I have spent some time volunteering at the Humane Society / Companions and helping with the dogs there. I love cats too, but my experience is more limited with them! I have babysat a few easy ones, but haven't owned any myself since I was young. I have owned dogs for most of my life, but I recently lost one and so I am in between right now! I can't wait to meet my new furry pal(s)! :) I'm on a 3-4 day schedule lately, usually quite busy Tues, Wed, Thurs. I can typically be 100% available Fridays through Mondays, so I can help you out with weekend getaways, etc! :) I live in a quiet neighborhood by the Avondale golf course in Hayden. I have a fairly large fenced yard, perfect for fetch games or other activities! Also, a lot of cozy space to lounge and chew toys inside if our furry friend prefers to remain indoors! I have disposable potty pads in case they will be used, but I am very used to cleaning up after non-potty-trained dogs too!

About: For the past 15 years we’ve had 2-3 dogs and truly believe our dogs are a part of our family. Currently we have a 2 year old Aussiedoodle and we have two kids who love to play with dogs but also understand when a dog needs his or her space. We do allow dogs on the couch and have plenty of room for a dog bed if provided. I’ve had pets all my life and understand how important it is to have someone watching them who will treat them love and respect. I’m currently a stay at home mom and my husband works from home. While we have daily chores and errands we run everything is adjustable to fit your dogs needs. I’m rarely gone more then 2 hours at a time and there will usually always be someone home in my absence. Dogs are welcome to come in and out of our home via a doggie door and have full access to our large backyard. We recently moved and the yard is even bigger and better than before! If you require walks or even trips to the dog park we can definitely accommodate that. We do allow dogs on the couch and we have gates set up to keep dogs on our main level giving us the ability to keep a close watch on them. Note: For puppies under 1 or dogs with chewing tendencies or destructive separation anxiety we may require a crate. We do have one extra available and can definitely discuss further at the meet and greet. I’m currently a stay at home Mom so my schedule is flexible. I’m able to be home as much as needed and rarely leave for extended periods of time. My husband works from home so there will most likely always be someone around. In addition to our one dog we can board up to three additional dogs at one time. I will do my best to keep you updated and informed if there will be any additional dogs in the house at the time of your pets visit but I do quite often receive last minute request. Drop off/pick up times between 7:00 AM - 10:30 PM, any request outside these times may require an additional night to be booked. We recently moved into our new home which is larger then the old one with TONS of space for the dogs, a covered patio to relax under and a fully fenced in yard. We plan to install a doggie door as soon as possible so dogs can have free access in and out of the house. While rare to have more the. 3 additional dogs in the house we will occasionally take up to 5 additional dogs at one time. While we do our absolute best to monitor the dogs 24/7 they are dogs and can be unpredictable, we do our best to maintain a safe environment for all dogs and will inform you of any issues that arise.

About: I discovered my love for animals when my mom rescued a Shiba Inu shortly after my dad died. Since then, I've made every effort to learn as much as I can about cats and dogs, including going to professional grooming school and I'm currently working on becoming a certified dog trainer. Most of my experience with cats has come from my sister and her roommate, but I love cats just as much as I love dogs I do have another part time job, but scheduling is flexible so I'll have plenty of time in the day to check on your buddy! I'm very conscious of their safety and always use a leash, always make sure fenced areas are secure, and that there's no toxic plants around them. My own have a history of bolting/running away, so these things have become 2nd nature for me.

Warm and friendly and bonded with Ranger immediately. Met her at house next day for drop off and she was very attentive asking questions about allergies and concerns. I have been my father's caregiver which allowed me to help foster puppy litters to adult dogs and care for a pack of 8 dogs-4 of which are mine while caring for him. I can now enjoy caring for other's fur babies giving them love and support. I am interested in always learning about animal behavior and all aspects of their care. I have been my father's caregiver but sadly he passed at the age of 94 and would enjoy caring for other's fur babies giving them love and support. I have an open schedule that is veryflexible. Audrie also volunteers at the local pet shelter and has gained a but of knowledge in dog training. Between the two of us, we are very flexible. Our only routine is walking our dog in the morning and evening, and feeding our animals twice per day. We have a fenced backyard, and let our pets go out when they want, but mostly they stay inside. We take our dog on two walks daily. We will follow whatever direction you have. Because of our cats, we can only accept small dogs into our home for boarding, but can go to your home as needed.

