Big, small, medium, even tempered, wild, mellow- I absolutely love them all. I have a 12 year old lab, who has slowed down a lot. She is my everything. I find something about raising a dog from a young pup to an aging one, so very special and rewarding. If your dog is fast paced or likes to smell every blade of grass, I’m game. Rain, shine, or snow, I’m available. I’d absolutely appreciate it if you gave me the opportunity to spoil your dog, not just walk or watch. I understand these are your babies. My house is set up well with a fenced in back yard and lots of attention and love offered. Let me know what questions or concerns you might have! I work Monday-Friday, I am usually free in the evenings and off on Thursdays typically. When my dog is outside, I am either outside with her or watching her from the big windows in my home that face the backyard to always make sure she’s being safe. During the day, the doors are always closed and treats are always put up to avoid any overindulgence or escaping the home when I am unaware.

For walks and drop ins, in addition to the service, I can provide some house related services (like bring in mail and packages) upon request. I am available to help with the pets at the clients home. I can either stay at your place or go home at night, which I can work with you based on your needs and comfort. I have experience with gated and non gated yards (so needing to leash the dog when taking out for the potty), gates for inside the house, and crate training. Often I will have my own leash with me so that if anything happens, I'm prepared. As for walks, I often work with the dog(s) to see what triggers them and avoid as much as possible. I know not all dogs are friendly with other dogs or people so I am aware of my surroundings and provide appropriate distance to avoid people and dogs as best as I can.

About: I've had my own cats for almost 6 years, I've volunteered at the Belleville Area Humane Society for around 4 months, and I do occasional dogsitting and housesitting for family friends when needed. I have a summer job that starts on May 26th, and I have training from 9-4 on May 17th and 23rd. I'm unsure of which days I'll be working yet, so I will let you know when I can what my schedule will be. I will be completely free on weekends aside from outside events. I work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, so I’m available before and after work for walks, drop-in visits, and overnight care. I’m also available most evenings, weekends, and holidays. I enjoy staying active, so taking dogs on walks, playing with them, and giving them attention fits naturally into my routine. Also have a backyard, and I work pretty close to my home which I do have dog cameras! Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications (if needed), and any special instructions. I make sure pets always have fresh water, plenty of attention, and a safe, clean environment. I’ll also provide regular photo and text updates so you can relax knowing your pet is happy and well cared for. I treat every home with respect and every pet as if they were my own. I have a cane corso his name is Drako, he’s crate trained. He’s a big lover boy who always wants to be cuddled and rubbed!
