About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life—there has literally never been a time growing up when I didn't have a pet at home! On top of my lifelong hands-on experience, I spent all four years of high school volunteering weekly at a local animal shelter, dedicating about 8 hours a week to caring for both cats and dogs. About: My family always had a pet dog. As a kid I would feed and walk dogs in the neighborhood while they were out of town. As I grew older I would stay at family or friend's homes if they went out of town. I'm in search of a similar situation in South Bend - dog walking and light housework included! Weekdays I can stop in and let the dog(s) out for bathroom breaks. On weekends/evenings I can stay at your home so that the dog is familiar and will make myself available 100% during that time. I prefer to stay or drop in to my client's home. I find that the dog is more familiar/comfortable this way too. I am happy to do a test run so that everyone feels comfortable/familiar!

About: I've been caring for dogs for over 10 years and have experience with dogs of different breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities. As a dog owner myself, I know how important it is to have someone you can trust caring for your pet while you're away. I'm comfortable with feeding, walking, playtime, bathing, and following each dog's normal routine and care instructions. About: I’ve owned large dogs consistently for the last 20 years. I’m ready to give snuggles to dogs of all sizes, though! Kids are back in school so I have lots of time on my hands. I’m ready to spread the love! I’m currently looking for some supplemental income doing something fun and rewarding while maintaining the flexibility I need for my kids and their schedule. I love the idea of borrowing someone else’s pup for a little bit so they don’t have to be lonely all day. I have been home since my youngest was born 9 years ago, so I have plenty of time on my hands during the days. We have a big fenced yard, and live on a quiet street with little traffic for walks. I don’t really have a lot of other things going on during the day, so frequent potty breaks are no issue.

About: New to Rover.com but 10+ years of fostering over 400 babies for local shelters. They were all spoiled by the time they were ready for adoption. (No apologies for that 🙃) Your pet will be well cared for/spoiled while they visit! I can take two dogs, for the safety of your pet(s) and mine, only if they are from the same household. Love animals and miss fostering I did while in California. Your family member will be in caring hands who has years of experience with puppies and kittens who needed medication. I’m retired and have all the time in the world. 🤭 I still foster and mark my calendar as unavailable when I have foster babies. You can always ask if there is room for one more. 😉 New home with half acre fenced yard. Have a very active border collie who wants a playmate. My animals have always had the run of the house but I can provide a crate if need be. If you need an extended period of time, let me know. My last foster was 6 months old, from a local shelter and was here for over 2 months.

About: I have always grown up with pets, from dogs to rodents I’ve always had some fur little friend in my life. I adore being able to make a pets life more enjoyable and bright, whether that means going out and about or being a couch potato, I want to be there. I just recently got accepted to a master program at Notre Dame (crazy excited), due to that I have class from eight to noon Monday through Thursday and for the month of August and partially into September. I will have a Friday class however most afternoons I should be free and if not, I will always work with my schedule and your schedule to find the best time that works to see your pets! I personally love having a directions list, something that I can follow to keep both your mind and my mind at peace knowing that what is written down will make sure that you pet will be safe and still have a good time.
