About: I am the definition of an animal lover, which I attribute to having had animals around my entire life. I grew up with Australian shepherds, German shepherds, cats, hamsters, and even tarantulas! I am extremely comfortable walking dogs, giving them medication via food, and managing when to let them out to go to the bathroom. I’m also willing to give a big furry dog a good brush if they need it! I have lived primarily with big dogs, but have had close relationships with small dogs through friends and my husband’s family whom I have dog sat for in the past. In addition, I am a massive cat lover. I was given a kitten when I was 8 years old and had her for 19 years until she just recently passed. In her senior years, she had both hypothyroidism and asthma so I am well-versed in giving cats inhalers and medication in various forms (via dropper, ear application, in treats, and in food). I am a dependable dog and cat sitter/caretaker because I know how much your animal means to you. I’m an extremely organized person so you can count on me to be reliable with pick-up, drop-off, and everything in between. Taking care of your animal would not be a job to me because I am so happy to do it! I work twice a week so I could watch an animal full time during three weekdays in addition to weekends. I am still more than willing to watch animal for an entire week and either modify my work schedule to be with them more, or just make sure they are set up for the days I am in office. I have a non-smoking home with one cat and two people including myself. My home would be an extremely relaxing environment for a pet and due to my flexible schedule, I can dedicate nearly full-time care to an animal. Since I have a cat, I would only really be able to have dogs stay overnight for a couple-day stint since I'd prefer to keep them separate. In my client's home I would offer the same care in addition to respecting the environment. I'm naturally a very clean person and always pick up after myself.
“This is our repeat boarding with our delightful and energetic pup. Carolyn took care of River very well and took a lot of outdoor walks with her. Her home set-up and location close to a forest preserve, nature path and pond, are perfect, as River loves the outdoors. We feel reassured leaving our dog with Carolyn as it is somehow a treat and a home away from home for River.”

“From start to finish, Barbara was helpful and welcoming to our family and Kylo. Kylo definitely missed her and wanted to say goodbye. We will definitely use Barbara again because she took amazing care of our family dog. Thank you for all the updates and for looking out for our dog.”

“Megan was very welcoming and accommodated some last-minute travel plans and made Copper feel right at home. He also got along well with her three pups. He enjoyed having a fenced in backyard where he could run around and play. Thank you!”

“Angela took great care of Zoro, and he was clearly happy and comfortable during his stay. He loved playing with the other dogs, which made the experience even better. Angela was very kind and flexible, especially when our pick-up time changed due to a delayed flight, and we really appreciated her understanding and support. Zoro had a lovely time, and overall it was a very positive experience. Highly recommend!!”

“We have used Melody twice to watch our miniature dachshund, Phoebe. The most recent stay was 7 nights; Melody did an excellent job providing cute photos and videos daily. Phoebe had a fun time going on walks and playing fetch with all of her toys. We would definitely use Melody again!”

“We were very happy to find Joanne and her family to care for our dog Tipper. They were very friendly and very complimentary of Tipper when we had our meet and greet. Tipper is a high energy pup and got along well with their dog Honey. Joanne sent daily updates with pictures which we appreciated. When we picked Tipper up she had all her things packed up and ready to go. We appreciated that because we were tired from our trip. We were also pleased that Tipper was tired too. This tells us she was given lots of attention and activity during her stay at Joanne’s. Tipper spent the afternoon and evening napping as we did too. We have already mentioned to Joanne that we’d like to use her again this summer. We highly recommend her as a great dog sitter!”

“Thanks to Rusty, I was at ease traveling for a few days with the dogs in his care. Rusty has a dog-friendly space indoors and out and was attentive to the dogs’ individual personality traits and needs. This was the first time I’ve left them with a sitter and both dogs responded well and appeared comfortable. It’s a huge relief to know that Rusty is available to care for my dogs if I need to be away.”

“Jill is FANTASTIC! She has watched our dogs Penny and Mya for a couple of years now when we go out of town. I trust that they are in great care with Jill. She's always accommodated us and I know how much of a handful it can be with multiple dogs. Jill takes the time to provide updates throughout the week including pictures. She's honest about what's going on, and what needs our dogs may have. She has plenty of knowledge and resources to make sure that each dog is safe and well cared for. We are very happy with having her as a sitter!”

