About: I’ve lived with cats for as long as I can remember. I remember when I was about 10, I bought so many books about cats and decided they were my favorite animal. They are such interesting lil guys that have huge personalities. I love getting to know each individual kitty I meet. I have 7 cats of my own and I know that each one has a weird trait. One is picky about how deep the litter is, one is picky about which bowl she eats from, stuff like that

About: I’ve grown up with cats all my life and currently take care of two cats and two kittens. My care provides meals, training, play time, and cuddles! I have experience with both outgoing cats that need lots of attention and introverted cats that tend to like their alone time. Since my female cat had kittens, I also have experience of caring for small kittens as well!

About: Since I was 14, I’ve been responsible for taking care of my own dogs and those of my neighbors, family, and friends. I come from a large dog family, from a Great Pyrenees to Labs and German Shepherds, but I’ve also been able to care for smaller dogs in my neighborhood. I’ve also cared for sensitive and reactive dogs who came from hard backgrounds, so I have experience taking it slow to build trust. I also care for cats as well, with experience from my own 13 year old orange cat and my mom’s two crazy kittens. Whether it’s taking them on walks, playing tug of war, giving them meds, or just keeping them company, I love any time I get to spend with fur babies. I’m preparing to leave for a scholarship in Poland at the end of September after graduating with my Master’s degree in May, so my schedule is incredibly flexible. I am free most days and times with the exception of a few days with prior commitments throughout the summer. I strive to provide the best care with the utmost respect for you and your fur baby’s home. If there’s anything I should know about your pet’s care preferences or any neighborhood/environmental concerns, please let me know so that I may keep your pet safe at all times. I have experience with fenced in yards and open areas, as well as plenty of experience with flight risk dogs (those German Shepherds love to run!) and returning them safely home. My goal is to keep your pet and place safe and clean until you return home.

About: I’ve worked with cats for 2 years, and they’re one of my favorite animals. I love spending time with cats of all personalities and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. I’m dependable, patient, and always happy to play, feed, and give them attention.

About: I’ve taken care of pets since I was 10. I love dogs and cats both and have 2 Australian Shepards of my own. Would love to help care for your furry family members. I am open Fridays and most weekend days. I am able to stop in to let out or walk your pet after 5:30 during the week as well. I personally have a fenced backyard and have two crate trained dogs so I am familiar with the process and always strive to keep pets safe.
About: Hi!! I’m a BIG animal lover and would love to care for your pets like they’re my own! I have experience with both house sitting and pet sitting, and I’m comfortable with dogs, cats, and just about any animal you have. I truly enjoy spending time with animals and making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I also love keeping things clean and organized, so I’m always happy to tidy up your space too! I have a very friendly dog of my own, so I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet. I offer dog walks, drop-in visits, and house sitting. I’m currently in school, but I’m very flexible and will always do my best to work around your needs and I’ll have even more availability during the summer! Can’t wait to meet you and your furry friends!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️ I’m currently most available on weekends, but my schedule will open up more in about a month. I’m happy to be flexible when I can, so feel free to reach out and we can find something that works! I treat every pet like they’re my own! I keep a calm, clean, and safe space, and I make sure to follow their normal routines so they feel at home. They’ll get lots of love, attention, playtime, and care. I also pay close attention to their behavior and needs to make sure they’re always comfortable and happy.
About: I have taken care of animals for many years. Farm animals to reptiles have been in my scope of care. Pet First Aid Certified too. I am a school bus driver, so I'm out the door early, available 8:30-1:30 and then after 5:00. Evenings are fairly open as well. Thanks! I would like to have a consistent relationship with a pet that I would bring to my home. The pet would be on a leash ,until I was POSITIVE that the pet would stay with me.

About: I have experience caring for cats of all personalities, from playful to shy. I understand that every cat is different and take the time to make them feel comfortable and safe. I’m reliable with feeding schedules, litter box cleaning, and giving attention at your cat’s pace.
About: I've been watching pets for a very long time around my neighborhood and i've been wanting to expand my clientele for a while! I have two dogs at home so I know a lot about dogs and about what they need from a caregiver. I have a lot of experience from helping out neighbors with cats and dogs but also even with hamsters, turtles, and even fish. I love animals and I would love to help out! I'm currently 19 and about to be a sophomore in college at IU Bloomington. I'm here for the summer before I have to go back to college in August so pet sitting is the perfect opportunity! I'm free to help anytime! I have a big yard and two dogs at home to keep your pets company! I have a food bowl, water bowl, and 2 different crate sizes available for when your pets come, and endless toys. I love keeping my clients updated, especially for a long stay so pictures and videos can be provided too!
“Jasmine was wonderful in taking care of my senior 18 year old cat! I worry about him when I am away, and Jasmine was sure to send photos each time she visited to reassure me. Max Cat seemed to really like her!”

