I offer boarding in my home, daycare, dog walking, drop-in visits, and pet transport to vet appointments and ER trips. You'll get daily pictures and updates so you always know your babies are happy. I serve the Bloomington-Normal area and surrounding towns. New clients get their first boarding night for $38 (regularly $40/night). I work in VETMED at a local Veterinary clinic part time . So that gives me tons of extra time during the week. I also do drop in during my work day as well. !! I have a fenced in yard and a very nice fur baby to keep your fur baby company. She took him on multiple walks while he was there and even had him on a walk right before we arrived so he would have pottied when we got there for our drive home!!! She sent me so many pictures throughout the day of all the fun things he was doing and cuddles he was receiving! She was so thorough on pup’s report card letting us know how many times he went potty, when he ate, and how long the walks were! I could go on and on about how amazing she is! I worked for The Animal Hospital of Monticello from December 2021-September 2023 where I cared for many different breeds of cats and dogs, at many different age and health levels. I am familiar with animal first aid and am regularly educating myself on medical concerns/treatments because health is my #1 priority. I also love to learn about animal behavior (of all sorts-I'm very nerdy), enrichment and training because I believe a mentally and physically happy animal is a healthy one. I will not board any exotic animal or cats for their safety, but I'm more than happy to provide stop ins! ***If I do not believe I can care for your pet properly for whatever reason, I may have connections to those who do have the ability and I will be happy to help you find a new care giver.*** I am currently caring for two dogs from my home three times a week M,T, Th. They train, play, eat and snuggle with me all day. I also have a twelve year old, so If we humans have errands, vacations or an emergency-I let the pet parents know as far in advance as possible. I have two very friendly Australian Shepherd type dogs, an 12 year old human child, a husband and a cat of my own. (Somehow we all get along!) Your fur baby will have the comfort of lots of friends nearby if they come to stay with us. I do require dogs to be up to date on all vaccinations, dog & cat friendly and kennel trained if boarding with me. (So during quiet times they have a familiar, safe and secure place for them to go if they're feeling overwhelmed, or if I need to separate anyone for any reason. I also believe it's simply safer for the dog in case of an emergency.) All animals are allowed on the furniture and often I will find myself snuggling on the couch with the babies. My family also has knowledge on animal care and handling so your fur baby will be under the best care no matter who is in the room. When stopping in I will spend 30 or 60 minutes with your pet baby (depending on your choice: there is a up charge for 60 minutes) feeding, watering, playing, pottying and walking. When choosing the 60 minutes I will also do basic obedience and manners training with your dog. I could try with cats but I can't guarantee my results. I also love pet photography so taking photos of your babies will be a free service offered along with their stay or stop ins. This will NOT be guaranteed every time.

“Feiran was amazing! Highly recommend! Lupa, our Husky, is a shy girl and can be overwhelmed with a pack of dogs, but loves humans. Feiran and her husband took time to let her become comfortable. They were so exhausted when we picked them up that they immediately fell asleep on the drive home. This was a great experience and I will be booking again for day care and an upcoming vacation. About: I have owned K9’s all of my life. I absolutely adore dogs of all types. At this phase of life I am currently taking a hiatus of owning a K9 while I consider owning more properties. I think Rover is a great alternative medium way for me to continue providing my love for dogs, and give back to the community. I am home quite often, most of the days if need be. I can work from home. My current entrepreneurial endeavor allows me to build my own schedule. In my home I would keep K9 nearby in my two main level living rooms. I have all laminate hardwood wood flooring. The fenced backyard allows for easy potty breaks and play time, however I will be with the K9 while they are outside to ensure their safety.

About: I grew up with animals of all kinds and love to be around them. I have experience with all kinds and ages, from newborn to super seniors. Two of my childhood dogs required medication, I have experience administering injections and oral medications. I also have experience administering topical and oral medications to cats. I have few routine obligations and will likely be able to make any pet sitting requests a priority. I am generally available from about 8:00am until 11pm every day. I do run a business out of my home and often have markets to attend on weekends, so my weekend availability may be slightly less flexible than my weekday availability. I can stop by on whatever schedule you desire and interact with your pet(s) as close to the way you would as I can. My goal is to provide care as similar to yours as possible so that your pet is comfortable and enjoys their time with me. With drop in care, I will be sure to administer medications, feed, water, and groom as instructed as well as cleaning litter boxes and extra gifts, and, of course, providing desired attention. I will respect your rules, your home, and your privacy. With dog walking, I will do my best to make sure they stay safe and comfortable while having a great time and getting plenty of exercise. I love a good walk, and they are so much better with a companion!

