About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover who loves all creatures big or small, furry or scaly. I grew up with pets of all kinds and have always enjoyed caring for them, spending time with them, and making sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable. I currently have a dog of my own, so I understand how important it is to find someone you can truly trust with your beloved pet. He’s a pit/boxer mix and is super friendly and gets along with other pups. I also have a human baby, so I’d prefer your fur baby be good with kiddos, but I can keep them separate if needed. Whether your pet needs walks, playtime, companionship, feeding, or simply some extra love while you’re away, I’d be happy to help! My goal is to give you peace of mind while making sure your furry family members receive plenty of attention, care, and affection. 🐾❤️ I have my own in-home daycare with little ones M-F so I am home all the time, making it convenient for me to care for your furry friend when needed. We usually spend a majority of our days in the basement where I have my daycare space set up, so the animals can have a quieter area (unless they’d rather be with me and the kiddos) on the main floor, which is fairly spacious. My husband also has a flexible job where he can work at home fairly often, so he will also be around to help with the animals when needed. I have a smaller sized fenced backyard and a super friendly and submissive 5-year old pup of my own that can help make your pet feel comfortable here. Your fur friend has free range of the house, but I can also crate him/her if preferred.

About: Having grown up around everything from hedgehogs to mastiffs and either helped or been responsible for their care, I have a lot of practice in many areas of pet caregiving. I have studied dog and cat behavior in particular, and though my specialty is with cats, I am very well-versed in dog communication as well. I also have experience medicating ill or disabled animals in a way that limits stress and maintains a healthy relationship. I work from home on a flexible schedule, so I can shape my schedule to what's best for your pet. My ideal pairing is with night owls like myself, as I tend to sleep in and stay up late. If you're planning a date night, or if you work late and can't check on them, I can fill in those gaps. I believe that a safe and low-stress environment is best accomplished by knowing who I'm working with. If your pet is skittish around new people, I will move calmly and avoid eye contact or unprompted touch. If they want a playmate for when their people are away, I can be exciting and fun! If I need to do anything that may be stressful to your pet, such as bathing them, correcting behavior, or medicating them, I will take extra time to sit with them and let them hear my voice in a nonthreatening context, to bring the relationship back to something more trusting. I do not wear strong scents or talk loudly, and if play gets too out of hand, I know how to calmly but firmly redirect into more acceptable behaviors.
About: Growing up on a farm, we always seemed to have plenty of stray cats around. 🐱 I can remember trying so hard to pick them up and love on them, only for them to run away from me! 😂 As an adult, my family and I have been blessed with two cats who became very special parts of our family. About: I have worked with pups and kittys since I was little, I have done puppy training all the way to taking care of senior pets. I have had much practice over the years with all of my own furry family members and now to having a few solid clients I service on a regular basis before even joining Rover. So I love taking care of folks furry family members including my own Doberman and my sisters cat while she's gone away at college. However I work for the government Tuesday - Saturday 10:30 a.m.-7p.m. so I can be there during the mornings and I can take care of them as soon as I get off work in the evenings for feedings, potty breaks, walks, etc. Unfortunately, I more than likely will not be able to do midday potty breaks so if you're someone who works from home and let's them out frequently it probably will not work out. But if they're used to being in during the day already from work schedules then it should be a perfect fit! I take care of my Doberman pup through trainings with positive reinforcement via toys and treats. I feed him every morning and evening, taking him on walks out in the woods and letting him run wild in our big back yard.

