We will be using her in the future for animal sitting!”

There were no issues and we would definitely feel comfortable leaving our dogs with her again! Thank you Shelley!”

“Amanda was great. She kept me updated on how my pups were doing and took great care of them. One of my dogs has a lot of anxiety, and she was able to work with him and accommodate his needs. I would definitely recommend her services.”

“Lynana took wonderful care of our Maltipoo puppy Scooter while we were gone for the weekend. She offered a meet and greet before our trip to answer questions and see how Scooter did with her own pets. We had never left him before and she sent daily pictures and messages to ease this anxious dog mom’s heart while we were away. Her sweet kiddos gave him lots of love too! We will definitely use her again when we need a dog sitter!”

About: Dogs have always been part of my life, and I’ve been caring for them since I was young. I’m trustworthy and focused on keeping your pet comfortable and safe. I am unemployed so I'm free all weekdays. I do go out on weekends though, but can still care for your pet when needed. I have 2 dogs and 1 cat. They are very playful and good with other animals. I also have a house with a fenced in yard.
“Heather was great to work with. She took great care of our Great Dane in her home. Heather sent lots of pictures and we were happy to know our girl was being well taken care of.”

“Ryan and his family took excellent care of Jinks while we were away for my daughter's wedding. I've boarded mine with a kennel 1 time before and NEVER AGAIN. Since then I have 2 friends who take care of him but this time they were at the wedding with me. I was scared to let my baby stay with someone I didn't know. I saw a recommendation for Ryan in the OWLS Facebook group, checked him out by reviews and messages then booked his stay. From the moment we walked in, you can tell this family loves animals. They sent me pictures and texts to let me know he was doing good. I'll definitely use Ryan and his family again. Thank you for making this nervous mom feel good about leaving her baby while I was away.”

“10/10 recommend! She was very friendly. My dogs seemed to be very well taken care of. She sent pics and gave me updates. I will definitely be using her for all my future bookings. Thank you so much for caring after my babies!”

“Debbie and her furry family was wonderful with Max. Lucy, Zoie, and Harley were great companions during his visit. Debbie provided plenty of updates with pictures and a video of Max playing and simply chillin in the house. Debbie truly loves animals.”

“Michelle is amazing, not only a great person and loves dogs, very down to earth, she is very responsive, gives great updates with pictures so you can see how your babies are doing. She has the sweetest little Yorkie for a playmate. She was willing to keep your exercise and feeding routine going to the best of her ability. We absolutely loved her and will be using her services again.”

About: I have taken care of pets since I was young, and always had pets in my home! I am a huge huge animal lover! We currently have 3 dogs, 3 cats, 2 bearded dragons, chickens, ducks and rabbits. We love all animals! I have been a Stay at Home Mom since my girls were born. Now that they are older, I’m looking for new things to do that I enjoy, and can still be around for my family when they need me. I have a fenced in yard that the dogs run and play in, a detached garage with an attachment. Inside the attachment there is a couch, TV, AC, and heat, with plenty of room to run around and play! It makes a nice little hang out spot. We come out here to play and run around at times. There is also a security camera in the attachment as well. Dog must be potty trained, and good with other dogs and cats. Please be honest, so it won’t cause conflict while taking care of your baby and others. If we take care of larger dogs, they will stay in the attachment and not in the house.

About: I spent a year working at a pet boarding facility called “The Farm At Natchez Trace” in Fairview Tn. I moved out to Evansville for college and I started working at the Vanderburgh Humane Society. I am currently unemployed so I can focus more on college which leaves my schedule open! I also have experience with dog training! I’m currently unemployed and in online college so my schedule is very flexible! I am looking to pet sit/ dog walk/ take care of cats as much as possible! Currently I’m only able to pet sit in a clients home but I am willing to learn how to take care of pets exactly how their owners want and I’m very respectful of other people’s belongings!
“I have used Joshua a couple of times now and trust him completely! Our dog is definitely not the easiest and is very high anxiety. I'm very thankful Joshua is willing to go the extra mile with him. Would recommend him to anyone!”