About: My whole life I have always preferred animals over humans so as an adult my goal has been to turn it into my profession. I have cared for all kinds of animals from bugs to sheep, the least being livestock but i would love to learn more and better my skills in every way I can. With animals I am always down for whatever can or will come my way. About: I use to work with kids so nothing suprises me and I'm very good under pressure. I always find another way. I love all animals I'll even watch your other pets. I have taken care of dogs, cats, bunnies, fish, birds, and etc just ask. I'm always willing to learn. I will also work with dogs of all kinds even special needs of any kind or just special stuff needed to be done with them. A month and a half after getting my puppy she jumped out of my sister arms so I had a energized mini aussie on my hands that had to wear a splint for her broken leg. I'm ready for any challenge I work 38/40 hour weeks so I would pet sit before my shifts; after my shifts. If in Pontiac I would also do it during my hour lunch if needed It’s been years since I was an “official” pet sitter but really whatever the animal needs I am willing to do. About: I started pet sitting when I worked at my first vet clinic. And, because I love animals so much, I have never stopped. I grew up with dogs, cats, ducks and every pet in between! About: I grew up on a farm with many animals. As a child, I had pet sheep, rabbits, dogs, cats, and cows. As an adult, I have always had cats. My 20 year old long hair cat just passed away in January. It was heartbreaking. I miss him dearly. We loved our guy so much. In his last 5 yrs, I spent many hours catering to his elderly issues. Medications and night yowling were issues that I happily took care of as he lived out his twilight years. I have a soft spot for all animals as they go through all stages of life :) I work from home and set my own hours, so my schedule is extremely flexible. I am open to many kinds of arrangements- one time sitting, a weekly routine, daily walks, weekends, etc. I am extremely fortunate to have a flexible schedule. My teen daughter and I live in a large 4 bedroom home, so we have tons of space to accommodate furry friends who need company. We do not have a fenced in yard, but our neighborhood is great for long walks. Our neighborhood has trails through the woods and a home owner’s association that maintains the trails. We have lots of fun walking the trails. I am an avid jogger/walker. I go out everyday, regardless of the weather. I have a very active lifestyle! We recently adopted a cat, but he stays in his own area on a different level of the house. He has claimed my daughter as his and lives in her room. When dogs come to stay with us, he typically stays in his room & pups never see him, although he has made friends with some of our regularly visiting pups 😊 I have a very flexible work schedule. When I do have to be away from home for work, I am gone about 2-3 hrs at a time. My daughter is at home often and also helps with pups. She is great with animals! We both like to take frequent walks throughout the day! In my home, I have a large open floor plan with tons of windows. During the day, I like to have pups next to me in my office, but some like to lay in prime viewing area of all the windows.
About: I have taken care of pets ever since I was a kid. I have experience in babysitting children. I also take care of Laya our family pet. I also have previous pet sitting experience in Wisconsin. Iny previous experience in Wisconsin, I have asked owners for written instructions on medications, favorite toys, play schedule, vet contacts as well as inquiring about safe ways to enter the house. I have given the quality care for pets including snuggles, walks, and fun games like fetch with their favorite toys and time at the dog park- if permitted by their parents. I am a substitute teacher. I frequently do half days, I'm doing mostly afternoons at my subbing jobs. I am available in the mornings and at 330-8pm for drop in visits and walks I will ask for written instructions on feeding, rules, any medications, and anything else I should know. I will send pictures and videos of what we are doing-walks, how much your pet has eaten, treats, playtime, and playtime.

My cats have had vaccines for rabies and FVRCP. My dog has had vaccines for rabies, canine influenza bivalent (H3N2 and H3N8), distemper, parvo, bordetella, leptospirosis, and lyme disease. While I do not expect you to have all of these for your animals too, I do prefer that your animals are vaccinated for at least rabies and distemper for both dogs and cats as well as bordetella for dogs. Vaccines are very important for the safety, health, and well-being of all of our animals. For similar reasons, for boarding and/or day care, you MUST provide your cage/crate for your animals.
