About: I am currently getting my bachelor's in animal behavior and care. I've had many bteeds of dog from small to large as well as cats. I love all breeds and I am open minded to all animals. Even the scaly ones. I have 3 cats and a dog with ptsd from their previous owner. I work but am more then able to adjust my schedule in order to pet sit. I will still be sure they are fed properly, played with, and taken out as needed. I will ensure your pet is fed, walked, taken out and generally well looked after with lots of playtime. About: I’ve had a Siberian Husky since I was 12 years old. The only time I wasn’t her primary caretaker was the 4 years I was away at college. I’ve seen her through the puppy phases and grow into a tame napper with bursts of energy from her youth. She lived with my parents when I moved back to the city until she crossed over the rainbow at 15, but I lived with my cousins 11 year old dog before coming to Peoria. I’ve also cared for friends’ pets before. Most notably a pug puppy that eventually moved in with a Chicago Cubs player for two weeks, a dog from Jerusalem with 3 cats and a lizard and a fish for a month, and many of my friends’ animals as well. I currently live in downtown Peoria. Depending on your pet’s needs, I am comfortable accommodating the amount of time you’d like me to spend with them, and often have more time at home/able to travel to yours on weekends. I’ve had family pets visit my place and have plenty of room to run around as well as relax. I keep an eye on them to make sure they are happy but also have the place “pet-proofed” if needed to step out. As per house visits I will stick strictly to the instructions left behind by the owner.

About: I have had my own dogs my whole life. Since being married in 1994 we have had 2-3 dogs at a time. We currently have two sweet dogs. One is a toy Berniedoodle and the other is a lab/bordercollie. I am the one in our family that does the puppy training. I am a retired school teacher. I am home most days unless I have errands to run. I love to take our dogs for walks. I have two friendly dogs. One of our dogs is very playful. The other is shy at first but warms up. They are crate trained at night. We have a dog door so our dogs go in and out all day. We have an extra crate if needed. Our dogs are allowed on the furniture for snuggles.

About: I’ve taken care of all types of dogs. I have most experience with big dogs like Rottweilers, labs, and pitbulls (not that big I know). I’ve taken care of and helped train puppies and toddler dogs as well as senior dogs. Currently have a white pitbull mix who deals with allergies and skin issues who I trained myself. I’m happy to handle any and all quirks and requests you or your pet may have. I know what it’s like to feel like a burden when looking for a dog sitter because they need a specific feeding method or a weird ritual for potty time. About: I am a 4th grade teacher with summers off. I have a passion for walking and dogs. So this is perfect for me! I walk my 90 lb chocolate lab (quite energetic and happy) miles everyday around the neighborhood and hiking trails. He is a pretty reactive dog (all love) so I am skilled in knowing what a dog needs and how they are reacting to the external variables on a walk, and how to react to that. About: I, like everyone else on here, have been a pet owner and lover for years. My pets are my children, because I don’t want or have any human children. Can walk at lightning fast speed or crawl speed—whichever your dog prefers. The heat doesn’t bother me as long as we both have a tall glass of water waiting for us at the end of the journey. Will take to parks if that’s okay and can interact with my loveable Great Pyrenees if that’s cool with you. My special skills include couch cuddles, the ability to fill a water bowl with precision, and never ending attention that every dog desires and deserves. I just moved to the Peoria area from about an hour away and decided to re-activate this account because I have time and what better way to spend it than with pets? My home offers a lot of space inside with the ability to keep pets separate from my own fur babies. Also have a nice big fenced in back yard for room to roam or bask in a sun slice.
