“Shelley was amazing! She watched our 2 dogs for 5 nights/6 days. Our 15 1/2 year old lab came with special needs which required daily bandages changes for a large ruptured tumor in her leg. Our dogs are bonded and have never been boarded. Our 6 1/2 year old pittie/heeler mix is very cautious with new people. Both our dogs loved Shelley immediately! She never flinched about the ruptured tumor, which is not for the faint of heart. She sent us pictures and updates daily, which was very appreciated. About: I grew up with dogs and cats. Been taking care of my own dogs for 2 years now, but have plenty of experience before that. feeding, bathing, potty training, obedience training. I love to go on long walks with dogs, and I love to play with cats! I am a part time server and nanny. I start school in the fall and will have extra time on my hands in between classes and homework. If they need medicine before or after eating there meal, I can do that because I had to do it with my German Shepherd once. Someone will always be home that you meet during the meet n greet to ensure your animals are taken care of. It fits my schedule Tuesday through Friday I work 7:30am to 2pm sometimes done before that. Daughters are at school during the day. I will make sure that fences are shut, doors are shut as well as making sure theres no holes in the fences for them to squeeze through.

I take my dogs out 3x/day minimum but can take yours out as much as needed per your request. For puppies and some senior dogs, I understand the bathroom frequency is much higher. Because of the nature of my full-time job, I am home most of the time and will likely only accept boarding/daycare when I am planning to be home for the full time. If I should need to leave for a short period of time, your dog would likely be crated or kept separated from my dogs to avoid any potential issues (not that I suspect there would be any, but better safe than sorry!) For dog walking services, I can come to you, or meet you and your pup where you’d like! Depending on what’s available near you, this might look like walking around the neighborhood, or heading to a nearby park for some exercise. If you’re interested in check-ins, I am available to come to you, although price may slightly vary depending on distance from my home. About: Iv taken care of dogs since I was 16. My family has always had dogs and would breed golden retrievers. About: I have watched beloved family pets for many friends and family during my life time. Being an animal lover myself, I know that your pets are family and I make sure to treat them as such! Growing up with family dogs and cats, and currently our funky boxer dog Rufus, I know what it takes to be a successful animal sitter and how much love they need. I work a full time job, from 9-4:30 pm Monday-Friday with the exception of one remote day on Wednesdays. Most pets are used to this schedule. I will ensure they will have potty breaks first thing in the morning, during my lunch break at 1, and then once I return to the home at 5. And then several throughout the evening and before bed. I will care for your pet in the environment they feel the safest in… your home. By allowing your animal to remain at home, it eases their stress and anxiety and gives them a comforting feel of familiarity. No need to pack up enough food and treats for the week. “Shelley was amazing! She watched our 2 dogs for 5 nights/6 days. Our 15 1/2 year old lab came with special needs which required daily bandages changes for a large ruptured tumor in her leg. Our dogs are bonded and have never been boarded. Our 6 1/2 year old pittie/heeler mix is very cautious with new people. Both our dogs loved Shelley immediately! She never flinched about the ruptured tumor, which is not for the faint of heart. She sent us pictures and updates daily, which was very appreciated. I would absolutely recommend Shelley and wouldn't hesitate to book with her again. Archie and Sophie says Shelley is a 10 out of 10.”

Each day begins at 8:00am with one on one enrichment play in our spacious, fenced backyard. We avoid group play for safety, only allowing interaction between bonded pets. During the day, dogs are never kenneled unless we need to leave the home for a short period of time and can freely explore both indoors and our spacious, fenced backyard filled with squirrels, rabbits and birds to chase. At night, all pups sleep safely in kennels, monitored by a live feed camera system that streams directly to our phones. We welcome dogs of all ages and sizes.
