“I had a mandatory business trip and my pet sitter fell through fairly last minute. My 6 year old cat, Ollie, has separation anxiety (I rescued him from abuse when he was 6 months old) and he is not used to being alone for long periods of time because I work out of the house and am home most of the time. While he's friendly, he's not super snuggly or interactive with strangers; he just needs someone to be 'present'. We had a meet-and-greet prior to booking the stay- She asked all of the pertinent questions about his personality and daily routine (Charlie, my 21 year old cockatiel, is easy- LOL). I was rest-assured things would work out so I booked the stay. Deanne was wonderful with both Ollie and Charlie. She sent me updates throughout the day and plenty of photos letting me know they both were doing well (although I could tell in a couple of the photos Ollie was a little sad... But that is completely normal- As long as he was eating and following his regular routine I knew he'd 'survive'). This also helped me not stress out or worry about my pets and be able to focus on my trip / business dealings and that's honestly also a big part of traveling for me. I arrived home, and while I know both Ollie and Charlie missed me, everything went right back to normal and that's what told me Deanne cared for them very well. She also was very respectful of my home and kept it clean during her stay. I'm very glad I found her and will be using her services again. I highly recommend Deanne to care for your pets!”

About: Hello! My name is Dallas! I am a huge animal lover, and would love to care for your furry family member! I have always loved all animals and have been in this field for over 15 years. A little about me: I was a volunteer at the SPCA for a few years, back when I lived in Nevada when I was in high school. Then I worked for a 24/7 doggy day care facility for about two years in Lake Tahoe after I moved there with my husband Adam. I worked there until I started my own pet sitting/walking company. when My husband Adam owned a wooden surfboard shop there, while I started my own pet sitting/dog walking company. In 2016, we decided to travel around with our dog Myles for a bit, and converted a school bus into an RV! We both own our own companies so we’ve always been able to work remote and did the conversion on our own. Eventually we ended up in Nashville and did two house flips while still running our craft companies. In 2020 my husband and I moved back here to Illinois where Adam is from, to help his elderly parents, and the family property. We just finished converting the barn into a homestead while we are here, and just celebrated our wedding in the property in September. Sadly our dog Myles passed away peacefully last October at the age of almost 17. While my husband and I greatly miss having a dog or pet around, we’re just not quite ready to get another dog yet and we figured Rover would be perfect. I’ve had a long list of pets throughout my life, from small Pomeranians to a large PitBull lab mix and multiple cats, I haven’t met an animal I didn’t love yet haha. Adam and I live on 8 acres with plenty of room to run and play. Our home is very clean, and also very dog friendly aka we love couch snuggles! Because Adam and I both operate our own businesses, we both have separate shops built in the house so we have the luxury of getting to stay home while still working, making our schedules very open and flexible! My husband and I both own our own businesses and have our shops on our property, so we both work from home every day with a completely open and flexible schedule! I care for every pet as if they were my own, while following and respecting the owners directions and or specific requests! We have a large pet friendly house that is very empty after our lab mix passed away in fall, and for the first time we are completely pet-less. About: I work from home and am available to always have an eye on dogs and take them out as much as necessary in my fenced yard.I also have strong attention to detail regarding any needs to each individual dog. For walks I am capable of walking more than one at a time, even big strong dogs and I am patient. My dogs love all animals and have never been aggressive, both 15-20 pounds 5 years old and neutered. My house is dog-proof and safe for any dog to come stay in. My house consists of only me and my wife as well as our dogs. We live in a very relaxed environment that should make any and all dogs feel safe. We are willing to separate our dog from yours if your dog seems to feel uncomfortable around them. I work from home so as far as being around the dogs I will almost always be available to have all eyes on them and offer routine bathroom breaks. I will care for all pets the same I care for my own. Safely, patiently and with respect. We have a dog-proof house and have never had any issues with our own.

I have a lot of experience feeding pets with strict/special diets using oils, powders, crushed up supplements etc. and administering medicine including insulin injections. I am available for house sitting - and welcome the opportunity to watch dogs at their place of residence. About: I grew up with a sweet smooth collie and helped take care of her throughout my childhood. These days I take care of friends and families dogs while they go on vacation or just need a quick sitter for the day/night. I also have a pet chinchilla, Cheaches, that I take care of everyday :) I'm a elementary teacher, so my availability during the summer is very open. I plan to be home full time most days but things do come up. If I need to be away I will always prioritize coming back to care for the pets. I'm very comfortable with all dogs no matter the size or breed. I have handled a variety of dogs from timid to major explorers. Any instructions given to me I will happily follow. I have always had a easy time connecting with dogs! They are truly mans best friend and I understand just how much they mean to their families :)
About: I have had animals of all walks of life since I was a child. Dogs, cats, horses, goats, chickens, ducks, fish, bunnies and even a donkey. Animals have naturally been drawn to me and I have often been the only one to help an animal. I show all animals unconditional love and care. I have nursed senior dogs until they need to cross the rainbow bridge. I am available for early morning, afternoon and evening help. I work from home and have the flexibility to meet the needs of a pet in my care. I am not able to care for animals in my apartment. All services will be on site for the client and their pet. I have crates set up for dogs that like to use them. There are dog beds scattered throughout the first floor so dogs can chose where they want to hang out.

I'll be good for your pets because I'm able to adjust to every individual need for your animals. I've watched dogs for friends and family for many years while they were on vacation. I have spent the last few years working in commercial pet care at various daycare and boarding facilities. This includes dogs, cats, birds and various small rodents. I'm willing to do whatever it takes to make your dogs, and yourself as comfortable as possible. I'm happy to go on frequent walks of any duration or difficulty. I used to take one of my own dogs hiking so I'm willing and able to do whatever they are used to. I'm also happy to be at your home as frequently as you'd prefer, and I'd love to maintain open communication with you while you are away. I have also recently acquired a PACCC certification. I’m freelancing at the moment so I have an open schedule at the moment. I am available Mondays, and Wednesday - Saturday. Sundays are also available upon request. I always prefer to meet with pet parents so I can be aware of any potential safety problems in the home and when walking dogs I like to bring a secondary slip leash to use so that in case anything happens to the first leash/collar, your pet is unable to slip away from me.
About: Hello I currently own 2 dogs and 3 cats. My friends, family, and neighbors rely on me when going on trips to help out with their fur babies. Doing their feeding, taking them for walks, playing with them, giving them medication if needed or just keeping them company. I currently work from home and have a pretty flexible schedule. To do drop in visits, or walks it’s also helpful that I’m home all day to keep an eye on your babies and play with them on my breaks. I have a fenced yard big enough for your pet to run around, or play with my dogs that enjoy company. Either your pet likes to play outside with toys or receive lots of cuddles, or walks. I do require a meet and greet before setting anything up to see if everyone gets along.
