About: I have two friendly cats and backyard chickens. I have had cats and dogs for most of my life. I go trail hiking at local forest preserves and state parks 2-4 times a week and would love to take your dog with me! I only have one dog guest at a time (unless they are from the same home) so I can give them lots of care and attention and provide you with regular updates and photos. You will know your pet is being well looked after. My goal is to make your pet feel like it is on a fun vacation while you are on a fun vacation. Nothing makes me happier than dogs I've cared before, coming back and pulling on their leash to come into my house on their next visit! I only work half-time so I have plenty of time for pets. I know how important your pet is to you and I'm very responsible. My dog guests are walked at least three times a day including a walk or hike of 30 minutes or longer. They are also able to use my fenced in backyard when the chickens are locked up for the night .

About: I adopted Hanson, a retired guide dog, and he’s now an angel in heaven. He showed me how deep the bond with a dog can be and is the reason I started caring for pets. About: I have taken care of dogs since I was around 5 years old. I have experience giving dogs pills, being consistent with training processes, and with senior dog care. I have also taken care of cats. I’m able to take care of dogs and cats in the mornings and evenings during the week and all day on weekends and holidays. I am a homebody so once I get done with work during the day, I am not leaving and play with my animals. I have a fenced in yard with a very friendly dog and cat. If needed, I have a room where I can separate my cat from other dogs to allow non-cat friendly dogs to stay. This room has his food, water, bed, toys, and litter box, while also being one I spend a large amount of time in so he is not lonely. My dog is fed once in the morning and is allowed to eat when he wants to and he runs outside in the backyard when he feels like it. I do adjust how often he gets fed and if he is free feeding when other animals are present. In clients' homes, I follow feeding and care instructions.

About: I have experience pet-sitting dogs from spry puppies to gentle giants and everything in between! I have been tasked with playtime, feeding time, and check-ins during the day. I'm currently working part-time, so I will be available for services before 1 pm and after 4 pm during weekdays and all day on the weekends. I have experience walking larger dogs and managing older dog's needs when exercising as well as maintaining a calm environment for anxious and/or older pets.
About: My goal in life is to be your pets newest best friend. I have had experience with my very vocal and fat beagle that is 6. As well as a retired belgian malinois bomb dog that is 10. I can play fetch for hours, play games, or sit and cuddle a coach potato. I can be at your door anytime I do not have class at my flight school! I work part time at a coffee shop but my hours are very low because of school. I would really like pet sitting to be my job instead as I transition into this. I am attending a flight school to become a pilot. I am there just for a few hours a day through the week. But any chance I get I will pet sit! Since having experience with dogs and cats. I understand I am a visitor in THEIR home. I will make sure I do not intrude and make each visit a positive time. Walking, crating, potty breaks, a good cuddle and pet are all things I will do 100%. I also am at deep cleaning typical litter boxes, and can clean crates as well. If you have a fenced in yard I will play for hours. I love to walk dogs as long as they can be walked safely! Cats are pretty independent but I would love to come pay them attention!

About: What sets me apart from other sitters? I genuinely love getting to know each pet’s unique personality and routine. Whether it’s a slow walk for an older pup or high-energy playtime for a young one, I meet animals where they are. I have two dogs of my own—Theo and Sage—so I understand how important it is to have someone you trust caring for your pets. Beyond personal experience, I have a BA in animal science and I’m currently in the process of earning my master’s degree in Agricultural Leadership, Education, and Communication, with a focus on companion animals. I live in a three-story townhouse with plenty of space for pets to feel comfortable—whether they want to play or have their own quiet area. My own dogs are friendly, but I can easily keep pets separate if needed. I also have some dog training experience, so I’m confident handling different temperaments and routines. Your pet will be safe, loved, and well cared for here or in your home! I do ask that your pet be crate trained and doesn't bark in the crate since I do live very close to neighbors.
About: I recently graduated with an animal science degree for uiuc, and I working as a vet assistant for the last 2 years. I have a high level of knowledge when it comes to your pet's needs and behavior. I have also grown up taking care of dogs, from all sorts of breeds and size. I have countless expirence administering medication (oral and injectable) to cats and dog. About: Experience with dog care especially with walking and boarding. I have also worked at a dog daycare center where I was able to know about pet hygiene and cleaning. I am working part time. I can work mostly on evenings and late afternoons during the week and a full schedule for weekends. I can also be flexible with my schedule as needed I make sure to have a clean apartment for the pets. I do not have a yard but we have an open space for pets to roam freely

They arranged a meet and greet at a nearby park. Both Shaliyah and Ajanya were kind and patient, yet firm with Sugar when needed. They maintained communication with us throughout his stay, sending updates with pictures and videos. They fed him, played with him, cuddled him, even practiced some commands with him and treated him like part of the family. Sugar was able to make some new doggie buddies, which I had been hoping for.
