About: I have grown up with cats all my life, fed strays and befriended almost every cat that was said to 'not like people'. I have experience with special needs cats; blind, deaf, tripod, epileptic (my 5 year old boy, Pinball in my pfp), and a few others. With that cones experience with physical therapy, medications (except injections. About: I have experience house/dog sitting. In the past year, I've watched and taken care of three large dogs, a Boxer, and two Labradors, many times. For about two weeks or more depending on the owner's schedule. The boxer has some health issues so I also have some experience with giving medication. I've taken care of two Great Danes who I would classify as loving adorable couch potatoes. I also own two small dogs. My first dog was a Maltese she lived till she was ten but the last year of her life she also had some health issues. I currently have a dog who is also a Maltese Bichon Frise mix who just turned eleven. He is energetic so I'm a very active person and can keep up with your pups too. I understand the importance of giving your pup all the love and attention they need to have a happy life. I will do my very best to provide that for your animals too! I work full time at a car dealership up in the office. I am in the office by 7:00 am and I am typically off by 3:00 pm. I can do late in the evening walks or around when I get off. For drop ins\check ins I could come early in the morning for one and later in the evening for the other on a weekday. As long as it isn't end of month or mid month Fridays I can be off by 1pm. Weekend I am off so I'm more fixable with what I can fit in. I offer drop-in visits and dog walks. During visits, I provide feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, playtime, companionship, and any routine care requested by the owner. During walks, I ensure pets get safe exercise and attention while following their normal routine. I always prioritize safety, comfort, and clear communication with pet owners.
About: I have worked with pups and kittys since I was little, I have done puppy training all the way to taking care of senior pets. I have had much practice over the years with all of my own furry family members and now to having a few solid clients I service on a regular basis before even joining Rover. So I love taking care of folks furry family members including my own Doberman and my sisters cat while she's gone away at college. However I work for the government Tuesday - Saturday 10:30 a.m.-7p.m. so I can be there during the mornings and I can take care of them as soon as I get off work in the evenings for feedings, potty breaks, walks, etc. Unfortunately, I more than likely will not be able to do midday potty breaks so if you're someone who works from home and let's them out frequently it probably will not work out. But if they're used to being in during the day already from work schedules then it should be a perfect fit! I take care of my Doberman pup through trainings with positive reinforcement via toys and treats. I feed him every morning and evening, taking him on walks out in the woods and letting him run wild in our big back yard.

About: Hi, my name is Heather I have been involved in caring for animals for many years whether it was my own pets or the grooming and boarding facility I worked for in my 20s. I am 50 years old. I am from the Quad city area originally but lived in Houston for 30 years, I recently moved back about seven years ago. I have a nice little house in Bettendorf with a great yard including a vinyl privacy fence. I will give your pet a loving fun, playful experience, and I’m very happy to send you video and pictures so you can see how your pet does while they’re with me . I usually let them out in the morning and feed the dogs I watch separately so there’s no fighting , same thing at about 4 pm in between they get pets , sleep, and run around in my yard ( weather permitting ) I am home every day of the week. I am gone for a few hours on Wednesday and Friday. Always attentive to pets in my care they will not be left outside for long periods of time , I often go and sit on my patio while the dogs are out , I also have a doggy door that fits up to large dogs .

About: I provide attentive and loving care to pets of all sizes, from small lap dogs to active breeds, as well as bunnies, cats and birds. As I work from home, your pet will receive consistent attention throughout the day, regular walks, playtime, and plenty of companionship. I take time to understand their needs so they feel secure and relaxed. Every pet in my care is treated as if they were my own. With my work from home environment I am able to deal with pets all times during the week. I do travel some weeks, in which I will not take on any pets. I am flexible on schedules. In the spring I will note I coach, and may be gone for 2-3 hours maximum on some nights if there is an overnight pet. This scheduling information will of be provided ahead of time to ensure you know exactly how your pet will be cared for. As I work from home your pet will be watched all day. Whether they choose to join me or relax elsewhere in the house is up to their preference. I do not have a kennel and am okay with pets being able to roam. I also want to break up my day so they will get walks every 2-4 hours if they would like. I also have a fenced yard that I can see from my office if they are wanting to spend more time outside. About: I grew up on a farm. I was part of FFA (future farmers of America) and 4H growing up. I’ve cared for animals and their well being all my life. I currently work on a two week rotation. Meaning I’ll be in town for two weeks at a time, and out of town for two weeks. I’ll have weekdays from 8am to 5pm and weekends after 4pm. I have majority of the day to relax and exercise your puppies. About: I’ve been pet-sitting for years, mostly with large dogs and a few cats ranging through all ages, though I’m new to using Rover! About: Recently adopted a senior rescue and looking to share the love. Have had pets since birth and love them unconditionally. Grew up with a variety of breeds and ages. I'm currently not working and have a very flexible schedule along with reliable transportation. Available to stay in your home and am a responsible and reliable caregiver. I do have a yard but would prefer to sit with your pet in his/her home environment to ensure the most comfort as possible. Can't wait to love your furry friend.

Currently I am working part time, my schedule varies but usually I am working 2nd shift in the beginning of the week and working 1st shift during the weekends. I take time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and boundaries so they always feel secure in my care. Whether i’m in your home or out on a walk, I make sure your pet is safe, supervised, and happy at all times. About: Animals are so unique. The way they play, eat and sleep, every animals deserves special, intentional care. I love being around animals of all kinds and want to make sure people feel at ease when they’re family need to leave their pets at home. My schedule is relatively consistent. I have availability all day on Fridays Saturdays and Sundays and my week nights are open for pet care as well. In a clients home, I am respectful of their home and their animals. “This was our first experience with the Rover app and Shannon taking care of Maggie. It could not have been a better experience! Shannon was great with communication and very timely. We had boarding arrangements elsewhere and they canceled at the last minute. Shannon was quick to reply to my inquiry and helped me navigate the Rover app. The "Meet & Greet" went very well with Maggie meeting Shannon's personal K-9 companions. Right from the start, we were very comfortable and confident that Shannon would take great care of Maggie. She was very personable and kept us informed during our travels with pics/updates. When arriving to pick her up, Maggie was happy & seemingly didn't care that we had returned. It was very obvious that Maggie was well cared for and SPOILED! About: I've taken care of dogs since the ripe age of 7 with basic care of water/food in bowl and every 2-4hrs of potty. Whether it was friends or family. Didn't start going professional till 15 with babysitting for children and their family pups! For cats, I own a cat myself and been taking care of her for 8 years. With consistent of litter changes, basic necessities and cuddles! I am free majority of the summer before college. Tuesday's will not be free. But for majority of the week, I'm available as early as 10:00Am till late nights I have a fenced yard for your dog to run around in. I have one female lab and one male Chihuahua that are friendly and can interact with other dogs. (Also have one female cat!) My home is very much spacious, if your dog needs to be crated as well!
