“We left our fur baby with Kristin for the weekend and couldn’t have had a better experience! She was wonderful with our girl. She provided daily updates with pictures which was so nice to see. She is so sweet and I highly recommend her, we will definitely be rebooking her in the future!”

“We had an amazing experience!! So sweet and caring, received many pictures. She made sure our dogs were very well taken care of and loved. Reccomend and will book again!”

“Beth was amazing!! Our dog seemed to love being with her. She sent a lot of pictures and videos, which was very comforting. She played with him a ton and treated him like one of her own. We will definitely book with Beth again.”

“This was my first time leaving my dog with someone. I was so happy that Ollie was happy. I didn’t feel stressed out about her while I was gone. Jennifer communicated every day with me and sent pictures. I am great full to her and her husband for taking care of Ollie for me! I will definitely use them again, and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a pet sitter!”

“My stella had a nice time staying with them. I received text each day telling me how the night went. Even when I came to pick her up they were on a walk with her. I will use there service again.”

“Sylvie is just amazing! She cares for my furry friend just like he is one of her own. He plays all day, socializes with other dogs in their huge back yard and has an absolute blast! It’s like he comes home from from an extended play date every time!”

“Eddie always has the best time with Tami and her family! He comes home happy and shows so much excitement the next time we head their way as we are driving to their home. Best choice!!”

“Renae was great! Our dog is a 6 month old puppy. We got him weeks before we hired Renae and were very worried about how he was going to do and if he was going to be okay. Renae went above and beyond the call. She took him to parks and the beach and kept him busy the whole weekend. She sent daily updates (sometimes even twice daily) that included pictures of him enjoying himself. We are first time dog owners and she did a great job of relieving the stress of leaving a dog so young with a stranger. She even gave us a few pointers that she's picked up on in her time with dogs. She's a true professional and I'm very impressed with the quality of care we received.”

“Above and beyond care. My family and I went out of state for a vacation. Samantha sent photos of my pup and gave updates frequently. Very kind and flexible. Would definitely book again!”

“Susan was awesome! My husband is extremely particular about the dog. I’m actually shocked he agreed to leave him with a stranger. It could not have gone any better! Susan took Jack for lots of walks and she and her husband even took him on the boat! We got lots of pictures and updates on how he was doing. We definitely hope she’s available to watch Jack next time we travel!”

“Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of Tintin while I was away. Knowing that they were in your hands gave me complete peace of mind and allowed me to enjoy a truly worry-free vacation. I really appreciate the updates, the kindness, and the attention you gave—it’s clear you treat pets like family. My dog came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well-loved. I couldn’t have asked for a better caregiver. I would happily recommend you to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, responsible, and genuinely caring. Thank you again for everything!”

“Michelle and Christy are phenomenal!! They watched my energetic golden retriever for 11 days over the holidays. Having met them a few weeks prior to the extended Rover visit, it was clear that they are really great people, whose positive qualities directly translated into the great amount of care they provided for Mr. Chips during his stay. The amount of updates and open communication they were willing to provide throughout the stay also made a world of difference. Seeing chips having tons of fun totally removed any sense of the worry I would have had leaving him for the 11 days. To top it off, they have a huge fenced in back yard, perfect for doggies to run and play in - and 2 cute dogs for Mr. Chips to play with. 10 out of 10.”

About: I’ve been taking care of pets since childhood. First it was cats, then dogs, and I’m now a proud owner of a Quaker parrot. I’m willing to walk or pet sit dogs, help pet sit cats at their own home, and the same with exotic birds. Someone is always home with the pet and we also help you dog get socialized with our parrot. When I had dogs, I let them sleep on the bed with us. I also let them sit on the furniture, too. And I do spoil them, also. I work full time in the afternoon shift but my boyfriend works mornings so there is always someone home. He loves animals, too! I do my best to work around my schedule. Our bird Kerry only goes in his cage when we are both out of the house and at bedtime. Otherwise, we let him out. Kerry is used to dogs. He likes to talk to dogs.
“It was my first time taking my Rocky to Jennifer. Jennifer was wonderful with Rocky and kept me posted throughout the day of how he was doing. Rocky was able to play with the other pups and sure got his exercise for the day. He was one pooped pup when he came home. We have Jennifer booked for a week for our vacation in August. I feel like Rocky is getting a vacation too! Lots of fun and socialization.”

