“Jason was a great sitter for our rather demanding Dobie pup! He was also very good about our fluctuating schedule and was always accommodating. He sent many pictures and updates which were very much appreciated. Our pup loved playing with his dog Timber and she was exhausted upon returning home!”
“Grace was a perfect fit for our spoiled little girl! Her dog Archer, is a sweet and mellow boy. We rebooked Ellie with Grace when we picked her up on Sunday, for later in the week already. We felt that comfortable with her!”

“Lori and her husband were amazing! Our puppy was worn out after having a weekend of playing with their dogs. We got updates with pics which is always reassuring when you’re a worry wart lol Will definitely be contacting again for future boarding needs!!”

“We couldnt have been happier with Sherry and Mike! I put together a last minute trip for my husband's birthday and needed a special kind of person for our rescue baby, Miley. Miley came to us from a rough background and needs a little more patience. After meeting them and their adorable furry family, we knew Miley would be fine. Even though she is a 50 lb mixed breed, she loves small dogs. We got photos of her on hikes and wandering on their incredible property. I felt more like I dropped of Miley for school then leaving her with a stranger. When we picked her up, she was happy and tired. Don't hesitate trusting your furry family with them. Truly wonderful people who care. Thank you Sherry and Mike. We will see you again soon ♥️”

“Madison was so responsive and considerate! She sent several photos, took our dogs out regularly and kept us posted all along the way. I would absolutely recommend her!”

“I could not have asked for any better care of my dog. Darcie was amazing, sent picture of Bear each day. She gave me comfort in knowing my Bear was being very well taken care of. I will definitely use her again and recommend to anyone.”

“Laylah was incredibly flexible and responsive to our changing needs. I appreciated how she communicated with me in a timely manner via text and phone. It is obvious she takes her job of keeping pets safe and happy very seriously.”

“A safe, happy, relaxed place for dogs. Scout was welcomed into the pack and happy to have friends. Jake has a calm, confident way with his pack that my dog loves being part of. I'm waiting for the pic of rebel Scout on the dining table 🤣”

“So glad I had Lindsey to watch my little doggie! She was quick to respond to my request, and took the time to get to know my Molly and her routine. Even with my senior dog’s needs, Lindsey was excited to watch her. When I picked her up, they had been cuddling and cozy on the couch, so sweet! My picky Molly was so at ease, I was amazed! Can’t wait to use Lindsey as my sitter again.”

“Stacy did an AWESOME job with my 1 year old (LARGE) dog, Jemma. She worked with her on commands that we'd been working on and gave her lots of love! She sent pictures every day and was very easy to work with. She is great with animals and was able to watch Jemma for a week while I was travelling - what a life saver she is!!!!”

“Your pet will LOVE Abbey and her family. We had a last minute need for a Rover after the one we had originally booked wasn’t a safe option for our dog. She was so sweet to us, taking our dog, Moose at the last minute for the weekend. They were incredible to our dog - we know because not only did she send pictures and updates, our dog also ate!! He never eats when he’s in a new environment…especially when he’s not comfortable. Do yourself (and your pet) a favor, book Abbey!”

“Anastasiia was EXCELLENT!! Communication was great and she included daily pictures and videos. My dog has anxiety during storms and she was very compassionate with him. I couldn’t be happier with the way she treated Chipper!!”

“Ali did a wonderful job of watching my 92 y/os Mom little white velcro dog. We felt like she listened to us and took loving care of him. Thanks for the great experience. We Highly recommend this sitter.”

About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and currently have a friendly 4-year-old Lab mix named Maverick. I also volunteer with local animal shelters, giving me experience with dogs of different ages, sizes, energy levels, and personalities. As a medical student, I’m used to staying organized, following detailed instructions, and paying close attention to routines and behavior. I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet, and I take that responsibility seriously. Whether your dog needs lots of exercise, extra patience, medication, or just a comfortable place to relax, I’m happy to tailor their care to their individual needs I’m currently a medical student, and much of my coursework can be completed from home. This gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to spend plenty of time with the pets in my care throughout the day. While my schedule varies slightly week to week, I’m generally available for frequent potty breaks, walks, playtime, meals, and plenty of companionship. I make every effort to keep your pet’s routine as consistent as possible while you’re away. For house sitting, I do have one requirement during the school year. I have my own friendly 4-year-old Lab mix, Maverick, who would need to come with me. He’s well socialized and enjoys other dogs, but I completely understand that this isn’t the right fit for every home. If your dog enjoys having a canine companion, I’d love to discuss whether it would be a good match during a meet and greet. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a fully fenced backyard for safe outdoor play and exercise, and I only board one guest dog at a time so they receive plenty of individual attention. I also have a friendly 4-year-old Lab mix who enjoys other dogs when it’s a good fit. I always take introductions slowly and make sure both dogs are comfortable before allowing interactions. I’m happy to accommodate specific feeding schedules, medications, crate routines, and any other instructions that help your pet feel at home.