“My little dog loved Katie and her family! They took excellent care of him during the Kentucky Fried Pickin event at the Holiday Inn in Owensboro. We feel very happy now that we have such a high quality place to board our dog during music events in Owensboro. We will definitely be booking with this wonderful family again!”

“I’m totally 💯% pleased with the job that Faith did with our animals while we were away. She did exactly what I asked of her and sent daily updates. I hope that she’s available the next time I go away.”

“Kenzie took great care of my senior kitty! She did everything I asked and more! I was very happy and would book again as well as recommend to anyone else needing fur baby care!”

“Ellie was fantastic with my kitty. All visits were done timely and well. She’s a great caregiver and my kitty liked her. She sent photos and videos each visit. I’ll re-book Ellie again.”

“This was our third time using Bailey for our very skittish rescue cat when we have to be gone more than overnight. She has always been punctual, polite, and communicative which I appreciate. He hides when she (or anyone) comes over, but Bailey always takes the time to physically find him at every visit to make sure he's okay. This time was no different. Gulliver was well cared for and we came home to an organized water and food station and clean litter box area.”

“Kayla was amazing. Took care of my little friend while I was away with great communication and very professional. Took all the stress away of missing him!! Thank you so much and hope to work with her again soon :)”

“Malarie is the BEST! I had never used Rover before this and I had a lot of anxiety about leaving my baby home alone for four days. Malarie dropped by my house twice a day, and beyond exceeded my expectations. She made sure my cat was happy and fed, kept her litter box clean, and eased my anxiety by keeping me in the loop with detailed updates twice a day, including photos and videos after every visit. She even swept around the litter box and washed my cat’s food bowls, which I did not ask or expect her to do — she kept my space clean and tidy as if it were her own! I had mixed feelings about paying a stranger to come into my house to take care of my cat, but the next time I leave town I won’t hesitate to book Malarie again! She is trustworthy, kind, and clearly has a lot of love for animals and respect for others’ homes.”

“I had a last minute request and Megan rose to the occasion beautifully. I was able to enjoy my time away knowing my fur children were being looked after. I really appreciated the photos of my cats that she sent. I will definitely use her again all schedules permitting.”

About: I have many years of experience working with all kinds of animals. Including cats, dogs, and horses I was raised around animals and have also trained some animals. I am happy to train yours, including basic training like sit, stay, and down! I’m currently a full-time student, but I have flexibility day-to-day. I am willing to work with whatever schedule and needs that you may have or request. I mostly just offer drop in visits and dog walking, but I am a patient caregiver who loves spending time outside and I can’t wait to meet your fur babies

About: I treat every pet like they're part of my own family. I know every dog and cat has a unique personality, routine, and comfort level, so I take the time to learn what makes them feel safe and happy. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, a playful puppy, or a senior who needs extra patience and gentle care, I'll make sure they get the attention they deserve.

About: I truly enjoy cat sitting, and am typically the first person my friends ask to watch their loved one. Bonding with cats through churu treat tubes, a good brushing, or cuddles are my favorite parts of popping in to take care of them. I would feel comfortable administrating medications in eyes or ears, but would need to make sure your pet feels safe enough with me before giving any oral medications! I do have experience in providing injections to cats, but would need to be educated on what they get before diving into it.
“Evelyn/Evie did a great job taking care of my 3 cats while I was out of town for 8 days. She even managed to get Gandalf's daily steroid medication down! She sent frequent pictures and videos of them including when Mimi and Gandalf would sit on her lap in the recliner. I highly recommend Evie to pet sit your furry companions.”

We own a home in Newburgh that has a fenced in back yard that we use for lots of supervised playtime! I live with my husband Collin and our two Mini Australian Shepherd’s Atlas and Charli. “Jamie was very attentive and flexible to our needs. We reached out to her last minute to care for our pets due to a flight cancellation. She responded almost immediately and gave us such a peace of mind while we were traveling that our fur babies were taken care of. Would recommend!”

