“Leslie is a wonderful sitter for our pet Brinkley. We have used her several times and Brinkley is always happy and well taken care of each and every time. I drive over 30 miles to get her service and I wouldn’t leave our pet Brinkley with anyone else.”

About: I have experience in boarding dogs, walking dogs, and grooming dogs.I have experience in training as well because of having my beautiful and playful Australian shepherd. Currently I work as a freelancing groomer so I can create my own schedule to an extent. I am usually able to be off by 2:30. I have a fenced in backyard and a spacious home. I have pet toys of my own given that I have another dog who is also very trusting with other dogs.

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of animals as long as I can remember! My parents adopted our first dog when I was only 4 years old. Tala was a Siberian husky that I took care of daily from a very young age. Throughout my childhood I grew up with medium/larger dogs such as German shepherds, huskies, pitbulls, and a Great Dane. My love for animals didn’t stop there! As a kid I regularly helped a family friend on her farm take care of wild and farm animals that she rehabbed such as bunnies, raccoons, squirrels, chickens, horses, cows, goats, etc. Now that I live on my own with my husband, we own 2 silly orange cats (4yo) and 2 dogs. Our 2 beagles, Starla(6yo) and Ellie (4yo), are ‘retired research hero’s’, meaning they were lab test animals for human medical research, they even have tattoos inside their right ears! They do great meeting new animals. But due to their life in the lab and awkward lack of learning other dogs body natural language, they require a meet and greet with any pets that plan on staying in our home just to ensure all animals clearly feel comfortable with each other. They are beyond friendly dogs that don’t know what a ‘stranger’ is and will accept love from anyone. Starla has seizures, and because of this I have plenty of experience with handling her during an episode. I would more than willing to board/take care of another pet who suffers from medical conditions! I personally know how nerve racking it is to leave our little fur babies life in the hands of another person that we hardly know. Ellie has a poultry allergy and we’ve become pretty good at checking the labels before feeding anything to her. It was quite surprising to see just how many pet items have poultry in them! I also suffer from a nut allergy, so I also know beyond animals just how dangerous it can be. You can feel more than safe trusting me with your fur babies allergies! I take all forms of special conditions very seriously. I’m currently a college student at ONU, but live in my own home that I own off campus. I do not work at this time and have very few classes that are physically on campus. I love meeting new people and animals especially. I have a fenced in yard where my beagles love to run around. While it is safely fence in, my animals are never left unattended as my animals safety is always a priority. During nice weather I love to take my dogs on walks out at Perry Farms or the Kankakee State Park. These are the places I choose for the safest and cleanest walking paths to keep my pups safe. Before walks I always check the pavement to ensure safe temperature for the little paws. I also spray my pups with Wondercides natural flea & tick repellent to further ensure safety for their health when going on walks. My house is only 1 level. The only stairs your pet would be required to climb are the ones going in and out of the house. While I do have a basement, only the cats are allowed down there. I am still new to the pet sitting world, but I am so excited!
“Eloise was accommodating to our trip changes and odd flight times making our drop off and pick up times easier for us. We appreciate the time she spends with our senior dog.”

“Angelo and his partner are both amazing people. This was the first time my pups stayed outside our home. He sent updates every day, multiple times a day. Very reassuring. Super super great to communicate with and flexible. Thanks again!!!”

“Bridget was great and sent multiple updates throughout the day. I could tell from the pictures that Scout was and having a good time. Would definitely use her again.”

“Nichole was awesome! Sent lots of photos and updates throughout the whole week. We are first time Rover users and she definitely made us and our pup feel very comfortable with a great experience all around!”

“I am so thrill and relieved to have found Danielle. She took such good care of my gentle giant. Juno was so happy in the pictures she shared with me. Thank you Danielle !!”

About: I will treat your fur baby like my own, they will be spoiled! I adore all animals and look forward to meeting yours. My day job is taking care of other peoples horses and training them. I understand the importance of trusting the person who takes care of your four legged family members! I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life, dog walked and done cat visits since I was young. Boarders must get along with cats (I have one, he’s friendly to everyone) I understand the value of giving animals exercise, consistency, love and attention. I will absolutely follow your guidelines with your pet, after all, you know them best! I’ve had extensive experience giving medications, administering SQ fluids, treating wounds, etc. I’ve taken care of puppies during potty training, as well as senior animals.
“Rebekah is absolutely incredible! She cared for my dog as if he was her own. I was very nervous to leave my dog with a sitter, as he has only been out of our house a few times in his life. She instantly made me feel better by sending me daily updates and pictures. You can tell she truly loves animals! I would recommend her to anyone!”

