“Once again Sara did an AMAZING job watching my little old baby Bones. Not only did she take him on super short notice, but she had him all during the holiday season with a pick up on Christmas Eve. My dog is old and anxious but Sara worked her magic (as always) and he was happy and content during his stay. She sent me regular messages and photos and I never worried even for a second knowing she had it handled. Her background as a Vet Tech really comes in handy with my babies as they have either been old or sick and she just takes the very best care of them. Eventually, I will allow dogs to stay with me overnight, but I want to make sure my dog and said dogs get along. So that is my availability. I have a pitbull mix. She is very good around other dogs. Especially after she gets to know them. She's not aggressive, just tends to hump when excited. All dogs will need a leash if they are coming with me. I have walking trails in my community. I have no problem walking your dogs in them. Please make sure they have up to date tick meds. Also I live with my dad he will be petting and loving any pet that spends the night. My house is two story, so if you have a senior dog that needs help just let me know.

Currently, I have a tuxedo kitty named, Mr. Sir. His is my laid back, street rat, expert hunter that does not like to be indoors. I have currently have a flock of 14 chickens. Over the years, we went through everything from crazy puppy phases, to professional command/leash training, and experienced all medical scares (labs love to chew on EVERYTHING) under the sun. I can assist with any type of need ranging from long walks, simple belly rubs, to training help. Maple, my lab, was a diabetic for 7 years, requiring insulin injections. I am highly experienced in administering topical, oral and injectable medications, as well as eye and ear medications. The care needed for my senior dogs helped build my knowledge on many types of medications and daily care pills. Whatever the need may be, just ask me! About: I have cared for and lived with several dogs throughout my life. We have a female black lab named Vanta. There is someone home at nearly all times of the day, so your dogs will have free roam of the house and can go in and out of the fenced in back yard as they please! We also have an 8 year old son that loves to help! I am a preschool teacher, so I am able to do afternoon and evening visits during the week and anytime on the weekend and during school breaks. I work normal school hours, but there is another adult home at almost all times of the day. We have a fenced in yard and a doggy door into the backyard. We have a black lab and a 8 year old son, so there is plenty of opportunities for your dog to have play time and burn some energy if needed or get snuggles if they prefer that!
