I have knowledge of most breeds and their traits, which I believe helps you understand the pet itself. I have worked as an equine veterinary technician before for 2 years, which has exposed me to many different types of pets, big and small! I currently am self employed and run my own business. I enjoy going on walks and figured why not get a new buddy to go with me! I love animals and would much prefer hanging out with your cat, or dog than anything else really. I'll alway make time to pet that dog! (or cat, we don't play favorites. But we all know cats decide when they want to be pet. ;) ) I always put safety and comfort first. About: I discovered my love for animals when my mom rescued a Shiba Inu shortly after my dad died. Since then, I've made every effort to learn as much as I can about cats and dogs, including going to professional grooming school and I'm currently working on becoming a certified dog trainer. Most of my experience with cats has come from my sister and her roommate, but I love cats just as much as I love dogs I do have another part time job, but scheduling is flexible so I'll have plenty of time in the day to check on your buddy! Have human BLS (basic Life Support for medical professionals) but also know doggy CPR and basic medical-can give shots and meds. I just have a huge heart and love to love on the doggies. Sitting same rate as boarding and sometimes easier on the doggies. I just want them to have their routines, pets, loves, favorites (if it's a walk or snuggles) - just be as anxiety free, loved on, and happy as possible while you are away. Currently my schedule is very open for all work. If this does not fill the schedule, will need to adjust around other work. But this is my current priority. If other work is needed, pets still come first and receive 150% love, care, and attention. My doggy is on the rainbow bridge. It is just me in the home. I follow the owners rules and wishes. “Katie is wonderful! I was apprehensive about leaving our sweet girl Piper at a pet resort. Piper has a lot of anxiety issues and I just didn’t like the atmosphere.
