We adopted our baby from the humane society at 3 months old and worked through potty training, leash training, and command training. I have a nice sized yard, however, it is not fenced in so if your fur baby likes to run off from time to time we may not be a good fit. We do have 11 chickens who stay in their coop (we do let them free range from time to time, but they will be kept in their coop while you pup stays with us). I’m reliable with feeding, walks, playtime, and just making sure they feel safe and loved while you’re gone. I'm currently working part-time, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I'm available for boarding on weekends, and weekdays after 2pm. I live in a pet-friendly apartment and make sure every pet feels safe, loved, and cared for. I stick to their routines, provide walks, potty breaks, crate if needed, and give plenty of attention, playtime, and cuddles. Safety, trust, and comfort always come first in my care.

About: I have been obsessed with dogs since I was little. Always wanting to have one, pet one, and just interact with one. I currently have a GSD, who is a handful, that I love dearly. I’m currently working 12 hour shifts with a rotating schedule. My available days change every week, but I know my schedule very far out in advance. I am very mindful of doors being closed all the way before and after taking your furry baby for a walk. Will provide them with water and treats before and after. I can also put them back into their crate before leaving if required.
About: I have my own dog. I've grown up with dogs. I worked at a pet store when I was a teenager, and have house/pet sat before. Although, I'm not a vet, I'm observant and will keep an eye out for issues that concern you. Pet health is important. That includes nutrition and grooming. I know some think there is such a thing as over involved pet parents, I think they're family and should be treated as such. I volunteer at my church every Thursday, Backpack Program fifth Wednesdays (when they occur) and Orphan Grain Train every other month on the third Thursday. Otherwise, I take care of my dad who has COPD. I have to be home to cook for him. And take care of my own dog. Eventually, I will allow dogs to stay with me overnight, but I want to make sure my dog and said dogs get along. So that is my availability. I have a pitbull mix. She is very good around other dogs. Especially after she gets to know them. She's not aggressive, just tends to hump when excited. All dogs will need a leash if they are coming with me. I have walking trails in my community. I have no problem walking your dogs in them. Please make sure they have up to date tick meds. Also I live with my dad he will be petting and loving any pet that spends the night. My house is two story, so if you have a senior dog that needs help just let me know.
