups who love to look outside and watch the world go by. There’s also a private dog park directly across the street from my complex, giving your dog a great place to play and burn off some energy. My neighborhood is quiet and pet-friendly, making it ideal for long walks and plenty of sniffing adventures. I make sure every pet gets lots of attention, playtime, potty breaks, and, of course, treats (with owner approval!). My goal is to make your pet feel comfortable, loved, and cared for while you’re away, treating them like part of my own family.
