About: For four years, I provided dependable care for my friend’s cat and bunny while she attended college in another city. I made sure they were fed on schedule, refreshed their water daily, cleaned litter boxes and living areas, monitored their health and behavior, gave them affection and attention, and ensured they felt safe and comfortable. I have taken care of animals ever since I started college and did it almost monthly for two years. I can do daily check ups after 4:15pm from Monday through Friday. I can do full day pet sitting on Saturday and Sunday when needed. I’m a person who’s job is to make sure everyone is safe and without doubt I will bring that when pet sitting. Safety is priority.

About: I discovered my love for animals when my mom rescued a Shiba Inu shortly after my dad died. Since then, I've made every effort to learn as much as I can about cats and dogs, including going to professional grooming school and I'm currently working on becoming a certified dog trainer. Most of my experience with cats has come from my sister and her roommate, but I love cats just as much as I love dogs I do have another part time job, but scheduling is flexible so I'll have plenty of time in the day to check on your buddy! I'm very conscious of their safety and always use a leash, always make sure fenced areas are secure, and that there's no toxic plants around them. My own have a history of bolting/running away, so these things have become 2nd nature for me.

About: I’ve loved and taken care of animals since I was a kid. My family used to call me the dog whisperer because I was the family and friend pet sitter. I have some training experience from my own pets and those of my family. I am a firm believer that a pet is truly a part of the family and should be treated as such! About: I grew up caring for animals, dogs, cats, horses, fish, cows, chickens, and a goat, having pets most of my life. My background is in healthcare while in the military. I have been my father's caregiver which allowed me to help foster puppy litters to adult dogs and care for a pack of 8 dogs-4 of which are mine while caring for him. I also will play outside in the fresh air with your doggo. I never give people food to any dog and will rush to grab something off the floor if dropped to get it before they do. I make sure they have enough water in a clean bowl regularly and never have to hold their pee :) if requested, I will pick up poop out of the yard and definitely on a walk or playing at the park. About: Animals and animal care has always been my passion, I’m currently working towards getting my bachelors degree in animal science and zoology! I’ve taken care of all kinds of animals and I’ve done a lot of rescue and rehoming! I love animals, from cats to fish, lizards and birds. I’m crazy about all of them. While I live in an apartment, we have multiple fenced dog parks and ample walking area away from the roads for walkies with the dogs, my apartment is pretty spacious especially in the living room and animals are allowed around the whole apartment. If I were to watch your babies at your residence I would stick strictly to the rules you set for me and never overstep your boundaries or rules.
About: Hi, I’m Alexis!💞☺️👋🏼 I have always loved and had a connection with all types of animals and joined Rover in the summer of 2022 to fill some of my time, I took a short break but now am back to sitting in CoeurdAlene, Idaho to fill some of my free time!☺️🐾 Before I found out I didn’t quite have the stomach for it and actually explored the career, I always wanted to be a veterinarian so I could get to work with animals! Since I couldn’t handle the messy medical parts now I love to sit + walk the fur-babies, take them to the park, and give lots of snuggles + treats!🥰 I’ve took care of pets since I was little and our animals had multiple litters of puppies and kittens as well so I’ve got to take care of little fur babies too along with the experience I’ve gained through Rover❤️ My mom and I ran a pet sitting page through Thumbtack in 2014 for a few years that was super similar to Rover and we were voted a top sitter under ItsRainingCats&Dogs<3 I love getting to feel like I’m helping a family and pet stay close while they are apart, while I’ve done pet sitting I’ve worked with elderly, blind, deaf, and other disabilities that needed help with some extra things.❤️ I like to make sure the animal always feels as comfortable as it can if staying in my home so let me know any special needs and I will always send pictures!😊 I’ve also given medications before if your animal needs to take them while being watched just as long as it’s pills or oral, I’ve never administered a shot.❤️ I have a small lab retriever mix who is full of energy when he wants to be and has never not wanted to introduce himself to the others, he is about 20 lbs and going on 8!😊🐾 He also LOVES to get out of the house and go on car rides + swimming so as long as it’s okay with you and your pet wants to, they can come on the adventures as well!🥰 I’m currently finishing some school online and work on jewelry for my Etsy shop in the daytime so I am almost always home during the week and usually just run quick errands throughout the weekends so I’ll always be back to check on the pets if I go anywhere as long as they work well being left alone, if not can make arrangements☺️ I have a large grassy field I let them use the bathroom every 1 -2 hours and always watch over them while they eat just in case anything were to happen. If you’re furbaby gives you a hard time in the bath or you’ve noticed they’ve been getting a little stinky, I don’t mind sitting in there with them and getting wet. If they get anxiety from baths I can bring treats and help them stay calm.❤️ We have some oatmeal soap for dry + sensitive skin and soft bristle brushes as well as nail clippers if you notice they need theirs done I have been clipping my dogs for a long time😊 I love to get outside myself so if your dog likes to go to the dog park or on walks we’ll be besties🥰🐾 Me and Winston go swimming often as well in the warmer months! I always will supervise feeding times or manage if pets need to eat separately, I let the babies out and pick up if the owner wants me to keep the yard clean, watch to make sure no doors or rooms that are supposed to be kept shut are left open, make sure crates/kennels are secured 100% when leaving, I always will put a leash on when going anywhere with a pet and bring water if it’s hot outside to keep the babies cooled down🫶🏼

About: (You can call me Nick! 😊 Rover just wanted me to keep it official on my profile) I have always had a love for working with animals, but I am especially acclimated to dogs of all types! I have spent some time volunteering at the Humane Society / Companions and helping with the dogs there. I love cats too, but my experience is more limited with them! I have babysat a few easy ones, but haven't owned any myself since I was young. I have owned dogs for most of my life, but I recently lost one and so I am in between right now! I can't wait to meet my new furry pal(s)! :) I'm on a 3-4 day schedule lately, usually quite busy Tues, Wed, Thurs. I can typically be 100% available Fridays through Mondays, so I can help you out with weekend getaways, etc! :) I live in a quiet neighborhood by the Avondale golf course in Hayden. I have a fairly large fenced yard, perfect for fetch games or other activities! Also, a lot of cozy space to lounge and chew toys inside if our furry friend prefers to remain indoors! I have disposable potty pads in case they will be used, but I am very used to cleaning up after non-potty-trained dogs too!

Dogs and their health/care have been a number 1 priority for me always. I have a 9 month old kitten and a 3 year old poodle who love each other dearly! They have scheduled feeding times, I do a lot with my poodle for instance we do lots of walks, play time, dog park time and training sessions. I tend to follow the rules of the owners when watching or taking care of animals because they tend to love routine and it makes it flow better and makes them less anxious.