“Monica and Joseph sends daily pictures and videos of our fur baby playing with her other dogs and cat. Clean house and pays attention to detail. We could never have anyone else watch our baby when we are not able to bring him with us. Book, Book, Book!! You will not regret it!”

“Alex was very communicative, sent lots of pictures, spoiled my babies rotten and I could not be happier with the care she and her loving family provided. Pretty sure Bane didn't even want to come home. 😅 Thank you so much!”
“She, was great with the care of my furry friend, who at times could be difficult, but she managed the care for him, just as good or better then myself. She will always be my first choice, when it comes to me leaving him with someone that I truly trust. Again Susan thank you.”

“Mariah was amazing with our dog! The meet-and-greet was a great way for them to feel each other out, and it went perfectly. During the five days we were away, Mariah sent daily updates with photos and a diary of our dog’s activities, which gave us so much peace of mind. She followed all of our care instructions perfectly and even washed the blanket in our dog’s kennel before returning her to us, such a thoughtful touch! When we got home, our dog was calm, happy, and completely herself—no uncustomary behaviors at all. We plan to book Mariah in September again. Highly recommend!”

“Noel and his family were wonderful. Everyone gave Tom love and affection. I have no doubt that he felt very well looked after. Every day she didn't hesitate to respond to my messages and send photos. It reassures us a lot when we know that our pet friends are in good hands.”

“It was our very first time using this service and we were a bit nervous. Jeff was available even on the short notice. From the first time we met Jeff we felt good. He is an experienced sitter. Cats felt comfortable around him. Jeff was very responsible. He ensured we received photos from each visit. Cats looked good and relaxed. Definitely will be calling him again in the future.”

“You are always so good with our pets and our home. I know my babies love you and I trust no one else to watch them. You even checked on Reggie when I said he would be fine. Which made me and my wife so happy you did that even though you didn’t need to.”

About: I have had animals since I was a kid. We fostered kittens, dogs, and I have owned dogs and cats my whole life. My sister works at an animal shelter as well and has taught me many things to keep animals safe. I currently work full time so I typically am free at lunch, after work, and all weekends! I am flexible as well in the mornings. I am aware of all doors and locks. I make sure to ask specific questions regarding the needs of pets and what the owner needs such as check ins with photos, scooping cat litter, adjusting air, replenishing food and water, etc.
“Samantha is the best! So greatful she was our sitter. Samantha followed all the instructions I had to take care of my senior (18 yr) cat. Her and Noel became friends after a few days. I would definitely trust Samantha with my pets. She was even nice enough to leave additional lights on knowing we were going to come home late.”

About: Hi! My name is Ruthie, and I’ve been around dogs my whole life (& have adopted my best friend of four years!) From training puppies to caring for senior dogs, I have experience with all stages of a pup’s life. I’ve also pet-sat for family dogs on and off for about two years and have had my own dogs for 8 years, so I understand how important it is to find someone reliable and trustworthy to care for your furry family members. I’m patient, attentive, and love spending time with dogs—whether it’s going for walks, playing, or just giving them the attention they deserve. I also have experience with basic training and can reinforce commands if needed. Every dog has their own personality, and I take the time to ensure they feel comfortable, happy, and well cared for. Pet care fits naturally into my routine. I am a full-time college student, but I intentionally structure my schedule to stay flexible. My classes are primarily in the mornings on Monday (9-10), Wednesday (9:00-10:50), and Friday (9:00–10:00 AM), and I have a longer class block on Thursdays from 8:00 AM–2:00 PM. Tuesdays I am unavailable, but outside of those times, my schedule is very open. I provide pet care through check-in visits and dog walking. I prioritize each pet’s routine and comfort, ensuring they feel safe and well cared for while their owner is away. Please let me know any important details about your dog or anything I should prepare in advance to help them feel as comfortable as possible.