I have a three dogs. A lab husky mix and she’s a hot mess! She is doing very good with her obedience training that I’m doing at home. I’m available for overnight stays or I’m willing to do drop ins to feed, water and take your dog out, change litter box and play with your pet while you’re away. If there are other pet needs we can discuss those as well. For the boarders, you’ll be at ease knowing your baby won’t be locked away in a kennel most of the time. They’ll have plenty of play time here with Ms. Miya in our fenced yard. Plus we’re minutes from the dog park and river walk for those nice days out. I look forward to meeting you and your fur baby. “Great doggy daycare. My two pups came home happy and tired from playing. Sitter’s dogs were friendly and played nicely with my dogs. Even got pics and videos!!! Will be using this sitter again!!!”

About: I've loved animals all of my life and wish I could rescue every animal in need. Currently my little 9 y/o Yorkie, Ellie May is my whole world, not sure how I'd survive without her so I deeply understand the concern of leaving your babies in someone else's care! My daily schedule is very open and flexible & rates are negotiable. I'm willing to coordinate with you on your needs whether it be for weekdays, weekends and/or holidays. I will always be in tune with your pet's needs and wants and give lots of love and attention so your dog/s will always be safe & happy!

“Lynana and her family are so great! So attentive, fun, and communicative. She sent me photos of my dog during her daycare stay with them. I highly recommend her and will definitely be using her in the future again for daycare as well as boarding.”

About: Hi there! I'm Kels; lover of all things furry, but especially dogs. I've had dogs all my life. Grew up in a home that fostered often. I tried fostering once and she never left. 😆 I have 2 doodles of my own. A 9 year old labradoodle and a 4 year old golden doodle. I've dog sat for friends and family for years in their home, my own, or regular drop ins. I promise to give your dog real attention and affection. My furs are my life and I will treat yours with as much care as I treat mine. I love sharing pictures of your pets while you're away to give you peace of mind and hopefully a few smiles. I know that's something I look forward to when I am away from my pups. I work full time from home with a fairly flexible schedule. I can easily modify my break times for walks, potty breaks, and of course snuggles and playtime. When visiting your home I promise to treat it with respect; valuing your property and privacy. My home offers a fenced in front yard for safe potty breaks, but they will always be monitored when they have access to the yard. For those needing more adventure and space there are 12 acres of grass, trees, and lake to play in. We can discuss placing a GPS fence collar on them if they will have time outside the fenced yard. Safety, fun, and affection are the priorities over here.
“Yoda LOVED doggy daycare with Raechel! His tail was flying when he realized he got to spend a second day with her and her lovely family - especially sweet doggo Charlie. I will definitely use Raechel again next time I am in Evansville.”

“Debbie was amazing with Joey. I would definitely recommend her. I love all the pics she sent to show how his day is going. Joey seemed to really enjoy himself with her. I will definitely use her again.”