About: I’ve had dogs and other pets for as long as I can remember. When I was about 10, I became obsessed with reading about different dog breeds and their needs. My first job actually working with pets was a dog daycare. I loved building connections with the pups and their parents. At this job, I learned defensive handling skills (how to avoid or break up fights or attacks) and how to handle reactive, scared, and stubborn dogs. I work shorter hours on weekends so I’m able to make plenty of time for your baby, plus my wife is always home and will occasionally help care for your pet when I’m not around. I like to have group play or just time outside when it’s cool in the mornings and evenings. I have a fenced backyard that I check for holes daily and an open front yard (leashes at all times out front). I’m able to crate your dog at anytime they might need it and can even have them in a separate room if crates aren’t their thing. Another bonus is that my wife is home just about full time and is able to care for your pet when I’m not around. If I’m at your house, I will take your dog outside on a leash the first few times just to see how they are and to make sure they aren’t an escape artist once mom/dad is gone

“Dustin is terrific! Our dog, who had undergone some minor surgery earlier in the week, was in good hands. We wanted to be sure she didn't bother her stitches, and Dustin kept a close eye on that. Tess got along well with his dogs, and the property is lovely. We had no worries with Dustin on the job!”

About: ABOUT ME: Completely insured WITH Animal Bailee Insurance and Vet Protection Coverage through PCI. I have been on and off Rover since I was in college and own my small business. I am a previous dog owner. My animals were not only my pets, but they were my family. I had my Labrador for 13 years and my Boxer mix for 15 years. We used to love to take long strolls around the neighborhood and visit our pals at the local dog park. We would cook dinner and lounge around watching our favorite flicks. We even took car rides around town when we got bored. Over the years, we went through everything from crazy puppy phases, to professional command/leash training, and experienced all medical scares (labs love to chew on EVERYTHING) under the sun. Maple was a diabetic for 7 years. I can assist with any type of need ranging from long walks, simple belly rubs, to training help. I am highly experienced in administering topical, oral and injectable medications, as well as eye and ear medications. My senior pets care needs helped build my knowledge in senior dogs. I am well educated on many types of medications and daily care pills. Whatever the need may be just ask me! EDUCATION: I am a graduate with my b.s. in buisness from Purdue. I currently am a stay at home mother, with much freedom to build my own schedule. Therefore I am always available for drop-ins and pup walks throughout the week and weekends. I am completely insured with $1M general liability, Animal Bailee Insurance, and Vet Protection Coverage. I care for pets in the same way I would care for my own pets, like family. Play time, walks, relaxing on the couch, eating treats, you know... just hanging out.
About: I worked in marine mammal care and training at The Indianapolis Zoo for 10 years, and I hold a bachelor’s degree in behavioral neuroscience from Purdue University. My partner and I both work from home and we have two dogs of our own, so pet care fits naturally into our daily routine. I have 2 friendly, crate trained dogs who get walks 2-3 times/day. We also recently built a mini dog park in our back yard for dogs who prefer to be off leash, but also need to be supervised while outside.
About: I have owned and taken care of other’s pets all my life. I am 48 years old and have 3 cats and 1 dog currently. I have had many labs and larger dogs as well as small dogs over the years and love caring for all breeds and sizes. I take care of my neighbor’s dogs, bunny and cats when they go out of town. I work a full time job from home and have a lot of flexible hours to walk dogs during the day. I am available most weekends to come over and care for other pets, clean litter boxes and just spend time with your fur babies. I have a very large fenced in yard and a social dog that will play. I have 3 cats that have spent their entire life around dogs. I have 3 different sized dog crates if your dog is crate trained. My pets are allowed to sit and sleep on the furniture and beds in the house. My pets are like family members and pretty spoiled! I will treat your pets the same as I treat mine.

“Veronika was so welcoming and took great care of our pup. She sent me updates and pictures throughout the day and our pup had a blast. Thank you Veronika for all you do.”

“Codi had a great time playing with Sarah and her two sweet pups! She came home super exhausted and happy. We can’t wait to send her to Sarah’s again and will definitely be booking again soon.”
“Biscuit always loves to visit and since he varies in energy levels, I never know what type of day he'll bring when I drop him off, but she is so flexible and great with him!”