About: I've had cats my whole life (22 years), so I've had my fair share of cleaning litter boxes, treats, play time, brushing, feeding, etc. I have 3 cats right now and 2 are on medicine (pill and insulin) so I also feel comfortable being able to administer medication to your cat! I love seeing different personalities and colorings in cats and Hi! I’m a dependable and patient pet sitter with a special soft spot for cats having grown up with them! I understand that every cat has their own personality — some are playful and social, while others prefer quiet company and their personal space. I take the time to make pets feel comfortable, safe, and cared for at their own pace. I’m experienced with daily feeding routines, litter box cleaning, playtime, administering basic medications if needed, and giving plenty of attention (or space!) depending on what your cat prefers. 2 out of 3 of my personal cats is on medicine (pill and insulin) so I am no stranger to administering medicine. About: I provide attentive and loving care to pets of all sizes, from small lap dogs to active breeds, as well as bunnies, cats and birds. As I work from home, your pet will receive consistent attention throughout the day, regular walks, playtime, and plenty of companionship. I take time to understand their needs so they feel secure and relaxed. Every pet in my care is treated as if they were my own. With my work from home environment I am able to deal with pets all times during the week. I do travel some weeks, in which I will not take on any pets. I am flexible on schedules. In the spring I will note I coach, and may be gone for 2-3 hours maximum on some nights if there is an overnight pet. This scheduling information will of be provided ahead of time to ensure you know exactly how your pet will be cared for. As I work from home your pet will be watched all day. Whether they choose to join me or relax elsewhere in the house is up to their preference. I do not have a kennel and am okay with pets being able to roam. I also want to break up my day so they will get walks every 2-4 hours if they would like. I also have a fenced yard that I can see from my office if they are wanting to spend more time outside. (Paralyzed, deaf, blind, epileptic, diabetic and tri-pod) My daily and weekly schedule changes with my regular work schedule and my kids school schedule, but I am typically available during day time hours on weekdays, most likely at least one available night time drop-in available and can make myself available on Saturdays, if need be. Your pet will be more comfortable in an familiar environment such as their own home, so I would prefer to see them in their own home. I ask you leave a note somewhere prominent (i.e. kitchen table or counter) with quick point reminders of food/water bowl locations, food locations, treats, and any special reminders such as medications w/ times. I will take time to get to know your pet, play with them if they like or pets, loves snuggles... It's really all about what your pet wants/needs from me! I will also have my 17 year old daughter and/or my 12 year old daughter along to help care for your pet(s), if that's OK with you. Between the three of us we can run your whole zoo if you'd like!! We can do walkies for pets that need a little extra excersize. Shopping trips to pet-friendly local areas/shops/parks if wanted/permissible!

About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and have had dogs since I was little. I am well versed in knowing what your dog needs and how to go above and beyond your expectation! I have experience caring for dogs of all breeds! From golden retrievers to American bullies! I live a very active lifestyle so your dogs will have the time of their lives when they’re with me! I also have experience caring for cats, Guinea pigs, and rabbits! You can go about your day stress free, knowing that your pet is getting the best care possible! I am clinic RN and am available all day on most weekends or weekdays after 5:30 if needed! About: I have had multiple dogs ranging from black labs to Saint Bernards! I have done dog walking here and there for over ten years. I am also a mom to an almost two year old (human) and I am very responsible. I’m currently not working and I am a student. Due to scheduling with my child’s other parent I am available every other weekend and Tuesday-Wed. Besides time with my child’s and class, I am free to care for your pet! I am very responsible with animals and professional in other peoples homes. I have house sat, cared for pets, and babysat without any issues within the home. I’ve had pets my whole life, and currently have an Aussie named Ruthie and a cat named Jinx! I trained Ruthie myself and have taken care of dogs with special needs before. I am currently a full time student and therefore have plenty of time to devote to your fur babies! I’m available most holidays as well. I love spending time with your pets, making them feel loved, playing with them, and giving them the stimulation they need to be happy. I leave all clients’ homes exactly the way they left it. About: I’ve been around many dogs since I was little. Even viscous ones. But no type of dog scares me. Having a cane corso for about 4-5 years got me to be aware of any type of pets. Being around cats doesn’t worry me. Just as long as I pay attention to signs on what to and not to do. I’m currently trying to raise money for a trip to go meet some family I’ve never met. I’ve had this app for months and haven’t had a single client. Please help me reach my goal I work full time with kids and I love pet sitting for one of my friends. About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover who loves all creatures big or small, furry or scaly. I grew up with pets of all kinds and have always enjoyed caring for them, spending time with them, and making sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable. I currently have a dog of my own, so I understand how important it is to find someone you can truly trust with your beloved pet. He’s a pit/boxer mix and is super friendly and gets along with other pups. I also have a human baby, so I’d prefer your fur baby be good with kiddos, but I can keep them separate if needed. Whether your pet needs walks, playtime, companionship, feeding, or simply some extra love while you’re away, I’d be happy to help! My goal is to give you peace of mind while making sure your furry family members receive plenty of attention, care, and affection. 🐾❤️ I have my own in-home daycare with little ones M-F so I am home all the time, making it convenient for me to care for your furry friend when needed. We usually spend a majority of our days in the basement where I have my daycare space set up, so the animals can have a quieter area (unless they’d rather be with me and the kiddos) on the main floor, which is fairly spacious. My husband also has a flexible job where he can work at home fairly often, so he will also be around to help with the animals when needed. I have a smaller sized fenced backyard and a super friendly and submissive 5-year old pup of my own that can help make your pet feel comfortable here. Your fur friend has free range of the house, but I can also crate him/her if preferred.

Miley came to us from a rough background and needs a little more patience. After meeting them and their adorable furry family, we knew Miley would be fine. Even though she is a 50 lb mixed breed, she loves small dogs. We got photos of her on hikes and wandering on their incredible property.
