About: As a pet owner myself I know that our pets are our babies. (Lord knows I treat mine like my baby). I work from home so someone is always with your fur baby. We live about 5 minutes from Switchyard Park and like to walk the trail. Our apartment complex has a small dog park and a trail that is about half a mile long that we go on all the time. My dog is part husky so I know the importance of keeping dogs busy. We have multiple puzzles and toys ready to go. I’m very type A when it comes to my dog so you can expect the same with your pet. I’ll over communicate with you, send you photos daily, and let you know how your pup is adjusting. Safety and communication are always number one. I’ve grown up with pets all my life and baby sat for other dogs. My dog has some medical issues (a bad knee) so I’m no stranger to medication and keeping an eye out on existing injuries. If you want to meet up or see the environment your dog will be staying before hand, feel free to reach out to me! Since I work from home we take a lot of short walks through the day and I set up puzzles for them to play inside in case it’s too hot. I want to keep your dogs schedule as much as possible. A new environment for them can be stressful and if I can help ease some of that with following their schedule, I’m happy to do it! Your dog will have free range of our apartment. They’re allowed on all furniture and we have multiple dog beds in case they want their space. We have 2 crates in the house in case the dogs need to be crated and we will never have more than 2 dogs in the apartment (yours and mine only). We have a small dog park across the street of our apartment that will only be used if no other dogs are already there. Of course I will ask your preference if you’re comfortable with them going there or only walks.

About: I've only had a cat for a year now, but I take care of him when my roommate needs assistance. I have fed, watered, cleaned his litter box, and played with him while she is gone. I also have learned the body language of cats. Most cats have liked me when I was growing up and I would say I am a pretty patient person, so I don't get upset if they don't initially like me either.

When we first got there we did a slow introduction with the other dogs there and left after everyone felt confident the dogs would get along. About: I own a King Charles Cavalier and a German Shepherd currently! I grew up on a farm in southern Indiana with multiple foster and adopted animals! My mother instilled a serious love and adoration for people and their favorite pets. I volunteered at our local animal shelter, was trained in multiple animal science courses, and was taught to love and respect the animals I work with, both domesticated and exotic. I have handled dogs, cats, reptiles, rodents, foxes, raccoons, bobcats, farm livestock, petting zoo animals, and more. I love them and have tons of professional experience to give your fur-baby the best experience possible. I have lots of time on my hands, currently we start our mornings with a good meal and a long walk along our neighborhood. When we return home, we have some free time with toys and puzzles, enjoy another good meal, take another long, walk around the neighborhood, and then cuddle on the couch or in the beds until bedtime. I don’t have a fence in yard however, we have multiple leashes here as well as one that you would prefer to use. I am a stay-at-home mom to a preschooler and I also help run a national non-profit rescue for French Bulldogs. I have deeply loved several bulldogs in my lifetime, and as such am very adept to handling brachycephalic breeds and their particular needs. (Though it should be noted I tend to my regular-nosed breeds with the same loving care!) About: I have taken care of animals my whole life. I have always had at least one cat, and had dogs for 17 years of my life. I have also taken care of family and friends’ pets while they are out of town plenty of times. I am available all day every day for any kind of pet needs, and I can house cats overnight, however, I am unable to house dogs overnight. I am within walking distance of a dog park, and can bring animals inside or outside, whichever their needs are. I can also keep and transfer pets inside crates as needed.

About: As a pet owner myself I know that our pets are our babies. (Lord knows I treat mine like my baby). I work from home so someone is always with your fur baby. We live about 5 minutes from Switchyard Park and like to walk the trail. Our apartment complex has a small dog park and a trail that is about half a mile long that we go on all the time. My dog is part husky so I know the importance of keeping dogs busy. We have multiple puzzles and toys ready to go. I’m very type A when it comes to my dog so you can expect the same with your pet. I’ll over communicate with you, send you photos daily, and let you know how your pup is adjusting. Safety and communication are always number one. I’ve grown up with pets all my life and baby sat for other dogs. My dog has some medical issues (a bad knee) so I’m no stranger to medication and keeping an eye out on existing injuries. If you want to meet up or see the environment your dog will be staying before hand, feel free to reach out to me! Since I work from home we take a lot of short walks through the day and I set up puzzles for them to play inside in case it’s too hot. I want to keep your dogs schedule as much as possible. A new environment for them can be stressful and if I can help ease some of that with following their schedule, I’m happy to do it! Your dog will have free range of our apartment. They’re allowed on all furniture and we have multiple dog beds in case they want their space. We have 2 crates in the house in case the dogs need to be crated and we will never have more than 2 dogs in the apartment (yours and mine only). We have a small dog park across the street of our apartment that will only be used if no other dogs are already there. Of course I will ask your preference if you’re comfortable with them going there or only walks.

I started volunteering at a humane society in middle school and later gained hands-on experience shadowing veterinary technicians at IndyVet. This helped me learn how to read animal body language, handle different temperaments, and provide safe, attentive care. Growing up, my family had golden retrievers, pit bulls, cats, bunnies, and hamsters, so I’m comfortable with a wide range of pets and personalities. I now have three miniature dachshunds of my own, so I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet. I am typically available during the evenings on Monday - Thursday, and then all day on Friday - Saturday! Because I have three dogs of my own, I prefer to have your dogs come to my home for overnight sitting. About: I have been taking care of all sorts of animal companions for 20 years! I worked on a Farmed Animal sanctuary and took care of chickens, goats, turkeys, cows, and pigs. I have had cats and dogs my whole life and specialize in both senior care and puppies. I’m great at training pups and love to be active. If your dog needs a good hike, I’m your guy! I’m currently working the early morning shift and have plenty of time after work to care for your babies. I also have weekends off so go on that day trip you always wanted to and leave it to me. My dogs are my children. I take them hiking, swimming, walking, and/or to the dog park at least once a day.