About: My husband and I are very unique. We would have a farm if we could. We live in a smaller home, but have so much love between our pets and kids. I hope we can raise our 3 kids to love animals as much as we do. I have been a pet sitter for about 15 years, but grew up in a house of animals. My family's huge animal lovers. I have stayed for weeks at a time with families, dog walked, issued medicine to pets, and just simply stopped in to let them out and hang for a bit. We have had dogs and cats stay with us while families are on vacation and made it work perfectly. My kids knowing they are small, are great w the animals too. I am just excited to make your fur baby feel safe and loved while you're away. *Update: We just added bathing and nail clipping as an add on option! My husband's mom owned the Canine Clipper that was in business for over 30 years. He grew up as cheap labor for 15 years in the shop washing, drying and trimming nails of any cats and dogs that came. We do not offer grooming services as that is not in our wheelhouse. Have you pet come home feeling and smelling fresh! I just had our new baby born on August 8th this year. I have three boys that I am obsessed with. I love being a boy mama 💙 I am a personal trainer but have cut back on hours so I can hang w my kids while they are young. I sometimes forget about how I was a nanny for 10 years and a dog sitter for about 15. I would love to do my passion again knowing I have so much more free time at home. My 5 year old is in school all day, my 3 year old has preschool twice a week for 2 hrs, and my newborn just goes for the ride. I'm always home on the weekends, and during the week I'm always looking to do something-which I would love to show my kids how to treat animals. If your pet is not good w kids, I can also drop them off w their grandma for a bit. I always make it happen ❤️ She loves some grandson time. All our pets are spoiled because they are our family too. Our dogs have dog beds all around, even though they sleep on couches and beds w us. The cats have cat towers and toys and get the free range of the house. We used to have a nanny because I wanted someone here for the kids, but also the pets. It always made me feel better knowing someone would always be there for them too.
“She was very warm and welcoming from the very beginning..My dogs took to her! She answer all my questions and concerns.I will definitely recommend her to anyone who needs their dog looked after.”

About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and genuinely love caring for them. Over the years, I’ve helped take care of dogs for family, friends, and neighbors—everything from quick drop-ins to longer stays while they’re out of town. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and personalities, including high-energy dogs that need lots of activity and older dogs that need a slower, more gentle approach. I’ve handled feeding routines, daily walks, crate training, and giving medications when needed. About: Caring for animals has always been my passion! I am an experienced pet sitter, dog trainer and behaviorist. I have four dogs who are very friendly and enjoy having guests over. I have worked in pet hotels and daycares for the past 7 years where I supervise and care for large groups of dogs. This allowed me to gain valuable experience learning canine body language, socialization, and psychology. I also am experienced in administering medications and have a large fenced-in yard for your dog to run and play. My husband and I work opposite shifts so someone will almost always be home, allowing your pup to have many potty and play sessions throughout the day. I look forward to speaking with you and meeting your furbaby!
About: Hello! I’ve cared for dogs and cats for years — including rescues, seniors, and pups with lots of energy! I’m patient, reliable, and comfortable with feeding routines, meds, and special care needs. I know how important it is to trust someone with your pets, and I promise to keep you updated with cute pictures and messages throughout their stay. Your fur baby’s comfort and safety come first! 🐕✨ I am currently working part time. Which is Tues-Sat 4pm-11pm tho so I’m anytime free before then. & I am off every Sunday and Monday I rent a home with a fenced in backyard. I do currently have 2 dogs. (Chihuahua mixes and a heeler mix.) they are crate trained so if you’re more comfortable with them staying separated from your baby(ies) that is absolutely no problem, depending on the duration of the stay.
About: Lifelong animal lover experienced in nature walks, companion feedings, soothing chest rubs, treat distribution, and earning a cats trust. I will make sure your pets are happy, safe, and properly spoiled while you’re away! I am currently working part time after a career shift. My days have too much down time and I decided to fill those hours doing something I love! I closely monitor outdoor time to ensure the pet is secure in the yard. I remain aware and assess surroundings when walking dogs to prepare for any triggers the dog may have. I closely follow food, and potty, schedules so as not to upset the pet and to make transition of care easier.

About: Taking care of your animal will be my number one priority. I love animals, I will be more than attentive to their needs and accommodate anything you would like. I’m available any time you need me and I will take in any animal, big, small, furry, hairless, you name it! I love them all. I’ve had animals my whole life so I know how to take care of dogs, I’ve had cats now for 5 years and kittens and it’s a handful but it has taught me so many things needed to be a perfect sitter! I love getting pets toys, and fancy food sometimes to spoil them so expect that (if it’s fone with the owner) of course. I can’t wait to meet you and your lovely pet!