“We would highly recommend Shalyn and Joe to anyone looking to have their dog looked after. They responded promptly to any concerns we had and we received daily photos and updates on how our Pixie was doing.”

“Kim took such wonderful care of our Pug. She even put the dog show on TV and Millie loved it. Kim sent photos throughout the week and it let us enjoy our time away knowing she was in a loving home”

“Kimberly was absolutely amazing to our babies- we booked drop-ins with our 2 kitties and they adore her! She even offered to go check on them outside of our scheduled visits during the icy weather. She’s kept in contact the whole time and send the best picture and updates. We highly recommend Kimberly and will definitely continue to her for our fur babies! THANK YOU Kimberly :)”

“Heather was absolutely wonderful! She watched our cats while we were away for a week, and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better. She was incredibly thorough, kept everything clean and tidy, and gave us regular updates so we always knew how our cats were doing. She also took the sweetest photos, which we loved getting while we were away! It gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands. We highly recommend Heather and will definitely be using her again! 🤍”

“This was the second time we had Mark watch our cats for us!! Same the first time, he did an amazing job!! He always makes sure to send plenty of pictures and updates. We’ll continue using Mark in the future!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND”

“Chloe did great with my cat, Ellie. She came over twice a day with no issues and fed, watered, and cleaned the litter area for Ellie when I was out of town for two weeks. The house looks spotless and Ellie appreciated the company. Highly recommended!”

“Haley and Alex were wonderful! They did a great job taking care of our cat while we were away. They were on time, had great communication with us and we received photo updates daily!”

“Kaitlyn is amazing. We were gone for two weeks and she took care of our little kitties like they were her own! We didn't worry at all! We will definitely request her in the future.”

“Chris was very attentive to our kitty while we were away and sent FANTASTIC updates while caring for her. You can really tell when someone is passionate about animals and truly cares for them. Chris is patient and worked with our cat in establishing trust and friendship :) we highly reccomend Chris for any family wanting to ensure their little fur baby is being taken care of :)”

“We had such a wonderful experience with our dog sitter! She took amazing care of our dogs and made us feel completely at ease while we were away. She was reliable, caring, attentive, and kept us updated, which gave us so much peace of mind.”

About: Ive been around dogs all my life, whether that be family dogs or neighbors dogs that I would visit all the time and watched grow up, I’ve had 3 dogs in the last 10 years and currently have a working breed puppy under 1 year old. I’ve been doing all of her training at home and have been teaching basic skills to my pets for 9+ years! I work full time from 7-2 Wednesday through Sunday, I’m available for sitting, walking, and if your dog is dog friendly I can take it and my puppy to any nearby dog park/ open field (with long leads) and let them burn off some steam! Have any weird quirks when it comes to your beloved pet? I’ll gladly work with anything you may throw at me! I’d love to help keep your pet entertained and exercised whenever you need a helping hand! I have a couple of snuffle mats I can bring by if your pup needs a little extra enrichment!
“I can not find the words to express the gratitude and peace of mind I had while I was out of town, leaving my sweet, affectionate kitty in the care of Angela. Thank you Angela for always being there when you said you would be, and for giving My kitty love and cuddles. I will ? % use Angela’s services in the future…. ??”

“I was really nervous leaving my 9 month month old kitty and 18 year old cat at home for 5 days while i was gone, but Rachel was such a wonderful sitter, and provided me with wonderful photos and thoughtful, detailed updates while i was gone that really put my mind at ease knowing they were in such good hands. Rachel really went above and beyond to make sure my cats were well taken care of, played with and happy. She even brought a few toys and treats for them to play with! And my 18 year old cat needed a topical medicine in her ear each day, which Rachel applied to her no problem… meaning my cat really trusts her. I almost think my cats were a little disappointed to see me instead of Rachel opening the door when i got home yesterday haha! Thanks so much Rachel - we will absolutely be in touch the next time we need a sitter!! I highly recommend her :)”

About: I grew up with many different cats. Most of them rescues and strays that we were able to save. I was fortunate to save my current cat from a hoarder house. She has had many health issues as she grew older. On the other hand, when I visit my mom, I am able to see the cats I grew up with and see them live their lavish lifestyle.