About: Fully available for end of summer and holiday season stays! I bring 13 years of professional animal care experience including roles in general practice, emergency medicine, internal medicine, and lab diagnostics. As a former vet tech, I’m skilled in medication administration, symptom monitoring, and anxiety management. For the past three and a half years, my husband and I have run a private, in home doggie daycare and overnight boarding service. We offer one on one play, a spacious quarter acre fenced yard, and a secure clean cozy indoor space tailored for comfort and enrichment. With no other pets or children in our house, and the luxury of us both having a schedule that allows us to be home full-time, your pup receives our full attention and supervision 24/7 and they’re cared for like family. Doggy daycare and boarding is our full-time focus, and we’re home 24/7 to provide attentive, personalized care. Each day begins at 8:00am with one on one enrichment play in our spacious, fenced backyard. We avoid group play for safety, only allowing interaction between bonded pets. This approach lets us welcome dogs who may not thrive in traditional daycare settings. After morning play, pups rest before and after meals to prevent bloat, then enjoy relaxed indoor time on our cozy futon or human sized dog bed. Outdoor breaks and play continue throughout the day until dinner at 5:00pm, followed by evening rest and a final potty break at 10:00pm. All dogs are monitored via live feed cameras, ensuring constant supervision. Our goal is to make every stay feel like a safe, joyful home away from home. If you require greater than 8 hours of doggy daycare, pricing will go up to reflect the number of hours needed and the level of care we provide as well as your dog or puppy's needs. Your pup will enjoy full access to our home’s main floor, outfitted with baby gates, plush dog beds including a human sized one for large breeds or bonded pairs and sun bathing areas by large windows perfect for lounging. During the day, dogs are never kenneled unless we need to leave the home for a short period of time and can freely explore both indoors and our spacious, fenced backyard filled with squirrels, rabbits and birds to chase. At night, all pups sleep safely in kennels, monitored by a live feed camera system that streams directly to our phones. We welcome dogs of all ages and sizes. Safety and comfort are our top priorities, and we’re happy to answer any questions during your meet and greet.
About: I've grown up around dogs of all sizes and breeds, from a pitbull to german shepherds, chihuahuas, pomeranians, etc. I also love cats. I grew up on a farm out in the country so I've dealt with all types of animals and how to care for them. I am a single mother of 2. Both are girls. I'm searching for a job that I will enjoy doing. I prefer to be around animals. They are such free spirited creatures that just love you if you love them. My favorite dogs are the mean ones. They just need a little extra love than the easy going dogs. I've never been actually bit by a dog either. Overall I'm an easy going person who loves animals alot.
About: I’ve been an animal lover my entire life and have experience caring for pets with all kinds of personalities and energy levels. My first dog was a Jack Russell Terrier named Prissy. She had more energy than I ever thought possible and was incredibly smart! Growing up, my parents also had two Black Labs who were sweet, laid-back companions. When I got my first place, I adopted a Chihuahua who quickly became my best friend. She went everywhere with me and taught me just how special the bond between a pet and their owner can be. Today, I share my home with a Pomsky named Opal. She is the sweetest girl, loves to play, and keeps us entertained every day. We also recently adopted a 5-year-old cat named Luna, who is 15 pounds of pure love and has become a cherished member of our family. As a pet owner myself, I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family members. I will care for your pets with the same love, attention, and respect that I give my own. I work from home Monday Wednesdays and Fridays. I am usually home after 330 on Tuesday and Thursdays. I am almost always home on the weekends unless my calendar states otherwise. Routine is what best fits my home and what opal and my whole family needs, Luna kind of just follow me around and she’s happy with that!

About: Our Household includes two dogs—a German Shepherd and a Border Collie—both of whom are fully crate trained and brushed once or twice daily. Each dog has completed manners and behavioral training through Liberty K9, demonstrating consistent obedience, stable temperament, and strong social skills. Both dogs are friendly, non‑aggressive, and interact exceptionally well with children. Experienced in administering oral medications, eye drops, and specialized meals for dogs with sensitive stomachs. Their daily care routine is structured, consistent, and tailored to support their health, comfort, and behavior. As a family with a two-year-old, my husband and I rotate our schedules so that one of us is home throughout the week. Our dogs accompany us whenever we go outside to play in the backyard, ensuring they receive regular exercise and supervised outdoor time. They are brushed once or twice daily during shedding periods, and we clean their paws each time they come back inside to maintain hygiene and comfort. We have two friendly, well‑behaved dogs and a child who is almost two years old in our home. Both dogs are fully crate trained and potty trained. Our fenced‑in backyard provides a safe, spacious area where animals can run and play freely without needing a leash. We have an extra crate available if you prefer your dog to be crated, and we are equally comfortable accommodating

