Our house is setup to keep your pets separated from ours if necessary- with 2 living rooms upstairs and downstairs. About: I grew up on a farm so I've always been around animals. At a very young age I started helping care for the animals which lead to me house sitting as well as walking them. About: I’ve had dogs and other pets for as long as I can remember. When I was about 10, I became obsessed with reading about different dog breeds and their needs. My first job actually working with pets was a dog daycare. I loved building connections with the pups and their parents. At this job, I learned defensive handling skills (how to avoid or break up fights or attacks) and how to handle reactive, scared, and stubborn dogs. I work shorter hours on weekends so I’m able to make plenty of time for your baby, plus my wife is always home and will occasionally help care for your pet when I’m not around. I like to have group play or just time outside when it’s cool in the mornings and evenings. I have a fenced backyard that I check for holes daily and an open front yard (leashes at all times out front). I’m able to crate your dog at anytime they might need it and can even have them in a separate room if crates aren’t their thing. Another bonus is that my wife is home just about full time and is able to care for your pet when I’m not around. If I’m at your house, I will take your dog outside on a leash the first few times just to see how they are and to make sure they aren’t an escape artist once mom/dad is gone

About: I grew up on a farm so I've always been around animals. At a very young age I started helping care for the animals which lead to me house sitting as well as walking them. I work 4 days a week and do this part time. I love spending time with my animals and love working taking care of them. We have a fenced in yard we have lots of toys for them to be entertained and well taken care of. And plenty treats for them to enjoy.
About: Like most of the sitters here, I grew up passionate about all things animal-related. I have experience as a vet assistant in a private clinic setting and I worked as a dog-specialist at an animal shelter. I’m particularly skilled with temperamental or “hard to manage” dogs, and neonatal (bottle baby) kittens. I am now a fully licensed tattoo artist, but I am still drawn to my passion for animal care! I work full-time as a tattoo artist in Indianapolis. My availability is limited but perfect for twice daily drop ins and walks! Early mornings and evenings with weekend availability. My felines are treated like my very own children. 2 of which I fostered from nearly days old! I do my best to provide care, support, and enrichment to beloved pets.
About: I have taken care of all different kinds of animals like cats,dogs even “bully” breeds such as German shepherds and pitbulls and other caged animals like rabbits or snakes. About: I’ve always been the biggest animal lover, and am currently raising 2 of my own. They are easily the best part of every day! I’ve raised puppies, have been a pet sitter, or even just swing by houses to let their dogs outside for a bit! I quickly learned that my fav part of working from home was spending time with my dogs! I figured I could spend it with others! I am the biggest helicopter mom when it comes to my dogs. I am always watching them like a hawk! E-collars so they can roam our 2 acres, crates, safe toys, and lots of outside exercise time!
About: I’ve taken care all sorts of animals ever since I was a kid. I also showed goats in 4- H for ten years. There will be opportunities for cuddles and snuggles. You will need to provide the food for your baby with instructions on how much and how often to feed. I do require that all fur babies be potty trained as I rent the space that I live in.
About: I have experience working at multiple doggy daycare and boarding facilities. This has given me a great knowledge of how to care for many breeds and personalities of dogs. Working in these facilities has also given me medication experience, including shots. I also have experience caring for cats, and multiple pets at a time. I am completely open, and am happy to care for your pets at any time of the day! I love making new animal friends and really spending time with them. When watching your pets, I am diligent with the instructions I am provided. I will make sure I keep the routine you give me to ensure your pet is well looked after.

“This was our dogs' first stay with anyone new. They were both anxious & kept peeing & pooping in Surama's home because of it, even though she was taking them out very often. Surama was very patient with them & made their stay a good one regardless. We didn't anticipate this issue & felt terrible about her having to deal with cleaning so many messes. I appreciated that she was open & honest about what was happening, while assuring me it was fine & in no way causing us to feel worse about it. About: I've been caring for my own family pets for over 10 years and have also provided pet care for friends and family while they travel. I'm comfortable with daily feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, administering simple routines, cleaning up after pets, and giving them plenty of love and attention.