“Gillian has watched my cats multiple times this year and I couldn’t recommend her enough. She’s always lets me know when she’s planning on being there and she takes the best pictures. All of my cats have medical issues and she’s always ready to get them their medicine when they need it. I used to be so anxious leaving my cats for any period of time but when they have Gillian all the anxiety has gone away, especially since I can tell she loves my boys as if they were her own.”

“Sidney has pet sat two times for me and has gone above and beyond! She made an extra stop to check in on my cat while we were gone, which meant a lot. Highly recommend and will definitely be using her again in the future.”

“This was the first time watching our dog and she did an amazing job. We booked her on short notice and she prioritized coming to meet our dog before the scheduled day. She sent many pictures of her visit and arrived promptly to take care of her.”

“Nora is great! I always know my Finley will get such good attention. He loves belly rubs and treats of carrots and she always makes sure he gets these! i want to wish her a very Merry Christmas.”

I have a fenced in back yard. We have 4 dogs and a cat. I do not bring other male dogs into my home since our oldest male is a jealous guy.

About: I've taken care of multiple cats over the last 5 years, including my own. I have experience giving topical and oral medications, following time sensitive feeding routines and cleaning litter boxes (and the occasional accident). I have the most experience with younger cats (kittens up to 5 years old) but have the patience and love for older felines as well.

About: I grew up with cats and have experience caring for cats of all ages. “Avery is such a sweet girl! The drop-in visits were such a huge help! My dog loves her and was so excited to see her! She has great communication and will definitely be booking with her in the future!”

“Amanda was very reliable and great with communication. It’s always scary not knowing someone well and having them stay at your house with your pets and she over exceeded our expectations. We appreciate it! Will definitely keep her on our list for the future!!”

“Sierra did a great job dealing with my antisocial Sunny. She's a one person cat. When I got back she was mad at me but well fed and healthy. I appreciate the way Sierra followed my instructions.”

About: I’ve taken care of many animals since I was just a little kid. I’ve always held a special place in my heart for dogs, along with small critters. Just recently I moved from Wisconsin, working at a humane society there where everyday I did all the basic care routines/evaluations for approximately 40 dogs. It was a blast, but I’d also love to slow down, and give 1 on 1 attention to the needs of each. I am currently a pretty free person, beginning my career of dog training, Bait’s Purpose: K-9. I plan my future around my dogs, and training. I care for pets however is requested by the owner(s), this just varies on what each dog is comfortable with. Dogs are in great care, however.

“He sends updates and love the Rover card at the end. Theodore is always a little shy coming in but warms up and loves his buddy Timber. It takes a while for Theodore to warm up to others since he is a mama boy but Jason has the patience to win him over.”
About: Hi! My name is Grace, and I’m a NICU nurse at the University. I’ve grown up with dogs of all sizes and have always loved being around them. My husband, Taylor, and I live in a home with a fully fenced backyard along with our 3-year-old son and, part-time, my 11-year-old stepdaughter, who insists she’ll have 10 dogs of her own someday—haha! We also have an almost 5-year-old mini Goldendoodle. He lost his big brother a few years ago, and while now isn’t the right time for us to add another dog to our family, we thought hosting some furry playmates would be a fun way to keep him happy and social. For everyone’s comfort and safety, we’re only able to host dogs under about 35 pounds, as larger dogs tend to make ours anxious. He’s very used to playing with his 8–10-pound Yorkie cousins during the holidays and absolutely loves having canine friends to run around with! I work 12hr shifts on both Saturday and Sunday, then I am home all week. My husband is home on the weekends, so someone is always home. We allow dogs in our beds and on our couch. I am aware of poisonous foods and plants to dogs. I also make sure to follow instructions!
“Auden was fantastic! Communication was great throughout the day along with photos of our pup playing and on walks! We definitely would love Auden to watch our dog again!”

“I used to think that no other person could love my dog Oliver as much as I do... until I found Trish. She has been an absolute godsend to us and I could not be more grateful for her. It truly feels like I am dropping my dog off to spend the day with family in a home where he will be loved to no end. I wish I could give her 100 ⭐️'s and I HIGHLY recommend her for anybody in need of dog care!”

“Amazingx3 ! This is our first time using Rover and we had an amazing experience with Abbey! She took care of our shy fur baby for a day and he had a great day at her place. She updated us frequently with pictures and videos. Her dog Samantha is very friendly and kind to our dog. Overall, would 100% recommend for everyone!”

“Sidney took great care of our puppy, Bean! She kept us updated throughout the day with pictures and how Bean was doing! I would highly recommend Sidney if you’re looking for a good sitter!”

