About: I have had dog and cats for the past 15 years. I had a calico cat that had diabetes and a GSD with problems. They have since passed away . So now we have 1 year old litter mate GSD that are my world. Also 3 cats to make our house like a Zoo!!! I currently work full.time and usually off by 230pm with Friday and Sundays off. I can easily stop in or stay with the dog or cat overnight. Lots of snuggles and whatever the animals needsand require. Daily walks or just watching TV or playing. Daily feedings and water changes. Making sure they are safe.

I would help with playgroups, walks, medication administration, and bathing. I have helped with potty and crate training, including my own dogs. I have a crate and rotate situation in my own home, so I understand that not all dogs can be around others. I would help on my days off at the vet clinic. I am always off on Sundays and major holidays. I would also try to fit any pet care on my days I work as well. I have a crate and rotate situation in my home. I know to take extra care to make sure my non dog friendly dog is up prior to letting any others out. I double check to make sure the crate doors are latched. About: I have had a Newfoundland for the last 8 years, he is back at home with my parents. I also just recently got a golden retriever/australian shepherd mix who is now 6 months old! I have always loved animals, especially dogs and I would love to get the opportunity to work with you and your dogs. It would also provide excellent socialization skills with my dog now. I don't have a lot of experience with small dogs, but I am more than willing to walk them and play with them. Such a GREAT option for us instead of using a kennel or boarding service. I so appreciate Mary’s prompt response time when I need an update. “Rachel, and her amazing family, are fantastic with our dog Lucky. It doesn't matter size or breed, Rachel treats them like family members. They have plenty of outside space for playtime and a cozy living room for the pups, even when it's is freezing cold or extremely hot. Your dog will be on vacation when they stay at Rachel's! 10 stars!!”