About: Animals have always been my primary passion. Growing up on a farm surrounded by cows, chickens, and a variety of dogs—from energetic Boxers and Labradors to gentle Golden Retrievers, I learned early on that every animal has a unique personality and specific needs. Over the last 15 years, I have cared for a wide range of dogs and cats, gaining extensive experience that spans the entire life cycle of a pet. This work is deeply personal to me, as I recently said goodbye to my own beloved Boxer who lived to be 13 years old. Navigating those senior years gave me firsthand expertise in providing mobility assistance, a gentle touch, and precise medication administration. Beyond senior care, I am highly proficient in puppy care—focusing on consistent training reinforcement and managing high energy, and I am comfortable with all temperaments, from "velcro dogs" who thrive on constant attention to more independent or cautious rescues. I am available full-time with a completely open and flexible schedule, which means your pet will be my primary focus throughout the day. Whether you need a mid-day walk, a last-minute drop-in, or around-the-clock companionship for your pet, I can easily accommodate your needs. Because I am 'open whenever,' I can stick strictly to your pet's specific feeding and exercise routine without any time conflicts. Safety is my absolute priority. When caring for pets in a client's home, I do a thorough walkthrough to ensure everything is secure and follow all house rules strictly. I am very experienced in managing different leash temperaments on walks to keep dogs safe from traffic or other animals. I provide frequent photo updates and clear communication so you can have total peace of mind knowing your pet is in expert, loving hands. My home is currently a calm, pet-free environment, which is ideal for dogs who prefer to be the 'only child' or need a quiet space to relax.

“Megan and Lois have been incredible with Milo! He's very energetic and loves to run, so I love that they have a fenced in backyard where he can run some of that energy off. He is always tired when I pick him up from daycare, which is rare for his breed :) It just shows that he's played hard, and I couldn't be happier with the care that Megan and Lois have given him at daycare. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dog sitter.”

About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs my entire life and have cared for a wide variety of breeds, ages, and sizes. My family has a long history of rescuing dogs from shelters—especially those who struggled to find homes due to trauma, reactivity, or anxiety. With patience, structure, and consistent training, I have helped many of these dogs gain confidence and eventually transition into loving forever homes. Because of this, I’m experienced with: • Reactive, anxious, or shy dogs • Dogs with difficult backgrounds • Senior dogs • Puppies and high-energy breeds • Multi-dog household management I’m comfortable preparing homemade meals if your dog has dietary restrictions or special needs, and I’m always happy to follow any routine your pet requires. I’m a stay-at-home mom, which means your pup gets: • Frequent potty breaks • Lots of one-on-one time • Consistent supervision throughout the day I have high activity levels—great for energetic dogs who love walks and playtime—yet also have calm, patient personalities that help anxious or older dogs feel secure. I have two children: a 1-year-old daughter who is home full-time, and a 7-year-old son who is home outside of school and sports. Both kids adore dogs and have grown up understanding pet body language and boundaries. While i do ask that your dog be kid-friendly, i also make sure our children respect each dog’s comfort level and personal space. What You Can Expect • Reliable communication • Photo and video updates upon request • Safe, loving care tailored to your dog’s needs • Plenty of walks around our large subdivision filled with sidewalks, parks, and ponds—weather permitting • A warm, family-style environment with structure, comfort, and enrichment Your dog will truly be treated like part of our family while they’re here. 💛🐾 I truly love dogs—my two pups are part of everything we do, and they enjoy meeting new friends. My home is designed with safety, comfort, and flexibility in mind: • Fully enclosed 8-foot privacy fence for secure, weather-permitting outdoor play • Completely pet-proofed home • Multiple levels and gated areas for dogs who need separation • Retractable gates and room dividers for customized safe zones • Doggy Chill Space for crates, quiet rest areas, and decompression time If your dog prefers not to interact with other dogs (or only struggles with certain types—male, large, senior, etc.), i can easily provide full separation and rotating play schedules to ensure every dog has a calm, happy stay.
“We were so grateful that she was able to help us with a last-minute booking. She was kind, welcoming, and took wonderful care of Joy. It gave us peace of mind knowing Joy was in such good hands. We would love to have Joy stay with her again in the future. Highly recommend!”

I know how I would want someone to treat Mowgli and my home if I were away, and that carries over into my own professional approach.