“This was our first experience with Rover and it exceeded our expectations. Ali did a great job caring for our 4 1/2 year old black lab, George. Ali was easy to get in touch with and attended to George’s medical issues requiring meds and exercise restrictions. George was clearly well cared for and loved.? Highly recommended!”

“They were very accommodating to our schedule. It was extra special with the pictures she sent, we were able to see how happy and how much fun our puppy was having. If in the area, we would definitely reach out to her again. Thanks Emily!”

“Allison was absolutely wonderful with our two dogs, a playful and high energy 5 year old pug and a very high needs senior. She is so loving with them, and is very patient and focused on our senior dog’s needs. We were totally confident that they were cared for so well all day. We are so grateful to have found her! Ellie and Jake loved their time with her and can’t wait to stay with her again.”

About: I grew up with a Shiba Inu, that I absolutely loved. My family has always had dogs. Currently I travel for work throughout the year, so I cannot have my own but this allows me to be connected and give animals the attention they need while giving me time with dogs that I miss. I work full-time remotely 8am - 5pm, unless I am booked and busy with traveling for work. I am happy to walk dogs in the area during my work day and let them outside and give them a walk! I will be as available as my job allows. I work from home so I am flexible to adjust my schedule to the pets needs. We do have a little girl under one in our home who we are introducing to animals and keeps us company on walks with dogs and snuggles with cats! I have a great yard that backs up to a park making it easy to exercise dogs. I have a ranch style home so no stairs for senior animals and plenty of space to be comfortable. I always make sure to listen to your scheduling and follow your directive for care. We do have a baby girl under the age of one who loves to accompany us on walks with any dogs we watch and she loves a good cuddle with any cats.
“Auden is amazing! My dog is timid around new people, and she was so patient and kind with him. He warmed up after just a couple days. I’ll definitely rebook with her.”

When I'm caring for pets in a client's home, I treat both their pets and their home with the same care and respect I would want for my own. I understand that trust is a big part of inviting someone into your home, so I'll keep your space clean and tidy, lock doors and windows, and make sure your pets are safe and comfortable at all times. I'll also send regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pets are happy and well cared for while you're away.

About: I have had dogs and loved them my entire life. I grew up with Rottweilers and St Benards so the big ones definitely have my heart. I currently have two Border Collie X Australian Shepherd mixes that are incredibly friendly and smart. I started my pet professional career out in 2012 as a kennel technician at the Clinton Humane Society. I have worked for two different vet clinics as a vet technician giving medications, doing ivs, doing wound care, and being apart of surgery staff. I do some special handling dog training for anxious and semi aggressive dogs. My passion for special handling dogs started when I trained as a pet stylist. I got hands on experience helping stressed dogs relax and make situations better for them. I currently work in the Quad Cities as a pet stylist, working with both dogs and cats. I am very familiar and comfortable working with all kinds of animals be it furry, scaley or feathery. I do animal care for individual animals and also for hobby farms with chickens, ducks, goats, llamas and sheep. I am a very particular person when it comes to my own animals' care. Being very detailed oriented and handling your pets care is important to me. I think they deserve their care to be attentive and comfortable. Animals are not only something I am very passionate about but what I have revolved my life around. My days start around 5-5:30am. I typically take the dogs for a walk and have an hour to give them a bathroom break. I work as a pet stylist from 7-3:30. I can give bathroom breaks on my lunch break as needed. I keep all dogs leashed when outside to guarantee their safety. I have a fenced in back/side yard where I monitor dogs so they can be off leash if they are able to be trusted. I never leave pets unattended. I can kennel dogs to keep separate if needed. I am also trained in animal first aid. I deep clean and sanitize everything frequently.

“Jason was a great sitter for our rather demanding Dobie pup! He was also very good about our fluctuating schedule and was always accommodating. He sent many pictures and updates which were very much appreciated. Our pup loved playing with his dog Timber and she was exhausted upon returning home!”

“Avery was great! I was in town for a wedding and Avery was extremely flexible with me as I needed to make last minute changes for my pick up and drop off time! She communicated quickly and sent us picture updates of my dog Rambo! I would definitely recommend her to friends and family!”

“Our baby boy Ronnie really enjoyed his stay with Tiffany and her family. They made him part of the family while he was there and he was in very good spirits when we arrived, which means he had fun and he felt very comfortable! Thanks Tiffany for giving us such peace of mind for a few days knowing our Ronnie was in very good hands!”

“Felt like our dogs received lots of love and attention while Auden was pet sitting for us. Great communication and pictures throughout the week. Would love to have her care for our dogs again!”

“Adela was great as always! She took great care of Ollie, sent frequent pictures, and was flexible when travel plans changed. We love knowing that our dog is in good hands when we are away!”

“Christian was wonderful! Extremely responsive, easy to contact, friendly, and organized. He sent us updates throughout the stay and we felt very relaxed knowing our dog was in good hands. Highly recommend!”
