She was the only person that our kitties actually went up to the first time they met her. They are always reserved and shy and actually run and hide from any visitors...even my parents that have been here several times took them several visits to get used to. About: Animals are freakin awesome and I love them! I've had snails, a bird, frogs, co-owned cats (one at a time), as well as cat sit. I grew up with a dog, and spent 15+years with my beloved baby Shiba Inu Kenji. He had one eye, lots of arthritis, kidney issues, and half his teeth in the end but was full of life! Very familiar with meds and schedules and special needs, natural food etc. Not ready for another and didn't know much about this service. I wish l'd have known, so let me help YOU! (Note- i cannot take dogs over 60lbs, check box options are limited. Thanks for understanding) I work from home so can be available for full days, or as needed. Weekends I may have some things to do but will prioritize where needed. I do not have a crate, but you can provide. Otherwise I have bowls and beds and cones of shame as well as soft flower cone where needed. I also have gates and a pen, and multiple doors. I treat my animals (mine or family friends) like a kid. Safety always, lots of love, and a fun time!

About: Well I would recommend the pet owners to choose me to take care of there pets because I'm really good with animals I grown-up with dogs my entire life . I can tell when something is wrong with them by watching how they act. Dogs like to play and I'm a fun person that really enjoys playing with dogs my 1 year old son really loves dogs. I contacted Lynda the day before I was going for a spontaneous day trip to Michigan and she agreed to a last-minute booking for my dog Bob. Lynda checked in with me the next day and all was well with Bob! I truly appreciated the update on my boy, Bob! I have raised two dogs to a healthy old age, as well as having provided short-term care for dogs of friends and family. I require a meet and greet for new clients before booking. I may also request a short trial visit (ie 2 hours) for new client boarding. My schedule is flexible so I can accommodate your pet's needs and provide them plenty of attention and care. I love all types of pet personalities! My home has lots of windows for your dog to sit and look outside, a nice neighborhood for walks and a big unfenced yard. About: I have experience with 2 Boston terriers of my own, as well as dog sitting for puppies and senior dogs! I am comfortable with giving medication and am able to walk the dogs every day! About: I have had my dog now for almost 10 years. I used to care for my dog as well as a roommates dog at one point. I can give medications and can provide First Aid/Heimlich if needed. Strong enough to hold back and tame my 60 pound Boxer mix. I’ve also helped care/walk my sisters Great Dane and my friends smaller dogs for 7 years or so. I love animals and if you have other little friends who need care, just let me know what to do and I’ll do it. I work night shift as an ICU Nurse so I’m home all day. I can pop in and check on your babies any time during the day. I would need to know in advance only cause I do eventually sleep during the day. I’m aware you are trusting me with one of the most important members of your family, I’ll be happy to leave a photo and an update of any changes , good or bad, so you can enjoy some peace of mind that everything is alright.
About: The dog in my pictures was Winnie. She was my first dog and was a rescue from Tuscaloosa while I was finishing up my last year at The University of Alabama. Although she was more of a couch potato, she was a great learning experience for how to handle shelter dogs and dogs in general. We had another dog and a cat as well in the house with never any issues….even whenever Alabama lost believe it or not. I prefer the later afternoon and night shifts due to the fact I work in an office every day. Weekends and holidays I am free all day. I prefer to use the client's yard or take them to a park. My yard is only size appropriate for smaller dogs but still fenced in if your dog is not very active.
About: I had a senior dog for over 15 years that I took care of! Also fully trained her and loved her. Additionally, I have worked at a barn with horses, cats, and dogs that I have taken care of. :) I am a college student but I am free all days besides Tuesdays and Wednesdays! About: I worked for over 4 years at a highly rated pet boarding facility where I cared for all breeds, ages and temperaments of both cats and dogs. This included feeding, medicating. I am trained in cat and dog CPR and have experience administering insulin and oral medications. I also volunteer at a local animal shelter walking dogs and handling them at off-site adoption events. I am available to care for pets during both weekdays and weekends, and I can provide plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, and companionship throughout the day. I live in a secure apartment building with controlled access and a safe environment. There are several nearby parks and walking areas where your pet can enjoy regular exercise, enrichment, and outdoor time. I typically accept only one pet (or pets from the same family) at a time. I do not board pets from different households together, which helps prevent conflicts, anxiety, and unnecessary stress. This allows me to give each pet my full attention and ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and at home during their stay.

We were nervous with our puppy who hadn’t been in boarding before, and she was great with keeping us posted on their behavior & sending daily pics/updates. Our dogs came home exhausted from having so much fun at their time away. She was also great with our 4 y.o. who preferred her personal space around the younger dogs there.
