About: I have grown up with both small and large dogs as well as puppies. I also have a cat of my own for five years. I work from home so my schedule is pretty flexible! I can leave on breaks to go check on them or stay at your house overnight to watch them. I live very close to walking trails to take them on walks. If I sound like the right fit for your pup to go to while you are away, I am so happy to meet them! I am home evenings Monday-Friday and all day on Saturdays and Sundays and would love to care for your pup! Monday through Friday I do come home on my breaks (I only live .1 mile from my job) so I can let fur babies outside for potty and play then. If your pup has special needs, Friday evening through Sunday may be best as I would be gone periodically throughout the day during the week. I can’t wait to work with you and meet your pup! I have a newly fenced in yard with lots of room to run and play. My dogs are very high energy and have loved playing with previous foster dogs. Just to be on the safe side, I will put your dog in a separate room/section to eat. Finally I’ve had experience in dog training facilities with extremely reactive dogs and learned some skills in dog training as well! I have a fenced in yard for my large dog, who is reactive with unknown men, so he has plenty of space to exercise and play! He has a routine of when he is fed, same as my cats. Keeping my dog active is so important and my cats enriched is even more so since they are always indoors.

About: Hello! I am very passionate about dogs and will provide loving, patient care while you are away from home. I have fostered many puppies and adult dogs in my home through a dog rescue in California for 5 years, and continue to do the online work for that rescue from my home in Illinois. I have two fur babies of my own Espresso and Lucy, and our two cats mostly hang out in whatever room the dogs are not in :) We have a secure, fenced backyard with room to run. Dog cuddling and treats are a staple here, as well as walks, frequent potty breaks and playing with toys! My six year old daughter loves dogs but also respects boundaries and will leave them alone if they don’t want attention. I am prompt, professional and respond to texts/calls in a timely manner.
