Big, small, medium, even tempered, wild, mellow- I absolutely love them all. I have a 12 year old lab, who has slowed down a lot. She is my everything. I find something about raising a dog from a young pup to an aging one, so very special and rewarding. If your dog is fast paced or likes to smell every blade of grass, I’m game. Rain, shine, or snow, I’m available. I’d absolutely appreciate it if you gave me the opportunity to spoil your dog, not just walk or watch. I understand these are your babies. My house is set up well with a fenced in back yard and lots of attention and love offered. Let me know what questions or concerns you might have! I work Monday-Friday, I am usually free in the evenings and off on Thursdays typically. About: I have had my own pets since I was a young child. I have taken care of many of my friends, family, neighbors, and church members pets over the years. I love dogs and kitties and believe they deserve to be well taken care of. They depend on us to be good to them and are at our mercy. If they are mistreated they can't say anything. This makes it that much more important to be good to our pets. I am not currently working so I have a lot of free time. I have 6 grown children who are on thier own. Two in college, the rest with their own families. I have one friendly lab mix who loves playmates. A fenced in yard, doggie door, and all hardwood floors so accidents are not tragic! I am within walking distance of our city bike/walking trail for long doggie walks.
About: My whole life I've wanted to work with animals. Currently I’m a vet tech, I went to school for 2 years for it. I love all animals so dogs, cats, birds, pocket pets, and reptiles are all exceptional for me to take care of! I've owned dogs, reptiles, and right now have a cat and a dog of my own. Whether it's a check in on your pet while you're at work, or a walk at the park, I can help! If you’re local to me some of my ‘unavailable days’ can still work if you are ok with late evening check ins. You can always reach out to me too if you need more details. I’ll do drop ins and check on your fur babies for as long as you need. If they need someone energy out, I can play with them, if they’re senior pets, I would love to just sit with them and help with any medical concerns needed. If it’s a walk we can go wherever they normally enjoy walking to.

In fact, I think Row felt so at home at Jamie and Aaron's, he would have been happy to move in! Jamie kept us updated and sent pictures and videos throughout our trip - it was so fun to see him playing with their pups and snuggling in with them on the couch. Big, small, medium, even tempered, wild, mellow- I absolutely love them all. I have a 12 year old lab, who has slowed down a lot. She is my everything. I find something about raising a dog from a young pup to an aging one, so very special and rewarding. If your dog is fast paced or likes to smell every blade of grass, I’m game. Rain, shine, or snow, I’m available. I’d absolutely appreciate it if you gave me the opportunity to spoil your dog, not just walk or watch. I understand these are your babies. My house is set up well with a fenced in back yard and lots of attention and love offered. Let me know what questions or concerns you might have! I work Monday-Friday, I am usually free in the evenings and off on Thursdays typically. I’m free on most holidays(so keep that in mind).** I am free on most weekends. ** My job is flexible, 12 mins away, making it easy to drop by my house throughout the day. My house is open and I have a great fenced in area. Your dog will be spoiled rotten over here. Lots of pets and attention. I also know how important a walk is to a dog, it’s the highlight of their day! We’d make the most of it.

“It was a big relief to find hosts willing to take my Sadie in when we were going on vacation over the Thanksgiving holiday. I was a little concerned because I'd never left my pup with anyone prior to this experience. I was provided picture updates and when I called to check on Sadie, they let me know that she was doing ok. I felt this was a very positive experience and Sadie seemed really happy to have other pups around that she could socialize with. My Sadie seemed to especially connect with the hosts female black lab named Kimber who was about the same age as she, 3 yrs old. I would certainly recommend boarding your pet with this family.”

About: I've raised 6 puppies. I have raised and trained a service dog puppy. Two dogs needed daily injections of insulin. We have a certified German Shepherd guide dog in our family. I am retired and I enjoy walking every day. I am flexible with working with your pets. I don't mind walking in most weather. I do not walk when it's icy however. I have a dog park close to my home. I have a fenced in yard. My husband loves dogs as well. We live close to some great bike trails.
