“We have used Hailey multiple times to watch our dog and will continue to. Hazel comes home happy and stress free. Hailey communicates with us via pictures and notes which makes us at ease knowing she is well cared for. Thank you, Hailey!”

“Highly recommended! Our 5 month old puppy was so well cared for, and we could tell right away that she felt comfortable and happy. We really appreciated the daily updates and photos—it gave us peace of mind knowing she was in good hands. We couldn’t have asked for a better first Rover stay and will definitely be booking again.”

“We couldn't have asked for a better sitter! Juli and Luxe are the best! Our 3 boys were so happy with her and she was always sending me pictures of their stay and keeping them warm and loved. We will definitely keep coming to Juli to look over our boys. Thanks so so so so much Juli”

“I’m so glad that we found Melanie. My senior Chihuahua is picky about who watches her, and Melanie was a great fit!! She walked my dog everyday and spoiled her with endless trips to the back yard. Pixie came home with a doggie report card! I’m booking with Melanie again so I know my dog is cared for comfortably the next time I’m away.”

“Peggy was awesome! I would definitely recommend her to anyone!! My cats were stressed with all the changes that were happening (we were moving) and they were safe and well cared for by Peggy in a time they needed a place to be during that transition. She is kind and caring!!”

“Thanks again for another great visit! Journey loves staying with Bill, which makes for worry-free vacations. She is well taken care of and makes herself right at home. She gets plenty of walks, which she loves, and we know she gets plenty of snuggles. We are grateful!!”

“Sheila did a fabulous job with my senior Lab and nervous Goldendoodle. She sent lots of updates, and I could tell my dogs were wonderfully cared for and loved the giant yard.”

“I couldn't be happier with the care Luna received! Chris and Erika were attentive, loving, and kept me updated with photos. Luna came home happy and healthy! Highly recommend!”

“5/5 will book again. Because of course my dog got injured right before our vacation and needed eye drops and two medications daily. But Kat was super flexible and understanding and had no problem with giving her meds. Highly recommended!”

“I 100% recommend Alysa!! She did an amazing job watching my high maintenance pup in her home while I was on vacation. She is incredibly kind, responsible, and my dog loved her. She followed all my instructions, including giving daily medications, to a T. I felt very comfortable leaving my pup with her and her dog Oatmeal. I definitely recommend Alysa and would use her again.”

“Justin was fantastic! He and his family treated Charlie as their own. Justin had great communication throughout and was very accommodating. I will definitely be requesting sitting for Charlie again.”

“Our two dogs stayed with Amy and family including their puppy Wooster. Our dogs enjoyed their time and came home well loved. We did a meet and greet before hand and Amy provided updates throughout our trip. It seems the dogs enjoyed their vacation as much as we did!”

“Amber was absolutely wonderful with Howie! From the moment we connected, she was kind, communicative, and made me feel completely at ease leaving him in her care. She sent regular updates and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind, and it was clear Howie was happy, comfortable, and well-loved while he was with her. When I picked him up, he was relaxed, happy, and had a great time.”

“Amanda is a wonderful caring person. It was apparent that she cared for our Teddy as she would her own family pets. It was great to see photos of our dog playing with and enjoying their family life. Amanda’s updates helped ease our worries about Teddy while we were away. She was also flexible when we had a change in our arrangement. Always positive and friendly - we appreciate you Amanda! Thank you!!”

“Jennifer took excellent care of our cockapoo, Toby! She is a great communicator and sent me lots of pictures of their activities:) She has a real love for pets and Toby got lots of attention! 🐕🦺💞”

I treat every dog like they’re my own and always make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable! 🐶❤️ I’m currently a college student, so my schedule gives me plenty of flexibility throughout the week! I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting around my classes, as well as on weekends. I’m happy to work with your pet’s normal routine and make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and love while you’re away. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I’m very attentive and will follow any instructions you provide regarding feeding, walks, medications, routines, or special needs. About: I have been around dogs of my own and others for my entire 38 years of life. I grew up with having at least 3 dogs at once, then when out on my own for the last 10+ years, have lived with and spoiled at least 2 dogs at a time. I currently have 2 fur kids of my own, who are very loved and spoiled. That same kind of care would translate to any dogs I care for. I'm currently working part time while studying, so I will have plenty of time for your pups! I work 3 varying days a week currently, from about 9am-5pm. A lot of time is spent at home with my own pups, and that would translate to yours. I have a good sized fenced in yard, and can provide a separate space, crating or whatever is needed between your and my dogs! I also keep the back part of my house separate.

“MacKenzie took Bea into her home, giving great updates and photos during. She made sure Bea was eating and drinking properly, and getting lots of cuddles. Bea gives her two paws up!”