I can't wait to meet my new furry pal(s)! :) I'm on a 3-4 day schedule lately, usually quite busy Tues, Wed, Thurs. I can typically be 100% available Fridays through Mondays, so I can help you out with weekend getaways, etc! :) I live in a quiet neighborhood by the Avondale golf course in Hayden. I have a fairly large fenced yard, perfect for fetch games or other activities! Also, a lot of cozy space to lounge and chew toys inside if our furry friend prefers to remain indoors! I have disposable potty pads in case they will be used, but I am very used to cleaning up after non-potty-trained dogs too!
About: i am extremely experience with pets of all abilities, sizes, weights, breeds, and ages. I also have experience with medication administration! I also have experience transporting pets in the car. I thoroughly enjoy long or quick walks or hanging out with the pups at your home :) I am available every day of the week! My only UNavailable times are (including my driving time): - Tuesday 11:15 - 5:15 - Wednesday 9:15 - 1:15 - Thursday 9:45 - 3:00 I spend time with your pups following instructions very carefully . I care about movement and exercise for your pup, as well as finding out their music tastes! I care for them with cuddles and scratches and personal attention. I also will play outside in the fresh air with your doggo. I never give people food to any dog and will rush to grab something off the floor if dropped to get it before they do. I make sure they have enough water in a clean bowl regularly and never have to hold their pee :) if requested, I will pick up poop out of the yard and definitely on a walk or playing at the park. Dogs are so special to us and deserve the best care!

She was super responsive and kind and listened to our instructions for Remy. We really appreciated her attention to communication and her attitude towards our boy who is learning proper leash etiquette. It was so nice knowing he was having a good time and getting exercise and that Ashley was able to avoid his triggers on the walk to the best of her ability as well. Definitely would recommend!”
About: I have enjoyed so many years of raising and caring for domestic and farm animals. Rover has allowed me to continue my true passion. I wish to provide safe and loving care for your four footed family members, it's what I know best. In Montana I had a 10 acre Hobby Farm where I enjoyed raising sheep, goats, pigs and chickens. My horses, dogs, cats and rabbits gave me so much love. About: Hi, I’m Alexis!💞☺️👋🏼 I have always loved and had a connection with all types of animals and joined Rover in the summer of 2022 to fill some of my time, I took a short break but now am back to sitting in CoeurdAlene, Idaho to fill some of my free time!☺️🐾 Before I found out I didn’t quite have the stomach for it and actually explored the career, I always wanted to be a veterinarian so I could get to work with animals! Since I couldn’t handle the messy medical parts now I love to sit + walk the fur-babies, take them to the park, and give lots of snuggles + treats!🥰 I’ve took care of pets since I was little and our animals had multiple litters of puppies and kittens as well so I’ve got to take care of little fur babies too along with the experience I’ve gained through Rover❤️ My mom and I ran a pet sitting page through Thumbtack in 2014 for a few years that was super similar to Rover and we were voted a top sitter under ItsRainingCats&Dogs<3 I love getting to feel like I’m helping a family and pet stay close while they are apart, while I’ve done pet sitting I’ve worked with elderly, blind, deaf, and other disabilities that needed help with some extra things.❤️ I like to make sure the animal always feels as comfortable as it can if staying in my home so let me know any special needs and I will always send pictures!😊 I’ve also given medications before if your animal needs to take them while being watched just as long as it’s pills or oral, I’ve never administered a shot.❤️ I have a small lab retriever mix who is full of energy when he wants to be and has never not wanted to introduce himself to the others, he is about 20 lbs and going on 8!😊🐾 He also LOVES to get out of the house and go on car rides + swimming so as long as it’s okay with you and your pet wants to, they can come on the adventures as well!🥰 I’m currently finishing some school online and work on jewelry for my Etsy shop in the daytime so I am almost always home during the week and usually just run quick errands throughout the weekends so I’ll always be back to check on the pets if I go anywhere as long as they work well being left alone, if not can make arrangements☺️ I have a large grassy field I let them use the bathroom every 1 -2 hours and always watch over them while they eat just in case anything were to happen. If you’re furbaby gives you a hard time in the bath or you’ve noticed they’ve been getting a little stinky, I don’t mind sitting in there with them and getting wet. If they get anxiety from baths I can bring treats and help them stay calm.❤️ We have some oatmeal soap for dry + sensitive skin and soft bristle brushes as well as nail clippers if you notice they need theirs done I have been clipping my dogs for a long time😊 I love to get outside myself so if your dog likes to go to the dog park or on walks we’ll be besties🥰🐾 Me and Winston go swimming often as well in the warmer months! I always will supervise feeding times or manage if pets need to eat separately, I let the babies out and pick up if the owner wants me to keep the yard clean, watch to make sure no doors or rooms that are supposed to be kept shut are left open, make sure crates/kennels are secured 100% when leaving, I always will put a leash on when going anywhere with a pet and bring water if it’s hot outside to keep the babies cooled down🫶🏼

Upon your approval; I occasionally, but rarely these days bring my 19-year-old son along just for fun who offers extra-special care and attention as he also loves animals dearly. We often joke that we should move to a farm and become professional dog rescuers! I would like to get to know your dog and spend some quality time exercising with him/her. They love the company and we have a very large back yard where I will be sure to play and always supervise your pups! Most days my guest dogs are following me around the house. But if not I'm sure to stay with in ear shot of your dog and and check in in 10 min increments if he/she is laying in another room. There are two dog crates in my home if dogs need to be separated for a few min. There is very little to chew on and swallow in my house and the yard is always kept clean! I will never give your dog a treat you didn't bring or a chew I didn't get your permission to give.