About: I have lived with dogs and cats throughout my life and have more than 30 years of experience caring for them. I currently care for several pets in my own home, so I understand that every animal has its own personality, routine, energy level, and individual needs. I carefully follow instructions for feeding, fresh water, bathroom breaks, litter box care, walks, playtime, and companionship. I take time to help each pet feel comfortable and keep their normal routine as consistent as possible. You can expect dependable care, clear communication, a detailed Rover Card, and several photos after every visit. I prefer to meet before the first recurring or extended booking so I can learn your pet’s routine, confirm access instructions, and understand exactly what they need. Pet care is already a natural part of my daily routine. I keep my Rover calendar current and only accept visits that fit my availability. This allows me to arrive within the agreed time window and give each pet attentive care without rushing. Before the first booking, I prefer to meet you and your pet, review the care routine, and confirm access instructions. During each visit, I follow your directions closely, check doors and gates, refresh food and water, and make sure your pet is safe and comfortable before I leave. I provide photos and a clear update after every visit.
“Bridget did an awesome job with Ardal! She took great care of him and sent me a few updates, which I appreciated. I have a very tired, very happy pup and will definitely be requesting future daycare appointments!”

About: Hi! I’m Jillian, a dependable and attentive dog & cat lover (& any other 4 legged creature - shout out to gerbils) offering walks, drop-ins, and extended care. I understand how important it is to know your pet is safe and happy while you’re away, and I treat every dog and cat as if they were my own. I’m active and love long walks, playtime, and making sure dogs get the exercise and attention they need. I’m comfortable with dogs and cats of all sizes and always follow each pet’s routine and any special instructions closely. Through that experience, I’ve learned successful strategies to help nervous or sensitive animals feel comfortable, safe, and calm in new situations. I’m patient, attentive to body language, and understand the importance of building trust with dogs and cats that need a little extra care. Whether your dog needs a midday walk while you’re at work or care while you travel, I provide reliable, caring service and regular updates so you always know how your pup (or cat) is doing. My afternoons, evenings, and weekends are flexible, so I have plenty of time to focus on giving dogs and cats the attention, exercise, and care they deserve. Since pets are often most comfortable in their own home, I focus on maintaining their normal routine as closely as possible. I carefully follow all instructions for feeding, walks, playtime, and any special preferences so your dog or cat feels relaxed and secure while you’re away. I’m very attentive to safety during walks and always keep dogs securely leashed and supervised. Because I have experience with an anxious dog of my own, I’m patient and sensitive to each dog’s personality and comfort level, helping them feel calm and comfortable in my care. I also treat every client’s home with the utmost respect and care. I’m mindful of keeping the space clean and secure, and I’m happy to help with small tasks while you’re away, such as bringing in mail, taking out the trash, or watering plants. You can also expect regular updates and photos so you always know how your pup is doing.

“Rose met some new friends today. I think Rose is adapting on being away from home for the day. Sylvie always makes sure Rose gets pets, hugs and belly rubs. She must of had a busy day today sniffing everything. When I got home Rose ate her dinner and went to take a nap!”

“Estefania was wonderful with Apple! This is the first time I used Rover.com and I am a 1000% satisfied client. Even though it was just a day care while I worked extended hours and needed to get some house cleaning done, I got lots of pics and videos, and Apple was very happy in the pics. Apple is a senior pup with partial blindness and diabetic(<2 years) so I wasn't sure how she would respond to a new environment. This is the first time I sent Apple to day camp in 4 years due to the pandemic and her health ailments, but as soon as I pulled into the driveway and saw the baby gate on the front porch to provide extra security, I felt very comfortable. Apple can have separation anxiety from Mom (me) at times so I knew she couldn't get past the front porch if she tried to run out. Estefania welcomed us into her home, and it's an extremely clean and safe residence for pups. Apple had so much fun! She worked up a good appetite and ate a full meal once she came back home. Because she's diabetic, she has a set feeding schedule to accommodate her insulin shots. I woke up for work this morning and heard Apple snoring and she had "Bed Head" hair. It was a great day camp visit and we're looking forward to coming back!! Thanks so much for taking care of Ms. Apple for the day :)”

I'm available throughout the day, every day, so I can offer consistent walks and visits without being rushed or squeezed between other commitments. Your pet gets my full attention, every time. I have a fenced yard and no other pets at home, so your pet gets a calm, safe space with my full attention — no competing for it with other animals. I'm based in Plainfield and I'm comfortable providing care in my own neighborhood as well as yours, whatever's most convenient for you. It includes a queen sized bed, several dog beds and crates. I am constantly letting them outside since I have a 3 month old puppy and he needs potty breaks every couple of hours. Their days are filled with tons of walks, toys, treats and mostly cuddles 💕💕
“Katy has been incredible with our Australian Shepard! She is incredibly responsive and we have been so lucky to have her walk him on a regular basis! Katy is always here on time and lets us know about everything! She’s incredible and if you are looking for any services with your pup she’s the one to reach out to!”

“I could not have asked for a better person to take care of my Milo. Meet and greet went great and I had no reservations with leaving him there for the weekend. She sent pictures and videos all weekend that showed he was having a great time with her dogs and family. I really don’t think he wanted to come home!”

“Kimberly was amazing with my two girls, definitely a 5-star sitter! She sent photos updating me while I was away and was great calming my bi girl, who iI s afraid of thunder. She is communicative, timely, knowledgeable and loved my dogs like her own; I highly recommend Kimberly! !”
