About: Over the past two years, I’ve been responsible for caring for a Golden Retriever from puppy to adulthood. I’m familiar with maintaining routines, handling energy levels, and making sure dogs feel safe and well cared for. I am a full-time work from home employee and I’m able to care for dogs while I work. I enjoy getting out to walk and play during the the work day. I have a smaller home, approx 900 square feet. It’s a loving home with two teen girls who love to care for dogs. While my yard is not fenced, we leash walk dogs when they need potty time.

About: I'm a huge animal lover and was lucky enough to grow up with lots of pets from rodents to dogs to horses. I've walked big (150lb+) dogs, small dogs, and everything in between with no issues. Until I was 15 years old, my dad had my siblings and I convinced he was allergic to cats because he didn't want us asking to get one. Jokes on him that the majority of us are now cat parents. While I've had my menace of a cat (I love her to pieces even though she's turning my hair as gray as hers) for only a few years, I've still been around cats throughout my life and am attuned to their particular brand of affection. I have experience pet-sitting from bunnies to a pack of seven high energy dogs. If you're looking for a non-dog or cat sitter, give me a shot! I'm very determined to give pets the best care possible, and if I'm unsure of any instructions will not hesitate to ask for clarification no matter how menial the task may appear. No animal's needs are too particular or niche for me. Must walk counterclockwise around the block? Easy. Food must be microwaved for 12 seconds, but stop it with one second on the clock? No problem. Got to pretend their medicine is human food that was "accidentally" spilled on the floor and I need to "rush" to pick it up before Fido gets it? Done. About: Aside from caring for my own animals, I have dog and cat sat for friends and family in the past. I'm a huge animal advocate and lover, so much so that I am a vegetarian and have issues with the way animals are treated from slaughter houses, to puppy mills. Animals are truly my best friends and I can't think of anything I would enjoy more than taking care of others and the bonus is getting paid for it. About: I am not a professional but sometimes I believe that’s okay. I’ve had dogs since I can remember. I’ve always had such a big heart when it comes to animals. I worked at a shelter while I was in high school and the hardest for me was not bringin them all to my house. I have two dogs of my own. They’re both older girls and very very laid back and friendly. I think every dog has personality of their own and that’s what is beautiful about dogs. I think taking care of dogs is more than a chore or a job, i think it’s more of passion. About: I have always had a pet, dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and rats. I love animals and realize the difficulty in leaving your animal babies with someone you trust while you are gone. I take that responsibility very seriously. I recently retired and would like to include in my day, caring for animals whose owners need help when they are gone from the home. About: Over the past two years, I’ve been responsible for caring for a Golden Retriever from puppy to adulthood. I’m familiar with maintaining routines, handling energy levels, and making sure dogs feel safe and well cared for. I am a full-time work from home employee and I’m able to care for dogs while I work. I enjoy getting out to walk and play during the the work day. I have a smaller home, approx 900 square feet. It’s a loving home with two teen girls who love to care for dogs. While my yard is not fenced, we leash walk dogs when they need potty time.

“Yelena immediately started sending pictures and updates on my pooches and continuously sent them throughout their stay. My one dog was having allergy issues affecting his paws and she was able to wipe them down and correct some marking behaviors he was displaying. They seem to get a lot of time outdoors and were able to roam about inside and could choose to go into crates. When my travel plans were delayed, she was quite accommodating and I really appreciate that.”
