About: I have raised and cared for dogs and cats my entire life, all sizes and ages, several with serious medical needs. As a child, my family bred and raised Irish Setters and kept any pup that was not 100% healthy for adoption. Therefore I have experience with all aspects of pet care and I have raised my kids to do the same. We are Tara (49yr), Jaden (15yr) and Alia (12yr) and have been dog sitting for friends and family for years and really enjoy hosting pups to play with and pamper on the weekends since unfortunately we are not home enough during the week to provide adequate care and attention to a full time pup. Our three kitties are very accustomed to dogs but we have plenty of room to separate them if they overstimulate your doggy. Our three level home, plus large back yard, will give your pup plenty of room to play inside and out! We typically run and play in the backyard during potty breaks and go out for several walks a day. The yard is only 90% fenced so I have several 50ft leashes around the yard to provide the illusion of freedom while maintaining safety. If your pup is high energy, they can also play with the neighbor’s dogs or we can take a trip to the dog park so they can socialize and run with other pups. I assure you they will get lots of cuddles and attention and I will send photos and vids of your pup to you throughout their stay! I am available for boarding in my home on the weekends, beginning Friday evening through Monday morning. I can also board at your home from Saturday morning through Sunday evening. I will treat your pet like a member of the family! If they get muddy in the backyard I have no problem giving them a bath and brushing them. They are welcome on the furniture and will not be left alone while they are in my care.

About: If you have an anxious dog or if you’re an anxious dog parent, then I’m probably the sitter for you. I have a fur baby of my own, my 1 year old beagle Pete, and he is an extremely energetic, mischievous, stubborn, and anxious little guy. I’ve raised Pete since he was 11 weeks old, so I know all there is to know about puppies and take caring for them very seriously. As someone who follows a pretty structured routine for an anxious dog, I know how important it is to stick to schedules and make sure pets are getting enough walks, enrichment, playtime, love, and attention to help them feel safe and settled while their parent is away. I’ve personally paid people a lot of money to care for Pete because I ask for a lot (literally down to leaving instructions to keep Gilmore Girls on the TV because he likes it lol), so trust me when I say there is nothing “too much” or “too specific” that you can ask of me. I completely understand how important routines and comfort are for our pets because I’m the exact same way with my own dog. I also have experience administering medications and caring for dogs after neutering and medical issues. Pete has dealt with prostate issues, so I’m comfortable handling medication schedules and paying close attention to changes in behavior, appetite, energy levels, and routines. It’s also worth mentioning that Pete, being a beagle, eats EVERYTHING and keeps me on my toes at all times. Because of that, I’ve become incredibly diligent, patient, observant, and adaptable. Some dogs are calm and cuddly, while others need more play, structure, patience, or stimulation and I’m comfortable adapting to all kinds of personalities and needs. As a dog mom myself I know how reassuring it is to get updates while you’re away, so I’ll happily communicate as much as you’d like. Expect lots of updates, photos, videos, and honest communication. I’m also never afraid to ask questions if I need clarification because I’d rather do things correctly than make assumptions. Most importantly, I want people to know I’m dependable and trustworthy. If you tell me your dog needs a 30 minute walk, we’re doing a full 30 minute walk. If your dog eats from a snuffle mat, has a specific bedtime routine, or can’t be alone after dark, I’m going to follow those instructions exactly as asked. I know how hard it is to trust someone else with your baby, and I don’t take that responsibility lightly. Right now I’m focusing on walks, drop-ins, and overnight stays in clients’ homes rather than bringing additional pets into my own home environment. Pet care already plays a big role in my daily routine, so I’m very comfortable maintaining structured schedules, walks, feeding routines, potty breaks, enrichment, and consistent care. I’m available throughout the day and evening Thursday through Sunday, and I also offer weekday availability Monday through Wednesday during early mornings and evenings. I’m dependable, communicative, and committed to making sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. I totally get how important trust and consistency is when someone is caring for your pet (I am that person that has given our dog sitter a 4 pager play by play of my puppy’s routine lol!). My schedule is pretty flexible, so I’m available mornings, afternoons, and evenings depending on what you need. I can work around your pet’s routine and make sure they get plenty of attention, walks, and playtime. I’m also available on weekends for walks or drop-ins, so I can be there when it’s most convenient for you. I always try to make pets feel comfortable and at home, whether I’m in your space or mine. I pay attention to their behavior and needs so they feel safe and relaxed. I’ll stick to your routine as closely as possible, including feeding, walks, and anything specific your pet needs. I’m patient, gentle, and make sure they’re getting the care and attention they deserve.
About: Hi! I’m Jamie, a 37-year-old lifelong animal lover who’s been caring for pets for as long as I can remember. I also volunteer every week at my local humane society, where I work with dogs of all breeds, ages, sizes, and personalities. That experience has given me the confidence to care for everything from energetic puppies to shy rescues and senior dogs. I know our pets are family, and I treat every animal in my care with the same love, patience, and attention I’d want for my own. I share my home with two rescue dogs who have taught me so much about caring for animals with different personalities and needs. One is a three-legged senior, and the other is a nervous rescue who has made incredible progress through patience, consistency, and lots of love. Because of them, I’m comfortable caring for puppies, seniors, anxious pets, and dogs with special needs. Whether your pet needs a long walk, a drop-in visit, playtime, fresh food and water, medication, or simply some extra love while you’re away, I’ll make sure they feel safe, happy, and cared for. I believe every pet deserves individualized attention, and I take the time to get to know what makes each one feel comfortable and loved. Rain, snow, or cold weather doesn’t scare me. If your dog needs a walk, we’re going for a walk! I’ll also keep you updated with plenty of photos and messages so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands. My goal is simple: I want your pet to think they just made a new best friend. 🐾 I work part-time, so I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time to devote to pet care. If I can accommodate your booking request, I absolutely will! I love spending time with animals, and I make it a priority to give each pet the attention, exercise, and affection they deserve. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat both your pet and your home with the utmost respect. I know how important it is to maintain your pet’s routine, so I’ll follow your instructions carefully, whether that’s feeding, medications, walks, playtime, or simply providing companionship. Safety is always my top priority. I’ll make sure doors and gates are securely closed, double-check locks before I leave, and keep a close eye on your pet at all times during walks and visits. I also believe in leaving your home just as I found it- clean, tidy, and secure. I’ll send regular updates and photos so you can see how your pet is doing and enjoy peace of mind while you’re away. My goal is for you to return home to a happy, well-cared-for pet and know they were treated with the same love and attention I give my own.