Dogs feel most secure when their routine stays consistent, so I make it a priority to maintain their normal schedule as closely as possible. Communication is key, so I always keep owners updated with photos and notes to give you peace of mind while you’re away. You can trust that your pet will be in a caring, responsible, and attentive environment. As a healthcare worker, I usually work three days a week, which gives me a very flexible schedule the rest of the week to focus on pet care. About: I have had pets since I was very young. I have cared for dogs, cats, bunnies, and even a tortoise! Making sure that an animal is healthy, safe, and comfortable is my priority 🙂 I work from home so my schedule is fairly flexible. I can easily make adjustments to work around a schedule that works well for you and your pet. I live in a secure apartment with double doors at major exit ways. There is also a fenced yard around the building. For animals that are particularly anxious in new surroundings, I usually transform my study room into a safe haven (with cozy blankets, toys and treats galore) until your pet is more comfortable to roam around the house.

Please message me so we can discuss your specific needs and availability! Hi, I’m Bee! I’m a medically retired police officer turned professional pet care provider. Pet care is my full-time work, not a side hobby. I take a calm, structured, safety-first approach and focus on low-stress care that allows pets to feel secure, respected, and comfortable. I have years of hands-on experience with pets of all sizes, ages, and temperaments, including seniors, rescues, anxious dogs, puppies, large breeds, and special-needs pets. ⸻ What I Offer • In-home dog boarding in a low-volume, structured environment • Structured dog daycare with supervised play and rest breaks • Drop-in visits for feeding, potty breaks, enrichment, and medications • Dog walks tailored to your dog’s comfort, energy level (must not pull heavily on leash) • Care for seniors, rescues, anxious, and special-needs dogs • Slow, intentional introductions and individualized care plans • Solo or one-on-one care options when appropriate for daycare and boarding • Real-time updates with plenty of photos and detailed written notes ‼️I do not provide boarding or daycare for cats, and I do not offer overnight stays in clients’ homes. ‼️Meet and Greets are mandatory to schedule any service. ‼️My two dogs, Trooper and Moose, will NOT be present for the meet and greet for boarding and daycare ‼️Dates are not reserved unless a deposit is prepaid in advance. ‼️Dogs must be crate trained to stay at Bee’s Bed and Barkfast daycare and boarding. This is a non negotiable for safety, feeding, rest and safe transitions. ‼️Boarding can be booked anytime, as long as the dates are within the next 3 months. I do not book out more than 3 months in advance. I am available generally anytime between sunrise and sunset. Due to a vision disability, I may occasionally need to adjust timing on very rainy days, and I do not drive after dark. If weather requires a schedule shift, I’ll always communicate in advance and ensure your pet still receives attentive, high-quality care. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and emotional well-being are my top priorities. I provide intentional, structured care designed to reduce stress, prevent issues before they happen, and create a calm, predictable experience for both pets and owners. This applies whether I’m caring for your pet in your home or in mine. How I care for pets & homes: • Safety-first, prevention-focused handling at all times • Calm routines that prioritize rest, enrichment, and emotional regulation • Respectful care of your home… clean, secure, and exactly how you left it • Doors, gates, leashes, and feeding instructions double-checked every visit • Clear, proactive communication so you’re never left wondering how things are going Boarding & Daycare Environment: • Low-volume, home-based care, not a brick and mortar storefront or warehouse-style daycare • Structured daycare with supervised interactions and enforced rest breaks • Slow, intentional introductions tailored to each dog’s comfort level • Solo or one-on-one care available for dogs who need space or prefer independence at an increased rate • Crate training mandatory to ensure smooth transitions and safety How I differ from other sitters: • I do not force interactions or “let dogs work it out” • I do not overbook or rotate large groups of unfamiliar dogs • I do not take a one-size-fits-all approach Instead, I focus on individualized care, clear boundaries, and calm structure, the kind of environment where dogs can truly settle, decompress, and feel secure.

“Lindsey was wonderful with Wrigley and Rockett! She made both right at home and we had daily check-ins via Rover. Thank you for sharing your home and family with my pups while I was away! I would highly recommend Lindsey for your pup if you are going out of town for a few, or many days!”

“Tami was friendly and professional. We felt very comfortable after meeting with her, her family and her dogs. She was very sweet to our golden retriever and attentive. She maintained regular connections with little messages and photos each day. Would love to use her again for a future stay.”

“I can't imagine a better person to leave our Parker Boy with! Heather took the best care of our dog and sent pictures and videos to keep our minds at ease while we were apart from him. She made him feel like a part of the family and made sure to do whatever she could to make him comfortable. We would recommend Heather to anyone looking for a sitter for their furry friends!!”
