I work remotely so care is available 24/7. Im around for walks morning & evening, and available to communicate and send pics throughout your pets stay. When Ali arrived for just the second walk, my dog was loving her and ready to head out at the first sight of her. And my dog gets long walks every day the weather allows, so walking alone is not the draw here. Ali communicates beautifully with me as an owner, does great follow-up when she returns from the walk, and clearly loves what she does. No complaints in my house.
