About: I’m currently a Junior in college and I miss my dogs at home, which is what made me want to become a sitter on rover. I have two bernedoodles at home. One is 4 year old and one is 6 months old, so I’ve had experience training both of them and caring for both of them. I also walked a neighborhood golden doodle frequently in high school. Last summer I nannied a family with an adorable pitbull that I cared for in addition to the children. I also had a golden retriever growing up for 12 years. I myself have grown up with dogs my whole life and would pet sit my neighbors animals all the time. Now, I have my own little zoo of 2 dogs, 3 cats, and some geckos. About: I own a King Charles Cavalier and a German Shepherd currently! I grew up on a farm in southern Indiana with multiple foster and adopted animals! My mother instilled a serious love and adoration for people and their favorite pets. I volunteered at our local animal shelter, was trained in multiple animal science courses, and was taught to love and respect the animals I work with, both domesticated and exotic. I have handled dogs, cats, reptiles, rodents, foxes, raccoons, bobcats, farm livestock, petting zoo animals, and more. I have lots of time on my hands, currently we start our mornings with a good meal and a long walk along our neighborhood. We will head to the house for a quick nap or so that our older dogs and puppies can rest. We then head to either the local state park or a dog park for some new stimulation. When we return home, we have some free time with toys and puzzles, enjoy another good meal, take another long, walk around the neighborhood, and then cuddle on the couch or in the beds until bedtime. I don’t have a fence in yard however, we have multiple leashes here as well as one that you would prefer to use. We do have 11 chickens who stay in their coop (we do let them free range from time to time, but they will be kept in their coop while you pup stays with us). About: I have taken care of animals my whole life. I have always had at least one cat, and had dogs for 17 years of my life. I have also taken care of family and friends’ pets while they are out of town plenty of times. I am available all day every day for any kind of pet needs, and I can house cats overnight, however, I am unable to house dogs overnight. I am within walking distance of a dog park, and can bring animals inside or outside, whichever their needs are. I can also keep and transfer pets inside crates as needed.

About: What sets me apart is that I really care about each pet like they’re my own. I have experience with both puppies and senior pets. I can help with basic training for puppies, like teaching them to sit or walk on a leash, and I’m also comfortable giving medicine or helping older pets move around if they need it. I always make sure pets feel safe and loved, and attend to houses while there! I currently work part time, about 3 days a week, but I am available on days off and normally work 3-10:30pm, so any time other than that can be put toward caring for pets. At a clients home, I follow basic instructions given to me upon meeting the animal and make sure to send the owner lots of pictures! About: I’m currently a Junior in college and I miss my dogs at home, which is what made me want to become a sitter on rover. I have two bernedoodles at home. One is 4 year old and one is 6 months old, so I’ve had experience training both of them and caring for both of them. I also walked a neighborhood golden doodle frequently in high school. Last summer I nannied a family with an adorable pitbull that I cared for in addition to the children. I also had a golden retriever growing up for 12 years. I love all ages, sizes, and breeds of dogs. I have a summer class from 9-12 every morning, but other than that I can be home all day. I spend most of my time studying at home, but love to go for walks as study breaks and I live a very active lifestyle, which dogs would fit into perfectly. I also love being outdoors and I live alone so I’d love the company of a furry friend. It really depends on the client and how they want me to care for their pet. I want to do as much as I can to make their dogs feel at home and at ease. I’ve seen how hard it is for my own dogs back at home to adjust to a new environment, so I want to provide a healthy environment for other people’s dogs. When I get clients I make sure to ask them about their dogs routine, so I can do my best to mimic that.
