I broke my tibia and fibula back in July and it’s been hard handling an 100+ pound German Shepherd so I was nervous about leaving him with other people, but I was so wrong. In these few days Jill has helped him calm down and just slow down in general. I was able to walk him for the first time in 6 months because of her. It’s like I have a new dog, I cried lol. I can’t believe how above and beyond she went. I’m so grateful to have come across her profile because I have been contemplating on giving him to someone who could handle him but I don’t have to do that now. About: Ive always grew up with dogs and cats. When they're around me they must get spoiled I cannot resist! I have a separate room that any animal is more than welcome to stay in incase they prefer being alone vs getting along with other animals. Dogs i can take anytime and Cats are more then welcome to stay for days as there is a separate room if needed, a spare litter box and plenty of extra cat food bowls! If given the opportunity to take care of your baby, I would treat it as my own! About: My husband I both grew up with golden retrievers and have a soft spot for them. When I was first out on my own and bought my first home, I rescued a pit bull and she was with me until she passed. My husband, sons and I are all dog lovers and would love to welcome your dog into our home. My husband is home full time and I work from home and we are anxious to care for your pet! We have 2 sons - ages 6 and 10, so kid-friendly dogs are a must. We are available any day of the week at any time, unless we have something specific planned (which is not often). Our yard is unfenced, per our HOA rules so your pet will always be on a leash for potty breaks and walks around the neighborhood. About: Vet technician, worked with sheltered dogs, & police K9s. I will not turn down any pet of any medical or behavioral issues. I lean towards difficult cases (medical or behavioral) with my patients knowing some may require extra responsibilities that I’m fully confident in helping in anyway I can. Due to an unexpected obstacle in my life I decided to take a sense of leave as a vet tech possibly temporary.. Rover gives me the opportunity to continue what I love to do & while managing my own schedule around my daughter’s needs. I make sure both owners & their pets are happy with my visits,I follow whats instructed by owner & all about communication at anytime needed.
About: I have taken care of animals for as long as I can remember. I have never had a moment in my life where I was not around pets in some capacity. I spent time with my own dogs and cats as well as working at my sister’s grooming salon as a bather and pet sitter. I was also my friends and neighbors contact when they needed someone to care for their pets. I have been an active volunteer with a local pitbull rescue for many years and spend my free time with the rescue dogs and doing adoption events. I also started volunteering at the local animal rescue by my house as and spend time taking dogs out and helping with fundraising events. I currently have two dogs and one cat of my own that I love very much. My pets stay home with their other pawrent when I am away. I am available on a case by case basis during the day throughout the week but have open availability on weekends for in-home sitting or walks. I can do early morning, lunch, or evening walks/check-in for those busy days to bring you peace of mind that your pets are safe and cared for. Do you need someone to come keep your pet comfortable and happy while you’re out for the day? Or a few drop-in visits? Maybe even just to bring yourself peace of mind? I am happy to help provide that. *Surcharges* -visits between 9:00pm-7:00am will have $10 surcharge added after we confirm booking -visits requested outside of 8 mile radius may also incur a $10 surcharge after booking is confirmed (Ex: a $35 drop-in visit(30 min) would become $45) I take care of all animals as though they are my own by ensuring their best interest at heart. I treat the safety and well being of all animals as a top priority. I truly care for animals and have an infinite amount of compassion and respect for them. I am certified in Pet CPR + First Aid. I am knowledgeable with different behaviors and walking accessories (ex: different harness and collar set ups) so I can ensure safety for your pet in all situations that may present while on a walk or visit. Please trust that your pets will be treated with absolute care and respect. I will go above and beyond for any animal in my care as well as providing you with the best communication and care for your home and time.

“If I could leave 10 stars I would. Jill and her family were the best! I broke my tibia and fibula back in July and it’s been hard handling an 100+ pound German Shepherd so I was nervous about leaving him with other people, but I was so wrong. In these few days Jill has helped him calm down and just slow down in general. I was able to walk him for the first time in 6 months because of her. It’s like I have a new dog, I cried lol. I can’t believe how above and beyond she went. I’m so grateful to have come across her profile because I have been contemplating on giving him to someone who could handle him but I don’t have to do that now. “Diana was great with my retriever Penny. Wasn't sure how it would go since Penny is a rescue with separation anxiety and I've only left her once with a sitter, in my house. But Diana was super understanding and patient with her. Good sized back yard that Penny loved to run around in and play catch, and Penny seemed quite comfortable with them when I picked her up. Would absolutely board with her again.”
