Some of the photos included my cat bathing in the sun, resting on her couch, and pretty much just enjoying a little vacation. When I came to pick up my pet, she gave me the run down on his behavior and was also very kind enough to allow me to run around her house, move furniture, and to fetch my cat. If you have a pet, you can rest assure knowing Mary can take care of him while you are away. I cannot thank you enough. Will be seeing her in the event my cat needs another hotel. :)”

About: I’ve been involved with dog rescue for many years. I worked with virtually every type of dog there is. From shy, timid to very high energy. I’ve had dogs that had aggression issues. I worked with dogs on leash training, housebreaking, and socialization. I am retired. I have nothing but time on my hands! I volunteer Thursday mornings at an equine therapy barn. But I will still have time to take care of animals on Thursdays. I am open to caring for dogs in my home. But! They have to be dog and cat friendly. I would prefer not to have younger dogs, only because my dogs are older and don’t like young dogs, jumping all over them. My dogs are very dog friendly though. My cats are very dog friendly. About: I have taken care of many many dogs, from 5 senoir disabled chihauhas at once, to larger german sheapards and high and low energy dogs, untrained and trained. I take routines seriously, as I understand you are away, and I keep it together until you come back! :) I work part time in the evening as a janitor from Monday through Friday 6-10 PM, but I can be flexible; I am looking for dog walkings or weekend stays, as I am available virtually anytime before I work. I already have clients from other websites, as well as references for multiple pet sitting jobs. Long and short term gigs and anything in-between are great. About: I've had a house full of pets since I was born. We always had at least 2 dogs, 2 cats, 2 turtles, and other pets in the house. Chance was my main pet (pitbull) who I personally trained and took care of from the age of 10 until I left for college. I now have a chihuahua named Taako and a fluffy cat named Magnus that I take care of. I've also helped watch cats and dogs of family and friends. I also spend my free time volunteering at Lake Humane Society. I have experience in reading cat temperment (don't want to get bit in a shelter!) and training dogs. I work full time 9-5 during the week from home but I can help during a lunch break, after work any time, or on weekends! I will work to whatever your comfort level is for your pets!