About: I am a huge dog lover! My 7 year old lab/pit mix Conway is my rock and best friend. I care for all dogs like I care for Conway. I have had a dog all of my life, so I am very comfortable with pet care of all types. I am an experienced dog-walker as well and have cared for friends' and neighbors' pets for many years. Also, I am working on Conway's summer body and we are up to 3 mile walks a day. I am not saying that your dog needs all three miles but I am up for doing the long walks, if needed. I work from home every day. I have essentially wide open availability (minus some scattered meetings that will be scheduled ahead). I can care for your pet on any week day or weekend. Day or night. *Unfortunately, I do not have any pet care for my own dog. At this time, I will have to bring him with me for any house sitting opportunity. I am happy to set up any meet and greet.* I am caring and respectful of the owner's wishes. Having a dog of my own, I know how important it is for owners to ensure that they are leaving their fur babies home with somebody that cares and they trust. If an owner has specific directions of care, I will follow those to the T.

I also create my own schedule and can always move things around if needed. For the previous pets I have cared for, their owners will leave me a detailed list of what is needed to care for their pet. Every pet is different and requires different needs. I’m great at attending to animals needs no matter what they are and I enjoy giving them attention/playing with them and going on walks.
About: Hello! My name is Logan. I have been on Rover for a while now, and have many repeat clients. I feel I have a special way with animals and love to care for them. I have my own two mixed babies at home. I have experience managing multiple pets and administering basic medication. I have worked at a doggy daycare, and volunteered with dogs. This is my full time job right now, so your pets will get plenty of time with me. I know how important it is to have reliable pet care while you are away, so let me be that person for you! Caring for pets is my full time job and my absolute passion. I go above and beyond for all of my furry friends. I have been on Rover for more than a year now. I love caring for my regular families, and building relationships with new ones as well. Your pets will be in great hands with me! I pay close attention to detail. I am patient, kind, and a great communicator. I will leave your home better than when I arrived. I know how nice it is to come home to a clean and happy house!
“Beth was so sweet especially because I asked for her last minute! She took our lab pup out for a run and played with her in our dog park and Skylar was tired and happy afterwards, would highly recommend!”

About: I’ve been dog and cat sitting since I was about 8 and I have always helped my parents take care of my dogs at home. I recently graduated from the University of Tennessee as an animal science major on the pre-veterinary track, so I have a love and passion for taking care of animals. I have been accepted into veterinary school and plan to go next year. For the past two summers, I have worked as a Veterinary Assistant and and I have worked as a Kennel Assistant for 2 years during the school year. I have learned even more about caring for pets during that time; including dealing with puppies, administering medication, and working with anxious or unpredictable pets. As a recent graduate, I have a lot of time on my hands as a figure out my next step before veterinary school. I’m so excited to continue working with animals! I love going to the local parks nearby and walking dogs, as well as spending time with them inside, giving them belly rubs, love, and attention!

About: I have had pets all my life and dealt with all sorts of animals growing up in nature. I currently have three dogs that are older. I trained them as puppies and now work to care for them as seniors. I have 6+ years in the food service industry so I am not afraid of a mess and will do the best I can to care and love your pet while you’re away. I am currently working remotely as a research assistant this summer and part time in food service industry. I can spend nights with your pets to comfort them and stop by to let them out and play multiple times a day. I can do early morning and late night stopbys as well. I have a large yard where my three dogs love to run around and play. As puppies, I crated them so I am perfectly comfortable with which ever method you prefer. I’ve also taken my dogs to dog parks and on long walks/hikes before, on and off leash.
About: Hi! I’ve been around dogs my entire life and truly can’t imagine life without them. I grew up with dogs and currently have three of my own, all different ages and breeds, so I’m very familiar with a wide range of personalities, energy levels, and care needs. One of my dogs is a senior (almost 12!) who requires daily medication, so I’m very comfortable administering meds and providing extra care and attention for older dogs. I also have experience with younger, high-energy pups, so whether your dog needs lots of playtime or a slower, more gentle routine, I can adjust to what they need. I work for Arbor Homes, and my days off are Tuesday and Wednesday, so I’m home all day those days to give your pet lots of attention. The rest of the week, I work from 11 AM–6 PM, which still allows for plenty of time in the mornings and evenings for walks, playtime, and care. I treat every dog like they’re my own and always make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for. You can trust that your pet will be in great hands with me! 🐾 I am in school so my schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday I’m done by 11:30 and then Tuesday and Thursday I’m done by 4 o’clock I live in a apartment so I have a lot of open grass areas for your dogs to go out and go potty! I also have a fenced in area close by to me which I allow dogs to go in and go potty and run around.
