Big, small, medium, even tempered, wild, mellow- I absolutely love them all. I have a 12 year old lab, who has slowed down a lot. She is my everything. I find something about raising a dog from a young pup to an aging one, so very special and rewarding. If your dog is fast paced or likes to smell every blade of grass, I’m game. Rain, shine, or snow, I’m available. I’d absolutely appreciate it if you gave me the opportunity to spoil your dog, not just walk or watch. I understand these are your babies. “This is the third time I’ve had my pup Quinn at Christina’s for daycare in anticipation of leaving her for a week of boarding. She was scared the first day but Christina worked with her. The second day she was a lot better and went inside with no hesitation and played with the other pups there. We just finished the third day and she did great! Christina and her husband are amazing with the dogs and I’m feeling very comfortable about leaving her with them. I highly recommend them as caregivers!”

During the day, the doors are always closed and treats are always put up to avoid any overindulgence or escaping the home when I am unaware.

About: I have a canine first aid training and 13 years of experience working at boarding kennels and agility competitions. Dog walking and canicross competition. . I am currently stay at home mom setting up my veterinary physiotherapy business. I am very outdoorsy and active person. But I can also switch off and relax. Whatever energy your pet needs. I am more than happy to provide it. I am very flexible and willing to work out whatever suits you and your pet the best. We have fenced yard and one friendly spayed female dog Willow. We also have two cats and a baby. Dogs have to be friendly. Our yard is 0.5 acre, loads of room to roam. Recently we removed our old swimming pool so now there is even more space for the animals to run. Your pet will be always supervised. If your pet stays at my house you need to provide their food. I would also recommend to bring their blanket or a favourite toy to help with the transition. If your pet is used to sleeping in a crate please bring your crate too or let me know ahead so I can make sure my crate is available. I can provide treats, blankets, bowls and toys. All pets sleep inside the home.
About: I have had my own pets since I was a young child. I have taken care of many of my friends, family, neighbors, and church members pets over the years. I love dogs and kitties and believe they deserve to be well taken care of. They depend on us to be good to them and are at our mercy. If they are mistreated they can't say anything. This makes it that much more important to be good to our pets. I am not currently working so I have a lot of free time. I have 6 grown children who are on thier own. Two in college, the rest with their own families. I have one friendly lab mix who loves playmates. A fenced in yard, doggie door, and all hardwood floors so accidents are not tragic! I find something about raising a dog from a young pup to an aging one, so very special and rewarding. If your dog is fast paced or likes to smell every blade of grass, I’m game. Rain, shine, or snow, I’m available. I’d absolutely appreciate it if you gave me the opportunity to spoil your dog, not just walk or watch. I understand these are your babies. About: I've raised 6 puppies. I have raised and trained a service dog puppy. Two dogs needed daily injections of insulin. We have a certified German Shepherd guide dog in our family. I am retired and I enjoy walking every day. I am flexible with working with your pets. I don't mind walking in most weather. I do not walk when it's icy however. I have a dog park close to my home. I have a fenced in yard. My husband loves dogs as well. We live close to some great bike trails.