“Rachel was awesome and so sweet. My Roxy loved her from the start and didn't even bark at her (which Roxy normally does to any new person that comes to our house) but she was calm and just wanted to sniff her. Rachel was prompt and overall awesome. We will definitely be rebooking for our recurring needs! I also appreciated Rachels last minute availability :)”

I am frequently asked to look after our neighbors dogs. Experienced at administering injections and IV fluids as well. I am recently retired and find myself with far more free time. They are fed regularly and responsibly with the highly sought after treat from time to time. Walks are non negotiable for Bandit and both get a heavy dose of play time as well as some quality chill time together.

I'll also keep you updated with photos and messages, so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands. My goal is simple: to care for your dog the same way I'd want someone to care for my own. I'm retired from the U.S. Navy, so I have a flexible schedule that allows me to give pets the time and attention they deserve. I build my day around their needs, whether that's morning walks, midday potty breaks, playtime, feeding, or evening visits. I enjoy being outdoors and staying active, so regular walks are something I genuinely look forward to. I also understand the importance of keeping pets on their normal routine to help them feel comfortable while you're away. My goal is to provide dependable, consistent care and make your pet feel safe, happy, and loved every visit. I focus on keeping their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I follow your instructions for feeding, medications, walks, playtime, and any special needs, while making sure your pet receives plenty of attention and affection. During walks and visits, safety is always my top priority. I use secure leashing practices, pay close attention to each dog's comfort and behavior, and never rush their time outside. I clean up after pets, keep fresh water available, and make sure they get both physical exercise and mental stimulation. If I'm caring for your pet in your home, I'll treat your home with the same respect I would my own. You'll receive regular updates and photos, so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pet is safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
“Sarah did an excellent job taking my dog on a long walk! She had a great sense of humour and was great at communicating. She was very receptive to all of my dog’s needs and quirks along the walk. She was very thoughtful and receptive to his cues”

About: I've grown up around animals of all kinds and have also provided care for many of them along the way. I take pride in ensuring any animal in my care is safe, happy and healthy from the day they arrive to the day they leave! (We have a female dog who we'd love to let meet more friends, if possible!) Schedule open to discussion, dependent on the individual(s) wants and needs- I can provide care for cats/dogs as well as farm animals: chickes, pigs, goats/sheep, minis/horses, donkeys, turkeys, ducks, etc. I am happy to provide labor as well as feeding, mucking, turning out/exercising, moving hay/watering, egg collection, etc. Happy to learn what I do not know! 😊 I am happy to provide walks and playtime to those in my care, at your place of residence! (Or tailored care to the particular animal(s) at your home)- open to discussion based on the needs of the client requesting at the time.
“Bill has been a godsend with walking our girl! We, the doggie parents, both work almost an hour away and can’t get home to walk her. He’s been so awesome and informative. Definitely going to keep using his services.”

About: I grew up with cats and dogs in the household. While my mom was away at work, my sister and I would be in charge of taking care of the animals. When I was younger, my neighbors and boyfriend’s family would intrust in me to take care of their dogs and take them for walks. I have a full-time job Monday-Thursday. I am flexible enough to alternate Fridays and Saturdays every week. Although they are already set in the schedule. Depending on the day I am not working, I am free all day (Friday-Sunday). I can give more details on my work schedule as needed. Depending on the client's house and their rules, I respect the clients guidelines and the requirements they expect. From previous walks/ in home stay/ feedings, I always communicated and client put their trust in me. If there was any concern or question, I respond very quick to ensure they can rely on an answer.
“This was my first time having Kimberly for dog walking my pup in the mornings and she has been amazing!! My pup is 50 pounds of pure crack head energy and she walked her and tired her out!! Will def recommend her!!! Can’t thank her enough!!”

“We starting using Lori about two weeks ago and she has been great. Chelsea, our dog, loves her. The weather had been rainy windy and cold lately but she is still taking great care of her and it truly puts my mind at ease while working knowing Chelsea is in good reliable hands. ”

“Debbie & Tom are wonderful! They love Cooper like he is their own and are great about sending us pictures of him each day. They took such good care of our dog that we didn’t have to worry at all. We will definitely have Cooper stay with them again. 🐾”

“Deanne is awesome, she cared for our Buddy like her own pet! Very nice feeling when you’re away from home! We will use her expertise again, and again!! Thanks so much Deanne!!”

“Loved having Jess take care of our big pup! He was welcomed into her family for our extended vacation and he immediately felt comfortable and at home! (He’s a little anxious so this was a big deal!). We got regular updates and photos. Will 100% use her again!”