About: As an active, energetic person, I love helping pets stay happy, healthy, and engaged. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, runs, playing fetch, hiking, or simply getting plenty of exercise and attention, I'm committed to providing personalized care that matches their unique personality and energy level. What sets me apart is that I genuinely enjoy being outdoors and staying active, so your pet won't just get the minimum—they'll get quality exercise, enrichment, and companionship. I understand that pets are family, and I treat every animal in my care with the same love, patience, and attention I would want for my own. Whether you're at work, traveling, or simply need an extra hand, you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is getting plenty of activity, affection, and attentive care while you're away. My goal is to make sure they feel safe, loved, and excited every time we spend time together. As a pet parent myself to a senior dog and young cat, pet care is a daily thing in our home. They are my family. My main focus is to provide outlets for exercise, play and enrichment. My approach is to get the pets outside and exercising by taking them on walks, playing fetch etc.
About: I grew up with a variety of dog breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I have a vested interest in dog training and am currently enrolled in the Karen Pryor Academy to further my education. I have trained my own dog Lorelei into earning her CGC, Novice, and Intermediate Trick Dog Titles. She has anxiety issues, so this gave me valuable knowledge in working with nervous dogs and leash pullers. I work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday full days at a medical office. Tuesday is our half day so I am available after 1pm. I’m available all day on the weekends and Thursdays to walk and/or drop in on fur babies. I believe in positive reinforcement works wonders in building a relationship with any animal. Both of my dogs are trained using praise and rewards. I also always double check equipment used before a walk just to make sure it’s all in working order. I also bring a slip lead in case of emergencies. I also have experience working with gaining the trust of anxious dogs.
About: I have helped with dog-walking and dog-sitting for my neighbors and friends and would love the opportunity to care for your animal as well :) I’m working a full-time job as a barista as I complete my bachelor’s degree, but find that I have a surprising amount of time on my hands. There is little I enjoy as much in this world as spending my time with animals of all kinds, and I have a lot of energy and enthusiasm to share with your pet! I can provide care for your animal in your home! I would also be more than willing to transport them as needed (to the park; to an appointment; etc). Ultimately, I am super flexible to your specific needs and am willing to accommodate to the best of my ability.
About: I bathe the dogs, water/feed, play/go on walk or running, take them outside to use the bathroom after they get done eating there supper. If they need medicine before or after eating there meal, I can do that because I had to do it with my German Shepherd once. Animals give me pride, joy, and make me feel special inside and stress is gone. Animals should be treated like a family member in your home. Someone will always be home that you meet during the meet n greet to ensure your animals are taken care of. It fits my schedule Tuesday through Friday I work 7:30am to 2pm sometimes done before that. Daughters are at school during the day. I will make sure that fences are shut, doors are shut as well as making sure theres no holes in the fences for them to squeeze through.
“We recently moved to the area and was nervous to find someone we could trust with our dogs so we were happy to find Brandi. She’s so sweet and clearly loves animals. Our Layla doesn’t warm up to everyone and opened right up to Brandi. We will definitely be using her to watch our pups.”

About: I have looked after and cared for cats and dogs on Rover since 2022. I am comfortable taking care of multiple pets at a time with varying energy levels. I currently work a typical day job, but am able to care for pets before and after work as well as during my lunch break. Safety of pets is my number one priority, while providing a fun, stimulating environment comes next! Whether that occurs at the owners house or while on a walk or at the park.

“Anjelica did great with my shy and nervous Sheba. By pick Sheba was seeking attention and pets from her and her husband, which to me means she felt totally comfortable in the facility. The kennels were comfy enough for Sheba to want to go in there and sleep every night. Plus the indoor play area was great. Definitely will rebook when we have to travel again.”

“We are so happy we boarded our dog with Nick while we went to Holiday World! He's an anxious little dog and really doesn't like kennels, so we tried rover.com for the first time. Staying with Nick was like having our dog stay with a friend. It's obvious he likes dogs, and he has a calming presence. He also sent us lots of updates and pictures and videos. Normally when we pick our dog up after a visit away from us he acts all upset with us, but he was fine and happy this time. We highly recommend Nick!”
