“As a first-time Rover user and a nervous dog mom, I was hesitant to leave Banjo with anyone, especially since we just adopted him from a shelter. However, Jenelle completely exceeded my expectations. She was incredibly thoughtful and even suggested a meet-and-greet before the stay to make sure Banjo would be comfortable. She showed such patience and care with him, especially since he’s a shy and nervous dog. Throughout our trip, Jenelle kept us updated with regular photos and videos, which really helped ease my worries. Banjo came home happy, relaxed, and clearly had the best time with Jenelle and her own dogs. I think he was a little upset that we were taking him home because he had so much fun!! We’re so grateful for her wonderful care and will absolutely be leaving Banjo with her for all our future trips. Highly recommend!!”

I have had dogs all my life, and currently I have 2 wonderful dogs: Diggie- a 2yr old 75lb male Lab/Pittie mix who is neutered. Fozzie- a 1yr 30lb male mix who is neutered. I have 2 kids aged 3yrs and 11yrs who have both been taught how to act properly around dogs. I have a big fenced in yard that my dogs love to run around in and lots of toys. If I sound like the right fit for your pup to go to while you are away, I am so happy to meet them! I currently work 2 days a week fully from home- so I have a lot of free time. I usually work Friday and Saturday nights. I can do drop in visits and dog walks Fridays and Saturdays before 2pm, but any other day is fully open. Being that I work from home, I can still board on Fridays and Saturdays. I do prefer if your fur baby is potty trained, but that being said- happy, excited, and nervous accidents happen and that is absolutely okay! :) I have a newly fenced in yard with lots of room to run and play. My dogs are very high energy and have loved playing with previous foster dogs. Just to be on the safe side, I will put your dog in a separate room/section to eat. When it comes to animals, they are family and I completely understand that a stranger watching them can be scary- I am more than happy to do a meet and greet with you and your fur baby/babies as well as send updates however often you would like during their stay.

About: I've watched dogs and cats of friends, family and strangers on and off for the past 10 years. I have experienced with small to XL dogs, young and older! I’m a stay at home mom. Our boys are rarely home alone for more than a couple hours at a time, a couple days a week. I have a fenced yard and two boys that are ready to play. They have unlimited access to the yard, toys and water. We have a cat who is very friendly, but will most likely keep to himself.

I have 2 dogs and 2 cats and they all seem to end up cuddling with me, even at the same time. I have a weird schedule, a few hours in the morning and another few in the afternoon, so multiple check-ins a day a few hours apart are no problem. I have a secure outside pen for potty breaks. All of my fur babies are friendly, so new introductions would be welcome and safe in our home.

If I am house sitting, I can typically spend overnight and the majority of the day there! *Note: I am currently on hiatus from house sitting services! I currently do not offer house sitting/boarding in my own home, as my 3 pets aren't comfortable with new animals in their environment. Eventually, I hope to be able to set up a system where I can provide that service! I do have a playpen and door fences that I use for my own dog, so could potentially provide temporary boarding if the circumstance is right! When I come into a home for sitting, I am always acknowledging that I am not only in another person's space but the pet's space as well. I do everything I can to be respectful and aware of boundaries. Following routines to keep the pet comfortable is essential in building the bond!

“As a first-time Rover user and a nervous dog mom, I was hesitant to leave Banjo with anyone, especially since we just adopted him from a shelter. However, Jenelle completely exceeded my expectations. She was incredibly thoughtful and even suggested a meet-and-greet before the stay to make sure Banjo would be comfortable. She showed such patience and care with him, especially since he’s a shy and nervous dog. Throughout our trip, Jenelle kept us updated with regular photos and videos, which really helped ease my worries. Banjo came home happy, relaxed, and clearly had the best time with Jenelle and her own dogs. I think he was a little upset that we were taking him home because he had so much fun!! We’re so grateful for her wonderful care and will absolutely be leaving Banjo with her for all our future trips. Highly recommend!!”

About: Hey! I am a huge advocate for all dogs to be treated with dignity, love, and respect. For me this means providing a safe and secure environment for their needs, an insane amount of cuddles, daily exercise, and abiding to the rules given by their owners. I have had dogs all my life, and currently I have 2 wonderful dogs: Diggie- a 2yr old 75lb male Lab/Pittie mix who is neutered. Fozzie- a 1yr 30lb male mix who is neutered. I have 2 kids aged 3yrs and 11yrs who have both been taught how to act properly around dogs. I have a big fenced in yard that my dogs love to run around in and lots of toys. If I sound like the right fit for your pup to go to while you are away, I am so happy to meet them! I currently work 2 days a week fully from home- so I have a lot of free time. I usually work Friday and Saturday nights. I can do drop in visits and dog walks Fridays and Saturdays before 2pm, but any other day is fully open. Being that I work from home, I can still board on Fridays and Saturdays. I do prefer if your fur baby is potty trained, but that being said- happy, excited, and nervous accidents happen and that is absolutely okay! :) I have a newly fenced in yard with lots of room to run and play. My dogs are very high energy and have loved playing with previous foster dogs. Just to be on the safe side, I will put your dog in a separate room/section to eat. When it comes to animals, they are family and I completely understand that a stranger watching them can be scary- I am more than happy to do a meet and greet with you and your fur baby/babies as well as send updates however often you would like during their stay.
“Alyssa was very nice and took care of our high energy husky mix (Jayda) while we were away. This was the first time having someone watch her other than my sister (who was the foster mom we got her from). Alyssa had several playmates that Jayda got along with and got to play a lot. She also found some new treats for us to try with Jayda. We got Jayda home and she seems tuckered out. Which is good. :-)”
