About: Hi, I'm Taylor! Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and since 2018 I've been fortunate enough to turn that passion into a career caring for pets professionally. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to work at two specialized pet care facilities. One focused exclusively on dogs, where I cared for pups of every breed, size, age, and personality in both daycare and boarding. About: I’ve had dogs my whole life. I have experience with diabetic dogs. Dogs that need medicine. Special needs dogs. I love to play with them, walk them and I will treat them as my own. We raise horses so I have a lot of experience where you have to pay close attention so I would notice if something is off with you dog and I would address it immediately. I’m retired so you would not have to worry about your dog or cat. I would walk, brush, and play with your dog or cat. I would take care of your animal as my own at your home. I would make sure they are loved like my own. If they have special needs or need shots, medicine or anything extra you can feel safe with me.

About: I have always enjoyed spending my time with animals. I got my first dog when I was in elementary school - sadly he recently passed away - but since coming to college I have been missing my sweet fur baby. Being able to play with and care for someone else's pet while also earning extra cash would be an ideal job experience for me. Getting a new pet really isn’t an option for me right now. About: They call me that because once you start feeding squirrels, birds, stray cats, neighborhood dogs walking by, and maybe a raccoon & possum once or twice, like me, then you’ll start to befriend them. About: I worked full time for a shelter and loved working with every animal there. Meeting them at their level so that their needs were completely fulfilled was my passion. Whether they were high or low energy, dim or bright, friendly or not, I thrived on figuring out what would make the the most adoptable and what would make them most comfortable in the harsh shelter environment. It was a difficult and demanding job at times especially when I needed to provide first aid or medication/therapy for ailing animals but I always enjoyed coming home knowing I did something that meant something to those parent-less pets. I also had the lovely opportunity to work the social media for the shelter and take photos and videos of each animal to best display their personalities to the wider public who wouldn't normally see them otherwise. I currently work part time with very flexible hours so I am frequently available to provide service to both my own pets and others. I find it very fulfilling to be able to make time for my own furry friends! Working in a shelter environment I often met many animals at their lowest when they were beyond scared and upset. I got exposure to many dogs and cats that were horribly unadapted to life around people and had personalities on either end of the spectrum. I am more than comfortable with animals that are more aggressive in both appearance and personality and was frequently tasked with retrieving abandoned or lost animals using the company van.

I like to believe that they respond to the love that I've always had for them! With my services, I’ll make sure the pets are loved and cared for like my own, whether they be cats, dogs, or more! Rest assured, your fur baby will be in great hands☺️ I am currently in school full time, but am available in the mornings and evenings to care for your pet! I am also available Sundays for in home, drop in, or dog walking needs I can be of service in anyway that is needed! While I’m not able to provide care in my own home, I am able to complete safe drop ins, sitting in the pets home, or dog walking if needed.

“I was very excited to find Mila. We had decided to make an extended vacation stay in New Buffalo, MI and found that the hotel would not accept our dog. I was a little concerned at first, not sure if she could handle my 10 month old German Shepherd, Jream, but overall, she did very well even without having a fenced yard. My girls still got a full hour of playtime in a nearby fenced area where they were able to run and play ball freely. Meredith followed all my instructions, and I would definitely use her again.”
