About: I have loved and adored dogs since I was able to walk on my own. I have owned a large number of dogs over the years. My wife and I currently own a Brittany, a Golden Collie, and an old herding dog. My dogs enjoy a huge fenced back yard while also having 12 acres to run around and burn energy. I am a caretaker of my father in law and am at home during the day. I own three dogs that love socializing and meeting new friends I live on 12 acres can walk and play with your dogs. I have several dog crates for evening sleeping if needed (larger breeds may need to provide their own). Access to water to play in, drinking water, treats and training time. I’ve also been a dog groomer and bather for 3 years and have worked at various boarding facilities, so I have a lot of hands on experience with animal care and all the everyday parts of caring for dogs. I’ve also worked on an AKC German Shepherd farm doing conformation showing and training, and I’ve fostered 6 puppies that I trained and prepared for their new families — they still keep in touch with me daily! I work part time, so I have plenty of time to care for and play with your pups **(Me and a roomate in the home I will be the sole and only caretaker of your pet throughout the week.)**I live just a few steps from Reaney Park and visit there frequently, so walks and outdoor time are already a regular part of my routine. I have Sundays off every week and am happy to dedicate that day to extra time and attention with your pup. My home is dog proofed and set up to be a safe, comfortable place for your pup. I have two very friendly dogs who can interact with your dog if they’re comfortable with each other, or they can be put away if your dog prefers their own space. Both of my dogs are off-leash trained, but when a client’s dog is staying with me, the door does not open unless that dog is safely leashed. We’re 10 steps away from Reaney Park, where client dogs stay on a leash or long line the entire time. We also have a fenced balcony that your dog can enjoy with supervision if you’d like them to have access to it. Inside, there are plenty of appropriate toys to chew on and cords, surfaces, and other hazards are kept out of reach. Your dog will be supervised whenever they’re not safely crated. I love giving dogs as much freedom as they can safely handle, so please feel free to tell me your pup’s expectations, routines, and requirements. I’m happy to follow them and make their stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

About: I have been growing up around dogs my whole life. As a child and into my teen years, I did the Dog project in 4-H for five years and helped lead the group. I have experience handling and training dogs for obedience and show environments, and I am comfortable with all pets! I have been house-sitting in the summers for many different dog-owners, so I am knowledgeable and experienced in providing care for these animals. My parents' dog (aka "my" dog) is a German Shorthaired Pointer and his name is Murphy. I spend a lot of time with him, and I have a special spot in my heart for all animals. I also spent a couple years co-parenting a little calico cat named Stitch with my best friend. I do also have some experience with reptiles, as I currently have one bearded dragon and one Pac-Man frog in my care. I am unable to have a dog or cat of my own at this stage in my life, due to money and living restraints, but I am thankful when I can spend time with others’ animals in this way. About: I will accept any type of animal as long as information about how to care for it is given. I’ve been pet sitting and dog walking for about 6 years now. I can walk your dog as many miles as you need. If asked, I can also house sit which would include taking out the trash, bringing in the mail, cleaning, and checking on everything that you would need. About: I’ve taken care of a variety of animals since I was young. Anything from guinea pigs, rabbits, dogs, cats, etc. My family has had a variety of dogs, so I have extensive experience in caring for dogs of all ages. I have taken care of senior dogs with special care required regarding seizures and numerous medications. I’ve also assisted in training for younger dogs for basic tricks and potty training. I’m currently a PhD student, so I’m on campus around half the week! Weekends are very open/flexible for me, and I’m also available in the mornings/mid-day/nights. About: I have loved and adored dogs since I was able to walk on my own. I have owned a large number of dogs over the years. My wife and I currently own a Brittany, a Golden Collie, and an old herding dog. My dogs enjoy a huge fenced back yard while also having 12 acres to run around and burn energy. I have Sundays off every week and am happy to dedicate that day to extra time and attention with your pup. My home is dog proofed and set up to be a safe, comfortable place for your pup. I have two very friendly dogs who can interact with your dog if they’re comfortable with each other, or they can be put away if your dog prefers their own space. Both of my dogs are off-leash trained, but when a client’s dog is staying with me, the door does not open unless that dog is safely leashed. We’re 10 steps away from Reaney Park, where client dogs stay on a leash or long line the entire time. We also have a fenced balcony that your dog can enjoy with supervision if you’d like them to have access to it. Inside, there are plenty of appropriate toys to chew on and cords, surfaces, and other hazards are kept out of reach. Your dog will be supervised whenever they’re not safely crated. I love giving dogs as much freedom as they can safely handle, so please feel free to tell me your pup’s expectations, routines, and requirements. I’m happy to follow them and make their stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

About: I have been growing up around dogs my whole life. As a child and into my teen years, I did the Dog project in 4-H for five years and helped lead the group. I have experience handling and training dogs for obedience and show environments, and I am comfortable with all pets! I have been house-sitting in the summers for many different dog-owners, so I am knowledgeable and experienced in providing care for these animals. My parents' dog (aka "my" dog) is a German Shorthaired Pointer and his name is Murphy. I spend a lot of time with him, and I have a special spot in my heart for all animals. I also spent a couple years co-parenting a little calico cat named Stitch with my best friend. I do also have some experience with reptiles, as I currently have one bearded dragon and one Pac-Man frog in my care. I am unable to have a dog or cat of my own at this stage in my life, due to money and living restraints, but I am thankful when I can spend time with others’ animals in this way. I can’t wait to meet you and your furry friend and give them lots of love! I am currently a Graduate Admissions Specialist / DSO at the University of Idaho! This means that I do work full-time (8-5 with a 1-hour lunch break) on campus on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, and I work full-time from home on Thursdays. I do not work weekends and am usually very available if I have not marked it off on my Rover calendar. If your animal is okay/used to being alone for the work day, or can be alone for 4-5 hours at a time, I am the fit for you during the week. I can provide drop-in visits before and after work, and on my lunch break, or I am happy to stay in your home, where I will care for your pet before and after my work day, and during my lunch break if that is most comfortable! If your pet requires more frequent attention, I might be your gal for a weekend trip!
