“We had the best experience with Trish! She watched our two goldendoodles for two weeks while we were away. She sent several photo updates everyday - of them getting snuggles, playing fetch in their backyard, getting yummy homemade treats - which showed that she was taking such great care of our pups. About: Currently dog sit for a friend when their family goes out of town that has lead my son and I into enjoying taking care of dogs. We enjoy their company, snuggles and companionship. Currently working part time hours so I am home often along with being home every night and on weekends which allows your fur baby to not be alone for long periods of time. Have a front yard easily accessible to use with a lead and a big fenced in back yard for running around, playing fetch or relaxing in the sun.

About: I've taken care of dogs specifically since I was like 5. Whether it was a friend's dog, a family members or my own. Cats I have taken care of since I was 8. Changing litter? Done. Walking dogs? Done. Training? I do that too! I actually trained my own service dog who has since retired. Feed and water? Of course! Gotta get the essentials. Following directions, I will follow how YOU want your pet(s) taken care of. I have dealt with chihuahuas to great Danes to dogs bigger than that! No animal is too small. I will pick up messes, play with them, train them if you want, and obviously feed and water them. I can even stay over night with a pet if needed! I know some pets need extra support when their humans are a away, and I understand that may mean me staying over night. I have two dogs and two cats. I take care of the two dogs on a daily basis. Cats? Not so much but I do help out when asked as they are not actually mine but my roommates. I take my dogs out at LEAST 3 times a day typically more in warmer weather. But I take them out at least once when I wake up, once after or before lunch, and once before bed after they've ate their dinner. My dogs have stomach issues and only eat once a day near dinner time for me. I get them out more often to play now that its warming up outside In my clients home, as I don't do boarding at my own home, I can bring my own dog if asked for a play buddy but I would like a copy or to see the vaccination records to be safe. I will make sure the animals get some time to play and have plenty of attention while I am there. I will make sure dogs get outside to potty on either the specified schedule from my client or on a schedule I am able to run, but they will get out as much as I can make happen. Cats I'll make sure get some play time, if you're the kind of cat person who let's their cat out on a catio or leash or trust your cat out on its own for a bit I can make those happen too. I will make sure they have fresh litter when needed/requested. I will make sure both cats and dogs have fresh water and food on a schedule determined by the owner or when its needing refilled/changed.
About: I have dog sat for everyone I know. I am the first person someone asks to dog sit. I provide lots of care, attention, and play for dogs. I enjoy walking and spending time with as many dogs as possible! Over the summer I have a very flexible schedule! When school starts back I will be available early afternoon’s on weekdays. I am home all day, as I work remotely, and have a dog of Chocolate lab that loves to play but never gets to spend time with other dogs since we are new to the area. I enjoy walking and spending time with as many dogs as possible! Over the summer I have a very flexible schedule! When school starts back I will be available early afternoon’s on weekdays. I work in the schools so I am free when students have no school. My weekends are also very open. I have a field with trees near my apartment that dogs seem to absolutely love! I live alone with no animals so all attention and focus will be on the doggie!
About: Experienced in walking all size dogs and looking for a walking buddies on regular basis in the Cedar Rapids area in all weather conditions. Flexible schedule I am looking for a dog to walk anywhere from 2 to 4 miles depending on the dog and day and can be flexible with the time. I do have a fenced yard and can entertain at my house for short periods of time. But I am willing to take care of each individual dog depending on its regular routine.

I’m comfortable with feeding, walking, playing, bathing, and simply spending time with your sweet friend. I’m currently a nursing student, so my schedule will depend on my classes and clinicals, but I won’t be working another job so it gives me plenty of time to care for your pets. Whether you need help with daily care or overnight stays, I’m happy to come to your home to feed, walk, play with, or simply keep your pet company. Your pet’s comfort, safety, and happiness are my top priorities and I’ll always care for them as if they were my own.
