About: I have over 20 years of animal care experience. I have owned, dogs, cats and horses! I love making animals happy and making sure their “fur-parents” feel satisfied with their care. For walks and check-ins I would be mostly available any day of the week due to my flexible schedule. For pet sitting I’m also available any day! About: I’ve taken care of dogs since was was 12 years old. I’ve adopted two dogs, one from a rescue and the other from Indianapolis Animal Care Services. (Both have crossed the rainbow bridge.) I volunteered with Every Dog Counts Rescue for 5 years, volunteered with The Humane Society of Hamilton County and Indianapolis Animal Care Services. I also worked at 4 Paws Lodge in Fishers for approximately a year. I also dogsit for friends and family members every so often. I work full time Monday - Friday for a law firm in downtown Indy (I’m remote on Thursdays.) (I leave for work around 7am and don’t get home until 5:15pm). I’m in culinary school as well and have class this semester on Mondays/Tuesdays 5:30-10:20 (through October 13th). Other than working and school, I’m very much a homebody. Despite having a busy schedule, spending time with my furry friends is one of my favorite things to do. I’ve cared for multiple dogs within numerous homes, many times. I just make sure everyone gets as much love and affection as often as they want!

“Stephanie kept our two dogs last week and she was phenomenal! I took the dogs over for a meet & greet a few weeks ahead of time. This was helpful for her, my dogs, and it gave me peace of mind, too. One of my dogs was bitten by a coyote the morning I was to drop off. The bite was superficial so I treated it and then Stephanie took great care of Jake—even giving him a Tshirt to wear to keep the other dogs from licking his wound. We did run into trouble with our alpha dog, Obi. He did not mesh well with Stephanie’s alpha dog. Luckily, I had no problem getting Obi into another situation so that all of our dogs were comfortable. Stephanie did a great job of communicating with me, sending pictures throughout the week, and entertaining the dogs with an Easter egg hunt, outdoor time, and treats. Highly recommend!”