About: I grew up on a farm with many animals. As a child, I had pet sheep, rabbits, dogs, cats, and cows. As an adult, I have always had cats. My 20 year old long hair cat just passed away in January. It was heartbreaking. I miss him dearly. We loved our guy so much. In his last 5 yrs, I spent many hours catering to his elderly issues. Medications and night yowling were issues that I happily took care of as he lived out his twilight years. I have a soft spot for all animals as they go through all stages of life :) I work from home and set my own hours, so my schedule is extremely flexible. I am open to many kinds of arrangements- one time sitting, a weekly routine, daily walks, weekends, etc. I am extremely fortunate to have a flexible schedule. My teen daughter and I live in a large 4 bedroom home, so we have tons of space to accommodate furry friends who need company. We do not have a fenced in yard, but our neighborhood is great for long walks. Our neighborhood has trails through the woods and a home owner’s association that maintains the trails. We have lots of fun walking the trails. I am an avid jogger/walker. I go out everyday, regardless of the weather. I have a very active lifestyle! We recently adopted a cat, but he stays in his own area on a different level of the house. He has claimed my daughter as his and lives in her room. When dogs come to stay with us, he typically stays in his room & pups never see him, although he has made friends with some of our regularly visiting pups 😊 I have a very flexible work schedule. When I do have to be away from home for work, I am gone about 2-3 hrs at a time. My daughter is at home often and also helps with pups. She is great with animals! We both like to take frequent walks throughout the day! In my home, I have a large open floor plan with tons of windows. During the day, I like to have pups next to me in my office, but some like to lay in prime viewing area of all the windows.
About: Hi! I'm Ava, a lifelong dog lover with 10+ years of experience caring for pups of all breeds, sizes and personalities. Whether it's energetic playtime, relaxing walks, or cozy cuddle sessions, I make sure every dog feels safe, happy and loved while their humans are away. I work from home, which allows me to give your dog plenty of attention, supervision, and care throughout the day. Your dog won't be left alone for long periods and will get consistent potty breaks, playtime, and companionship. I provide loving, attentive care in our home. I work from home, so pets receive plenty of supervision potty breaks, and companionship throughout the day.
About: Finding the right sitter matters — especially when your dog needs more than just a walk and a bowl refill. That’s where I come in. I have over 15 years of hands-on experience working with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. From energetic puppies to senior dogs and behaviorally challenging cases, I’ve cared for and handled dogs with a wide range of needs. My background includes extensive volunteer work at animal shelters, where I gained valuable experience reading canine body language, managing stress, and working safely with dogs that require extra patience and structure. In 2021, I earned my Certified Dog Trainer credential through Animal Behavior College, and I continue my education through Leerburg University, focusing on canine behavior, handling, and communication. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach — every dog is different, and I tailor my care to what helps your dog feel safe, calm, and confident. If you’ve been told your dog is “too difficult” or “too much” for most sitters, I encourage you to reach out. I have experience with reactive, anxious, high-drive, and medically complex dogs, including administering medications and injections when needed. My goal is not just to watch your dog, but to advocate for them while you’re away. For safety and individualized care, I only accept one family of dogs at a time. This allows me to focus fully on your dog’s routine, comfort, and well-being — no overcrowding, no chaos. I’d love to schedule a meet & greet so we can make sure it’s a great fit for everyone. You’ll leave knowing your dog is in capable, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring hands. Thanks for stopping by my profile — I look forward to meeting you and your best friend soon. I'm hoping to make canine boarding/training my new job. I still work full time in a hybrid remote role. I will only accept boarding reservations where I know I will be home. I prefer to exercise dogs by walking them, but will do anything to keep your friends on their own routine. Anything you can share with me about your dogs preferred routine will help me keep their schedule as normal as possible.
“Kayla was so friendly and super accommodating when we had to pick up a bit late due to car issues. She sent texts and photos and we felt very comfortable knowing Sophie was not caged up in a kennel while we enjoyed our time on the Verde Canyon Railroad!”

“Peggy is exactly the person you want taking care of your pets. She is patient, relaxed, and full of love! She has a dog of her own, Peanut, and offers to do an introduction before your booking to make sure all animals are comfortable. My days are somewhat unpredictable and Peggy was always accommodating and patient with my schedule. Maple would rush to her door each day in anticipation. We feel so lucky that Maple has been under such great care for the past 2 weeks!!”

“Savannah was a life saver! We were in town for the weekend for an event and she was able to accommodate my two small dogs on a last minute basis. She was very flexible and allowed late pick up (one of the events didn’t get done until 12:30 AM). My two pugs did amazing with her which really reflects how much she loves and cares for animals; they felt comfortable with her and made themselves at home. My younger girl came home exhausted each night after having the best time with Savannah’s pug. If I could have her as a regular sitter I would! Thank you so so much!”

“I'm so happy to have found Lola on Rover. She is so sweet. My puppy had a great time at her home playing with her dogs, cats, and kids🥰 Will definitely be a repeat customer!”

“First time leaving our dog for the day with a sitter. Not sure who was more anxious the dog or my wife and I! Karan was awesome. Put us at ease during drop off and keep us updated with lots of pictures and messages during the day. Super happy with our experience and highly recommend Karan and look forward to having them sit our dog again in the future.”

