This was Korra first 4th of July as well, so we weren’t sure how she was going to react to the fireworks. April did an amazing job at letting us know what she had planned and how she was going to create a safe and calm environment for the dogs. We got pictures and updates on how she was doing/did. I am so glad Korra spent her first fireworks season with April. She was so well cared for. I could not recommend April more. About: My experience has been mostly my family and friends. I have taken their animals on walks, bathed them, fed them, played with them. Took them to parks and even trained them on new skills. Since I just graduated I have very open availability and ready to help. I am very organized and dependable, I value time management, my career/education, and most importantly taking care of people and animals. I am currently waiting for the new school year to roll around and continue my education so my schedule is free. I wake up early to work out but that time can be flexible depending on if I have a pet to watch. I keep the animals on the schedule they are used to. We are ready for lots of walks and play time. We both work from home Monday through Friday, so we can provide as many potty breaks, walks and play time that your pup desires! About: I have taken care of all types of animals; senior dogs, cats, puppies, dogs with disabilities,horses, cows etc. I have experience in many areas with pets! I am currently working 3 days and week at a veterinary clinic in Valparaiso. They are typically 12-13 hour days, so my services are extremely limited during that time. I am typically free to pet sit for a long weekend, drop in visits, or walks! I have stayed in many homes watching dogs before and have been trusted every time. I will make sure your animal is comfortable and loved as well as making their time with me stress free and fun! I am very big on sending update pictures and paragraphs to help ease the stress of leaving somebody in your home.

I left their feeling more then confident about them and dropped off my boxer Lola the next day. About: I have taken care of animals my whole life. Family and friends have relied on me for decades to take care of their animals. Growing up on a farm helped give me a lifelong affinity for animals. I’m a teacher who is off all summer. I have plenty of time to fill and would love to look after your animals, either in my home, as a drop in, or just a walk. I have a fenced in backyard, two amazing labs who love other dogs, and a wife and daughter who love dogs as much as I do.

“April was amazing with Korra! She had such a fun time and was clearly so loved during her stay. We got pictures and updates everyday. Again, could clearly see how much fun she was having! This was Korra first 4th of July as well, so we weren’t sure how she was going to react to the fireworks. April did an amazing job at letting us know what she had planned and how she was going to create a safe and calm environment for the dogs. We got pictures and updates on how she was doing/did. I am so glad Korra spent her first fireworks season with April. She was so well cared for. I could not recommend April more. About: I currently have a 6 month old golden retriever and a house with a fenced in yard. We love going on walks and doing training sessions with treats 🐶🐾 I’m a teacher that is off for the summer, so my schedule is free until school starts back up again, except for any planned trips! I have a fenced in yard and a 6 month old golden retriever that will keep your dogs company. I also keep them within my watch at all times if not in their crate!

Dropoff was easy, and my dog didn't even bark when she came out (always a good sign of a dog person!). Of course he would have a small incident in her residence, Toya was informative in what happened and was still patient and kind. We would definitely consider using her again.”
