About: I've been taking care of cats for about 12 years now and I love how playful yet independent they are. My very first cat was a stray that came to me and had kittens 10 minutes later 😅 I'm good with both kittens and senior cats, I'm able to administer medications from pills to shots as well.

About: I enjoy having dogs, and started using this website when I went out of town. Because of this, I know the high standard of care I expect from my sitter, and what you should expect too. I will take the time and care you would for your own dog. I'll give them snuggles, playtime, and lots of outside time depending on the crazy weather we have here of course. Myself and my doggy friends love to take walks, play tug-of-war, fetch and other games your dog enjoys or might enjoy. If your dog comes to our house we have a fully enclosed backyard. It is a great big yard enough to play fetch with a few dogs at the same time. Some just like to sun bathe and watch everyone else run around. Your dogs will have so much fun, and will be well loved while they are here. When my doggie friends come back for a visit the owners tell me the dogs are excited when they turn down my street. I have a Yorkie named Jack, and 3 mini Bernedoodles named Elenor, Dahlia, and Franklin. I am not taking unneutered or unspayed dogs at this time. I have lots of available hours to spend with your pets. My schedule is consistent usually, but fairly open. In the past, I was walking dogs. Not sure if I am going to start doing that or not. I have a fenced in yard and 4 dogs to keep your dog company. We can play in the yard or hang out in the house. I have lots of toys and balls.

About: They call me that because once you start feeding squirrels, birds, stray cats, neighborhood dogs walking by, and maybe a raccoon & possum once or twice, like me, then you’ll start to befriend them. Soon after it’ll start to feel like animals are attracted to you (but it’s mostly because I give them food lol). I go by Janet and I love animals from feathery to furry. I have 4 birds, 7 cats and 1 turtle (all rescues). I know that with the proper care and instruction I can take care of any friend! New update from November 2025 - I’m back on Rover after a year-long hiatus and accepting new clients in the Chicago land area and northwest Indiana. 😊 My husband and I moved into a house with a spacious backyard in Lansing, Illinois. I’m open for arranging pick up and drop off as I do have a reliable transportation. Lastly, a meet and greet at my home would be ideal so your pup(s) can meet my husband, who will be there a majority of the time, and get a feel of where they will be staying. But rest assured I will be 100% responsible at all times for your pup(s) while under my care. I currently work from home. I set my own schedule, so I’m available to work whenever I am needed including mornings and weekends. Preferably daytime and Fri - Sat date night evening. I care for pets by making sure to thoroughly read care instructions and immediately contacting the owner by either call or txt if I have any questions. And most importantly by never letting them out of my sight!
About: Since I was a little girl, animals have always taken to me in ways that I haven't fully comprehended and it's amazing to witness. I like to believe that they respond to the love that I've always had for them! With my services, I’ll make sure the pets are loved and cared for like my own, whether they be cats, dogs, or more! About: I have been caring for pets all my life, big and small and all types! I have experience with dogs of all sizes and any age, cats of all ages, friendly and not so friendly, birds, lizards, hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs, etc. I am comfortable with any situation and have experience with sick pets and can administer medication. I am also very comfortable with nail trimming. I once tube fed a very sick lizard, as well as gave a dog an IV at home! I work full time but a hybrid schedule. I am available most weekends and some days during the week. On days I go into office, I can help before or after. I do get alot of time off from work so am available various other days as well including most holidays. While I do not have a fence at my home, I can ensure you that your pets would be well taken care of and watched. I would take out on a leash for exercise and watch at all times. I have a very large yard and a nice dog-friendly subdivision. I also would be willing to come to your house.
About: I’ve never had a time where I did not have at least one dog. I love animals and would love to help give your pups a place to feel comforted and loved when you are away. I do work full-time but am typically only out of the house from 8:30am to about 4pm daily. After this we are home all evening and able to care for the pups as needed! I have a big fenced in yard for running and playing! I have 4 kids and 2 dogs of my own to play with! We are a cat free home to cater to those dog breeds that a natural critter chasers!
About: Hi, my name is Mariah. I have two pets of my own, 1 puppy named Lake and 1 cat named mango 💙🥭. I have two years experience caring for animals in a professional setting at a animal hospital. My biggest take away from that job was learning the importance of communicating with the customers and making sure their pets were always a priority. As pet owners we don’t always feel like our pets come first and that can be a very uneasy feeling. All animals deserve people with the right intentions and when finding the right person to take care of your pets you deserve to be able to relax knowing your pet is happy, healthy, and being treated well. Your pet will be top priority in my care and will be treated as my own. I have experience administering medication to both dogs and cats. I can follow raw food or special diet recipes. I am very detail oriented and can keep your pet on their daily routines, such as meal plans, and medication, exercise, etc. Requirements: I ask that your pets be up to date on vaccines and their flea and tick prevention, especially puppies they MUST have their dewormer, parvo, and distemper. I will not take a risk of getting my other animals sicks. I currently work full time Monday through Friday (7am-3pm.) I have open availability after 3 pm on the week days. My weekends are open availability. I have two outdoor runs, 40x50 outdoor enclosed fence for outdoor time. I also have multiple crates that can be utilized in emergency situations or for comfortability as some dogs just like using crates as a safe place to relax and decompress. I have two playpen areas in the garage that are great for puppies that I can bring inside. If there is a reactive dog in the bunch I will separate and place the reactive dog in another room to avoid fights. Your dog will be walked and engaged with while being outside as I try to make this a fun activity for my dog and a chance for him to get his energy out. For cats I would prefer to offer service at the owners house due to already having a cat and knowing she doesn’t like sharing her space with cats and prefers her own cat room.
