“This being our first time with Rover - and Josh- and being somewhat late in the planning stage, I was of course a bit nervous, but Josh put us at ease right away. He first offered a Meet-n-Greet where we got to visit him at his home, get to know him a bit, and talk about expectations and our senior dog’s needs. He was flexible with the drop off and pick up scheduling and followed up during our trip with daily text updates and pictures to keep us “in the know”. We joked with our family that our pup wouldn’t want to come home with us because she was being loved on so well. 😊 Being a bit of a high anxiety dog, she often will shed a lot when nervous, but when she arrived home it was obvious to me that she had had a good experience. She was not only bright-eyed and tail wagging, but her coat was shiny and smooth – she was happy and feeling good. As any pet lover would agree, it does a momma’s heart good to know that there is someone out there who will care for your fur-baby with the same, if not better intent than your own. We believe Josh treated our dog with the utmost care, and would definitely reach out to him again if we need a safe place for our pet. ~Thanks Josh!!”

About: I have years of experience training outside cats to be inside cats at my family’s house in the country. This includes litter box training, multi-cat socialization, and more. About: I have owned and cared for dogs my entire life and have had many neighbors back home request my dog sitting services. I am home all day, as I work remotely, and have a dog of Chocolate lab that loves to play but never gets to spend time with other dogs since we are new to the area. I definitely am open to negotiating prices so just reach out and we can have a conversation! I work remotely and will be available to care for dogs throughout the day and ensure they are well cared for. I work from 8-4 however have a lot of down time to care for dogs. I have a patio for dogs to be outside if they want to as well as a separate office space that my dog sleeps in at night. I also have a crate available if need be.

I feel pets are such a big part of your family; your baby, your little one, or your child almost. You would be entrusting me with the care of this most precious part of your family. I love to be down on the floor giving the fur babies my undivided attention … whether it be petting, playing, belly scratching, brushing, or loving on your fur baby. About: Hi! My name is Grace, and I’m a NICU nurse at the University. I’ve grown up with dogs of all sizes and have always loved being around them. My husband, Taylor, and I live in a home with a fully fenced backyard along with our 3-year-old son and, part-time, my 11-year-old stepdaughter, who insists she’ll have 10 dogs of her own someday—haha! We also have an almost 5-year-old mini Goldendoodle. He lost his big brother a few years ago, and while now isn’t the right time for us to add another dog to our family, we thought hosting some furry playmates would be a fun way to keep him happy and social. For everyone’s comfort and safety, we’re only able to host dogs under about 35 pounds, as larger dogs tend to make ours anxious. He’s very used to playing with his 8–10-pound Yorkie cousins during the holidays and absolutely loves having canine friends to run around with! I work 12hr shifts on both Saturday and Sunday, then I am home all week. My husband is home on the weekends, so someone is always home. We allow dogs in our beds and on our couch. I am aware of poisonous foods and plants to dogs. I also make sure to follow instructions!

“This being our first time with Rover - and Josh- and being somewhat late in the planning stage, I was of course a bit nervous, but Josh put us at ease right away. He first offered a Meet-n-Greet where we got to visit him at his home, get to know him a bit, and talk about expectations and our senior dog’s needs. He was flexible with the drop off and pick up scheduling and followed up during our trip with daily text updates and pictures to keep us “in the know”. We joked with our family that our pup wouldn’t want to come home with us because she was being loved on so well. 😊 Being a bit of a high anxiety dog, she often will shed a lot when nervous, but when she arrived home it was obvious to me that she had had a good experience. She was not only bright-eyed and tail wagging, but her coat was shiny and smooth – she was happy and feeling good. As any pet lover would agree, it does a momma’s heart good to know that there is someone out there who will care for your fur-baby with the same, if not better intent than your own. We believe Josh treated our dog with the utmost care, and would definitely reach out to him again if we need a safe place for our pet. ~Thanks Josh!!”
“Ali did a wonderful job watching my two dogs for a long weekend. She is competent, caring, a proactive communicator, and quick to reply to any questions. My dogs were so happy and content when I picked them up, they wanted to stay at Ali’s place longer. It is so comforting while traveling to know that my dogs are well cared for. I will definitely call on Ali again, I feel so lucky to have found her.”