About: With over 20 years of hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats, I treat every pet as if they were my own. I have experience with daily walks, bathing, brushing, enrichment play, and maintaining consistent routines. I understand that every pet has a unique personality, and I adapt my care to meet their individual needs — whether they’re energetic, shy, young, or senior. My goal is to provide a safe, loving, and dependable environment you can trust. I am a stay at home mom and my husband works from home Monday through Friday, allowing us to provide consistent supervision and care throughout the week. We also have a 10-month-old baby in our home, so we maintain a calm, structured environment. Pets staying with us should be comfortable around infants and gentle in nature. Your pet will receive regular potty breaks, attention, and companionship throughout the day. We have a fenced in yard for outdoor time. All outdoor time is fully supervised. We provide frequent potty breaks and maintain a calm, structured, pet-friendly home. Safety is our top priority, and we treat every pet like part of our family. We’re happy to provide updates and photos during their stay for your peace of mind. 🐾Booking & Care Details🐾 Boarding is based on 24-hour care beginning at your scheduled drop-off time. Rover automatically applies extended care charges for late pick-ups beyond that window, so accurate timing is important when booking. Holiday rates apply to major travel dates. Puppies and additional dogs are charged at adjusted rates due to the increased supervision required. For longer stays or work-travel bookings, I’m happy to discuss customized arrangements. 🐾 Meet & Greet Policy🐾 A meet and greet is required for all new clients prior to confirming a boarding stay. This ensures your dog is comfortable in our home environment and is a safe fit around children and other animals. Meet and greets allow us to review routines, temperament, and expectations so your pet’s stay is smooth and stress-free.
“Aryn and her space is wonderful! Kai plays with her children and other dogs all day and then comes home fully exhausted and content. SO grateful for her ease and flexibility too. Thanks Aryn!”

“Fantastic servicr!! I've never had a dog sitter before, but Traci was Fantastic! She took care of my pup and helped work with her. I definitely recommend Traci, especially if you have a puppy.”

About: In addition to being a dog owner for eight years, I have a PhD focused on animal behavior. As an adjunct professor, I don't get as much time working with animals as I'd like, so I'm happy to provide care to your darling pets! I work part-time as a biology professor, so outside of the couple hours a day I'm in a classroom my schedule is very flexible. I do live in a remote location, so how often I can care for a pet will depend on driving time. I believe in making sure the animal feels safe and comfortable above all else. I am good with reading body language, and I let the pet set the pace in our interactions. I only practice positive reinforcement for training.

About: I have worked at a dog kennel since 2021. I had to do 2 months of training before hand. Friends and neighbors have allowed me to babysit their pets as well. I’ve fed, walked, cuddle, brushed, bathed and given medicine to dogs. I’m currently in college but coming home for summer and winter break. I’m working at the kennel still but want more work hours in the week I will keep an eye on them when they are outside as well as if I need to watch them while they’re eating. I will give them love and play all day with them
“Georgia went above & beyond while walking my Louie. He got the best exercise & he had the best time! She is consistent, dependable & kind. I’m so happy I chose her to walk my dog. Thank you so much Georgia! You’re awesome!!”

“We have used Hailey multiple times to watch our dog and will continue to. Hazel comes home happy and stress free. Hailey communicates with us via pictures and notes which makes us at ease knowing she is well cared for. Thank you, Hailey!”

About: I’ve had dogs in my life since I was a kid and have been dog sitting and walking for about 8 years. I absolutely love animals and have experience caring for dogs of different sizes, ages, and personalities. Friends, family, and others have trusted me to walk, feed, play with, and care for their pets while they’re away. I know every pet is different, so I take the time to make sure they feel comfortable and cared for. I’ll treat your pets and your home with the same care and respect I would want for my own.

About: Hi!! I was busy watching pets all summer, as I'm a teacher. Now, I am back to work and have less availability. If your pet can go 8+ hours without a potty break, I can help! Otherwise, I will be back next summer with more availability :) I have limited availability now that I am back to teaching, but please reach out if you think we can work something out! I am busy all day and at times have kid activities in the evenings, so my availability is limited :( We have a partially fenced in yard. We live close to the trial, so we will go on many walks. We have a leash outside as well as room to crate inside.
“From Sarah we got quick response, she sent pictures, she is very kind and did a great job taking care of Maggie. Maggie had a very good time with Sarah and her doggies. Definitely we would book with Sarah again.”

“It's definitely hard to trust your pet with someone you don't know. I put my trust in Madison to take care of my pup for a week and she was spectacular. I could tell she was a caring person when I dropped him off and that he would be well taken care. I got timely updates about his stay and that helped put my mind at ease. If you are on the fence about leaving your pet with someone else, take my word for it and trust Madison. I will definitely book with her again if the time ever arises.”

“Kayla was great with our pup’s first stay. She was so kind to work with and sent photos and updates along the way which made us feel comfortable leaving our pup for the first time.”
