About: I grew up taking care of my 2 collies and helping out with family members pets. I am experienced with managing large breeds and high energy dogs. I am currently on summer break from university, so I have a lot more free time. I am available on weekdays after 11 and weekends I have full availability. Once I return to school in late August, my schedule will change slightly. I’ll be available on weekdays after 1:30 PM and on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. If I happen to get out of class early, I may also be available before 1:30 on some days. Safety is my top priority. I treat every pet as my own, maintaining a calm, clean, and safe environment. Ahead of time, I ask about any triggers your pet may have and make sure we walk in comfortable environments.

About: I have been taking care of animals from a young age of 15. I grew up with a German shepherd which started my love for dogs. I use to volunteer at an animal shelter in Iowa when I was going to college. I would walk every single dog because it would break my heart to see them stuck in such a small space. I also rescued around 20 dogs, 50 cats, and one monkey when I was living overseas. I am very empathetic towards animals especially because they are such innocent beings. I also worked with different rescue groups overseas. I currently have 3 dogs I rescued from Peru South America. Their stories are pretty crazy but now they are living the dog dream. Having 3 dogs myself I know how necessary it is to have help! 1st I would like to come meet the pet first so we can create a trust. Then I would make sure they were comfortable in their home with plenty of food and water. I would just follow all the rules the owner has for me especially if there dog is on a specific diet. About: Although I am new to Rover, I have had dogs since childhood, have adopted many in my adult life and volunteer at the local shelter. Dogs are my favorite people! Currently I am mom to our sweet 5 year old mixed breed girl Memphis and our newest baby 7 month old Maisie Grace a pomchi mix. Both of my girls are sweet, energetic, loving , go with the flo kinda gals. They get along great with other pups and when not playing in our large fence yard they love to nestle into the sofa for a snuggly nap. We live on an acre with our half acre backyard fully fence by a new 6 foot privacy fence. Lots of room to run and play for all pups big or small! I understand how difficult it is to feel comfortable leaving your fur baby while away, I will care for your dog like they are my own. About: We currently foster a variety of different dogs through out the year. We are used to quirky behaviors, shy pups, and just getting dogs to become comfortable with us and our home. We are very adjustable to different dog personalities and requirements, and will be flexible with your needs, and how the dog reacts to us in our home or yours. We have owned many pets in our lifetime, including dogs (as well as fostering). We are well versed in activity, playtime, and training. We are open to using crates, beds, free roaming based on what the pet is used to and comfortable with. We have kids in the home who are very used to working with new animals, especially animals who have come for traumatic environments so they know what to do around new animals-- slow introductions if needed, calm environment, playing in separate rooms etc. We will work with the personality of your dog!

I am free everyday at least 2 hours a day to walk at different hours of the days( mornings, nights and days). About: I’ve had dogs in my life since I was born. My first dog was a 100 pound German Shepard mix, then we got a miniature border collie mix, then a hound, and now we have a one year old german shepard belgian malinois. I have helped train and take care of all of our family dogs and we take our dogs on at least 2 walks a day! I can take care of any type of dog and I will of course love every animal I take care of. I have no problem picking up poop on walks! I would love to help you take care of your Dogs! I am currently a college student at Judson University studying Architecture. I would be able to take care of your pet before 7:45am and I am available during lunch time. I am also volleyball player and practices are normally from 4-6 so I would be able to go over after that. MWF I have class from 1-5 so I wouldn’t be able to go in that time frame and my volleyball games are normally Tuesday and Thursday nights which I could go over after those. I have a fenced in yard at my house but I also have energetic dogs so I take them on walks every day twice a day. They both love to play fetch and obviously they love to go on their daily walks. If you would just like me to stop by to play with your pet or let them out I would be happy to do that as well! If you have any questions please feel free to ask me! I currently work full time but I am always willing to spend my free time with your animal! I am available during the week before 11 am and free at anytime most weekends! I am willing to walk your dog a few times a day for at least 20 minutes or more! If you have a fenced yard, I will play with them in the backyard. I am knowledgeable of crate training, prong collars, etc.
